Question regarding kernel settings
How do i change settings like increase the volume on headset, speaker, etc or speedup charging from usb from default to 1000mah, etc? do you have any apps to take care of this or not.. will i be able to use synapse to make these changes.?

Compass still not working with the version 5 September.
I don't know why "xender" app crashed every time when I tried to choose a file for sending.
Bo problem in other roms.

Calendar Sync Issue
Hey,
I am having an issue with getting Google Calendar to Sync.
I have seen it mentioned before, but had no luck after I uninstalled the system calendar and reinstalled Google's Calendar from the play store.
Are there any other solutions?

Perfectly smooth, but began to become complicated, and an imperfect call, expect update
I just flashed the latest build, but I'm experiencing a problem: the menu long press button assignment doesn't work. I set it to long press for recent apps and it worked for a little bit, but then i restarted the phone and it defaults to in-app search. But it still says its set to recent apps switcher. Now it won't work at all and only does in-app search when it's set to recents.
When I remap other button options, they work fine. It's just the menu button option that isn't working. Long press or short press.
Does anyone know how to get past the TrustZone updater error when attempt to flash this (or any ROM) ROM? I updated my firmware/modem to the newest not realizing I would run into flashing issues. Thanks!
I have a few firmware files and flashed them all before the rom because I wasn't sure if new updates include the old ones or not haha. I have a oxygen os firmware update, the one in the original post, and one from Sept. Hope this helps

I flashed sultans rom to see if it helped with my menu button problems and it did until I restored Bluetooth pairings from an older nandroid backup. After restoring the menu button wouldn't work right in that rom either. So I restored my newest Bluetooth pairings and it works again. I'm guessing that was my problem with this rom too in case anyone else has this problem

in case the maintainer finds this post, testing the latest milestone (6.2) on falcon (moto g, european version), found a few bugs :
- the setting to disable wifi in profiles and power saving mode for the battery (in the void options) is just ignored. When disabling wifi manually, it comes back everytime I exit the lock screen (maybe it's because of another setting but I couldn't find it).
- in sound option, music effects shows viper audio. When clicking on it, it proposes to install its driver automatically. Except that it doesn't work, since there is no log it's hard to know why. I tried the 3 proposed driver, to reinstall busybox (from the playstore), nothing worked.
- And the touch screen suddenly stopped working in 1 situation, I don't know why. I received a mail, when I tried toclick the screen it didn't work, and I couldn't use the touch screen anymore even after puting the phone to sleep and wake it up again, so I had to do a hard reset (power button pressed for a few seconds).
I'll try to keep on using it, but if the touche screen bug comes back I guess I'll have to do something... maybe try another kernel then, it seems related to the kernel...

I'm using validus 5.0.2, build date says Jan 1. I noticed in a post you said you added the option to change nav bar dimensions, but I don't see it anywhere. Also "performance" under settings is empty.

The latest build does have pie control, and I love the look of it. Although, I can't figure out how to configure 2nd layer buttons.

From the homescreen tap the Menu button, tap on "Settings", uncheck the box for "Show Search Bar".
Will other Kernels work with LiquidSmooth (Android 5.0)
For one, let me just say that this is the only ROM that has killed the lag in my OPO (tried Mahdi and other CM variants). Also pretty stable Android 5 for being so new.
Since this is an Android 5.0 ROM, do Kernels (like Franco's) work on it?

Noob here. When new nightlies come out, how do you go about upgrading from the previous version? Do you dirty flash (i.e not wipe data), clean flash (wipe the data), or does LiquidSmooth has its own upgrading system built in?
You are in the thread for LiquidSmooth 3.2 (KitKat) but you are talking about Lollipop ROM (there is an alpha LiquidSmooth Lollipop available).
AK kernel CM12 version works in both LS 3.2 and 4.0 (have only tried on 3.2 myself).
Yes, you can generally dirty flash nightlies, as long as they are in the same family (3.2 --> 3.2).

thanks for the rom. it runs pretty smooth, i only noticed one issue so far. when i place or receive a call, the screen does not show its connected or hanging up. I had this happen on the latest nighlies from cyanogenmod. im sure it will get worked out as the time passes. On the other hand I connected my bluetooth a few times to my car with zero issues. thanks again

after resetting the phone a few times(because the phone was stuck on the calling/hang up screen), i have not noticed the calling functions give me trouble anymore.
For some reason i was unable to flash another keyboard( swype modded blue), tried twice. strange.

This is the best CM12 based I've tried. And it has amazing battery life! Way better than I ever had. Only problem I've had is some music skipping over bluetooth, same as others. What is new in the 1/20 build?

Bluetooth probably will still be an issue for a couple weeks, it is being worked diligently by many. Between CM and BS changes best changelog can be found through GIT and link provided in OP. I cannot list all commit changed every build. If there is something big I try to mention, but am running/building multiple roms
I'm having an issue where within the supplied phone app when I dial a number and hit call or touch a contact to call the phone app stalls. It takes several seconds for the app to then switch to the calling mode.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue for the Nameless 5.0.2 ROM or CM12 in general? I'm on the Nameless Rom build LRX22G, the 1/22/2015 build.

Found temporary solution for screen pinning bug
The screen can be unpinned without restarting the phone...When screen is pinned just switch to guest user and then back to the main user...then press the home key and it goes back to the homescreen.

Guys to fix data issue just flash mosh kernel from this thread, this rom have good battery life, if we use whatsapp/viber over pc we can save a lot of battery as small example, any IF everything went as planned I will release a fully worked slim lollipop sunday

If you mean the download, its about 35-40 GBs easy. Took me two days, don't have fast internet For the build, you require at least 50-100 GB free space (150 to be safe). I didn't know about this, so I had to restart my CM12.1 build three times after expanding my virtual disk xD
Please could you make some instruction, (with links and action order) to flash this ROM with custom kernel.
CM based roms dint work on developer/china roms. Try it with global builds instead of clean install. go to recovery and clear cache, dalvik cache, data but not system. now flash your rom over it. It would work definitely. I was trying it from last 2 days and finally it worked.

Thanks for the hard work, I thought I made a mistake buying the Mi4i before flashing this ROM.
it's working great but I have one issue : it's taking about 6 seconds to wake up the phone when pressing the power button. The button light up immediately but the screen wakes up 6 seconds after.
I use RazorReborn kernel and cm-12.1-20150815-UNOFFICIAL-ferrari. I also installed a minimal package of 64 bits GApps and did a factory reset in TWRP.
Did anyone have this issue before ?

I find that battery uses up quite fast. Is there anyone feeling the same?

The solution was to flash the SensorPatch from the CM12.1 thread in the Mi4i section.
MI 4I 827 os version.
OS shutdown randomly. Most of all on incoming calls.
Is this issue reported.?

I did an OTA update and the battery was worse in MIUI7. But after applying a full recovery update to MIUI7 it is better, noticeable better.
