Hi guys
I have a problem that when 3G is on;I can't hear any sound for an incoming phone call !
If I switched 3G off;it will work back again !
I am on latest JB stock ROM and I have checked with Sony Diagnostic and all reports to be working fine
Please help !

I just rooted my phone and updated it with CM 10 and the problem i am facing is i can't make calls sometimes. When i call someone ultimate disturbance occurs(alien type voice) and when some one calls me i can't get their calls but i can see their missed calls in the call log . The topmost issue is that i can't call to customer care either. Please Help.

That is a known bug on 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 ROMs. Changing the Data mode from 3g to 2g seems to solve the issue.
Till date no fix on that yet.

So i wont be able to use 3g data then?
Greetings all,
i am having a weird problem with the latest updates of the 4.4.4 / 3.0.16 Sultan ROM, im a big fan of Sultan so i pretty much tested all his ROM updates and all and i never had a issue like this.
The problem is i can't receive calls / text messages , but i can make calls / send messages , and everything else works perfectly.
I have tested my SIM on another phone and i was able to receive calls so it is not a SIM problem , i just did a full wipe and reflashed all and i am having the exact same issue.
Any suggestions? Anyone that had the same problem? Anything would help.
Could it be my phone? But why can i call someone but they can't me?

Ok i found out what the problem is , network type was set to: WCDMA preferred , and after setting to GSM Only i can now receive calls and messages, but after rebooting the device it switches back to WCDMA preferred.
And i do not know why it stopped working out of nowhere , maybe its cause of my carrier.. :/

i fixed it just remove and insert the sim again u can call and receive calls.but i have another problem that i couldnt send and receive messages.
Hey guys i have issue i cant get incoming calls but outgoing call is ok friends can't call me, i disabled divert and contacted my carrier they said sim have no problem but the issue is with your phone. I formatted it two times still no luck

Are you running CyanogenMod 13 or any other ROM with LTE enabled? That might be the problem custom ROMs have trouble sometimes with VOLTE, try setting it to 3G and test it out
This thing really helped me . Go to setting , press network and there you will see Volt HD calls just simply uncheck this one and now you will receive calls . ENJOY

I have loaded cm-14.1-20161130-UNOFFICIAL-a500xx.zip on my A500F...as iam susing it..i come to know my audio calling fuctions has issues like..i can see it calling but no audio in ear and screen is black but on,incoming call shows phone is ringing on the calling phone but on my phone is no audio or showing receiveing call....but it rings on other phone...please assist..thank u.

Indeed , discontinued roms aren`t a good choice and you wont receive a proper support
