i fixed it just remove and insert the sim again u can call and receive calls.but i have another problem that i couldnt send and receive messages.

i am having a weird problem with the latest updates of the 4.4.4 / 3.0.16 Sultan ROM, im a big fan of Sultan so i pretty much tested all his ROM updates and all and i never had a issue like this.
The problem is i can't receive calls / text messages , but i can make calls / send messages , and everything else works perfectly.
I have tested my SIM on another phone and i was able to receive calls so it is not a SIM problem , i just did a full wipe and reflashed all and i am having the exact same issue.
Any suggestions? Anyone that had the same problem? Anything would help.
Could it be my phone? But why can i call someone but they can't me?

Ok i found out what the problem is , network type was set to: WCDMA preferred , and after setting to GSM Only i can now receive calls and messages, but after rebooting the device it switches back to WCDMA preferred.
And i do not know why it stopped working out of nowhere , maybe its cause of my carrier.. :/
I am using Stock Cyanogen OS 12.1 YOG4PAS1N0, Build Number - LMY48B with T-Mobile.
I am facing a weird issue where I cannot receive any call. The call directly goes to voicemail after a couple of rings. There is no notification of the call at all on the device. I can make a call and send/receive texts. I can also connect to 4G and Wi-Fi. Everything else also seems to work fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA
Hey guys i have issue i cant get incoming calls but outgoing call is ok friends can't call me, i disabled divert and contacted my carrier they said sim have no problem but the issue is with your phone. I formatted it two times still no luck

Are you running CyanogenMod 13 or any other ROM with LTE enabled? That might be the problem custom ROMs have trouble sometimes with VOLTE, try setting it to 3G and test it out
This thing really helped me . Go to setting , press network and there you will see Volt HD calls just simply uncheck this one and now you will receive calls . ENJOY

I have a ZTE Axon 7 running Android version 7.1.1.
Starting about 2 weeks ago, I have cannot hear a ringing tone when placing an outgoing phone call. However, the call will connect and then I cant have a normal phone call with the other side.
Incoming calls work just fine.
I have tried disabling Google OK, disabling WiFi Calls, disabling Voice over LTE, turning off bluetooth. None of those helped.
Any suggestions?

Since my last post, I found online on Reddit that several people using Google Voice on the T-Mobile Network are having this same issue. Google actually responded saying that it is a problem on their end and that nothing can be done on our end to fix this issue.

Hi all,
I'm using stock rom.
And in the last days I can't call or receive a call anymore. No tone.
Messages are working well. I receive the message that someone tried to call me. I can listen to the voice message
Internet in 4G is working well.
I think it happens since my last upgrade mid July. At the beginning it was sporadic. Sometimes to time. Now it is always.
My operator (Orange) changed my SIM but it does not resolve anything.
I wanted to install previous stock, but I read it is now impossible.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
