whats the bootloader and custom rom scene?
in my razr m it was not possible due to crappy verizon restrictions with latest firmware
if bootloader cant be unlock. alternate way to install custom roms 5.0 based

Official 5.1 is coming but same story for the bootloader. You probably won't be able to unlock it.

It's only pushed to Indians, you'll have to wait for it.
your saying that your on 4.4.2? you have a dual sim phone. there hasn't been a 4.4.4 update released yet, only for gpe devices, 4.4.4 will come to the non gpe devices after a while. it will probably come to the dual sim version last because of some development and it's kind of different to the single sim version so more time would need to be put into releasing 4.4.4 update to dual sim

There are two forum sections called 'android development' and 'original android development'. Look before asking..
When can we expect Lolipop 5.0 custom ROMs for the XT1031 and other MOTO G models?
I would say maybe 2-3 weeks depending on when they get developed for Nexus 5 or 4, and we'll probably just get a port until an official ota

I'm currently running kit kat on my gen 1 moto g - eager for the lollipop update.
As of today, lollipop is being rolling out as an OTA update for the US. Would I be able to use this for my UK phone?

At the moment, the is noway to root on Lollipop. You must flash back to KK first.

Hey thanks for the reply. But I have one question; so all mobile phones with lollipop cannot be rooted at the moment right? or its just lg gpro 2 with lollipop which cannot be rooted at the moment.

No, not at all. And not just LG G Pro 2 can not be rooted.
Hi, I'm planning on upgrading form Atrix HD to Droid Maxx Ultra, please tell me how to root it if it's on default KK and is it worth unlocking the bootloader and installing custom LP rom ?
