Can anyone give me any options in fixing my note 3 neo that is completely dead meaning it does not turn on or go into downloading mode

But if it doesn't even turn on there probably is very little hope. Some additional information which would be good to know is, did you do anything to the device right before it stopped working, have you checked the battery?

Hi guys. I have a problem with my device. I can`t turn on Notification Led, that led from front of device, near front camera. I tried to download some applications to make them work, but nothing. Also I rooted it but nothing. My question, did it have that led light for notification or not? If the answer is "yes", tell me please how can I activate it. I bought this device for my girlfriend on friday, it`s brand new. So it should not have any problems. Thanks in advance for help.

If you've not modified your device, it could be an app you just installed, or a stuck power button.

After the new update for the Zenfone 2 (ZE550ML_ WW_V2.20.40.41) My phone has not been able to make it off the loading screen, And Every Single thread I have read to fix it requires the phone to be connected to the computer. But I can not make them connect because its pretty hard to allow the connection if you cant even get past this loading screen. I need serious help, and preferably no links! If you have any idea on how to help me would you please help me out? Thank you so much!

Hi,
I got Infinix Zero x506, it fell and screen got broke, now i am trying to find my way in it does not support OTG cables, and usb debugging mode is off. if i can just get access to screen some how i need my data back which is very important.
If there is any way or tweak please let me know. Thank you.

I have a serious problem here.
Tried to flash custom ROM on the device using SP Flash Tool v5.1532 and apparently I used the wrong files which bricked the device, now I can't even turned it on....
PC recognize it as ADB device (VCOM drivers installed) but nothing more.
When the device is connected to its charger, I can only see a red dot at the top left side....
I found the right files (for sure...) and tried again to flash, the whole process went O.K but still can't turn on the device...and i know battery is full...
Please directing me to some info which might help me :fingers-crossed:
