When downloading themes from the Theme Store, where (which folder) do they get downloaded to?
When I browse for the theme via ES File Explorer, I can't seem to find it? Thanks.

I would like to know how people make copies of their apk files. What I mean is people get an apk. They like it and want to share it, so they somehow make a copy of it that they can upload for others to download. I just want to know how do they make that copy?? You can find all kinds of apps on the web so there has to be a way.
Using the ADB pull thingy commands I reckon ?
Use Astro
You can use Astro File Manager to make app backups, and this saves an apk file on your mem card. Now, they can still be locked down, etc., but this often works.
to copy/send apk
what you do is download astro file manager, find the apk on your sd card, long click, and email attachment. the reciever of the apk will have to download "tattach" before installign the apk on their phone..hope this helped..
Appmanager, Astro, adb pull, etc. There are countless ways to save .apk files on your sd card and/or computer
I use estrongs file manager. Have allways preferred it to astro.

I have some music files I copied to the "Music" directory of my Note. The stock player won't find them. They are all MP3 files. I downloaded a trial of PowerAmp and that won't find them either. I have the card (a 64GB) formatted as FAT32. If I use root explorer I can find and play them manually. Is there a music app I can download that will open and list them normally or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Silly question but did you put a .nomedia file into the directory these songs reside. If there is a .nomedia file then the music players won't see anything in there no matter what, neither will any other media app, video or pictures won't be found by their respective apps until you use a file explorer to oen them manually...
You may need to go to settings in your file manager and allow to see hidden files....

Thanks for your response!
Yes I saw when searching for a solution that some apps might install such a file but it's not there. I'm rooted and use Root Explorer and made sure that hidden files are viewable. Interesting also that RockPlayer does see and play the files. Any other suggestions? I did also use CWM recovery to clear the Davlik Cache, and also cleared data from media storage in app settings and rebooted without luck. Thanks.
Is there a file manager that remembers the sort order of each folder? I want to sort my downloaded folder by date, but my documents folder by name. Seems simple enough, but no manager I've installed does this. Any suggestions?

ES File explorer? Give it a try
that's what i've been using. it has a global setting. there's no setting for folder by folder.

For some reason some of the APKs do not have all the images in the APK file. I think some of these apps download a whole bunch more stuff after installing T_T. Now I need to find that and see whats up.

Then you can probably find it with a file explorer by app data....
You might need root for this.
I am not sure what i am saying
If you have the apk file you can easily decompress it.
Just rename the apk to zip and open it with winrar.
