I need help regarding my Sony xperia l wifi problem after installing CWM recovery.
My wifi button is not working. It automatically turns off after 4-5 seconds(like a loop; images are attached). Every thing else is working fine. Wifi button starts working when i flash my original stock rom.
This my current device status:
Model no. : C2105
Build : 15.3.A.1.17
Bootloader : unlocked
Root status : Rooted
CWM recovery installed
Thanks in Advance

There were quite a few requests for a CWM flashable zip of the new firmware for TIPO. SO here goes!!!
Features-
1) CWM flashable zip
2) pre-rooted
3) untouched apart from removal of a few region specific apps
4) deodexed
5) zipaligned apks
6) THIS IS COMPLETELY STOCK UNMODIFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are two versions of this-
One with CWM integrated - for those with locked bootloader (and thus unable to use the awesomeness that is vengeance kernel )
Another without CWM - for those on vengeance (since you already have CWM AND TWRP :good: )
The latter has been tested by me on my device, and it works.
Download links-
For Vengeance users -
http://d-h.st/Opb
For Stock kernel -
http://d-h.st/1BT
Instructions-
Boot into CWM
Wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache
goto advanced --> wipe dalvik cache
install zip from sdcard
choose "FW .27 by K()T!.zip" or "FW .27 by K()T!_with CWM.zip" as needed.
let it do all the work.
reboot and enjoy.
BUGS:
Three apps are giving FCs... Root Explorer, Super Backup, and XDA app....
for now, as a temporary solution, you can use flashtool to install an app...
I will come up with a working version soon...
sorry guys...
Dont forget the Thanks button if it helps...

I'm sorry. Check two things- ONE, is your device a TIPO SINGLE SIM device??? TWO, is the download complete? Because I've checked both zips. Also, I have put two versions... one for locked bootloader, where CWM is also included in the ROM zip. and another for people using vengeance kernel, where CWM is pre installed.
need files. links dead.

This is the link to the Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, and Go forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1515
To flash anything, you need to move whatever it is you want to flash (a .zip file) onto your device's storage, then boot into recovery mode. Then, from within the revovery, navigate to wherever you stored the zip files, and confirm it.
Hope this helped

hi i'm rafael!
I am also new here. Some tips i suggest
->First Search for your mobile in 'Type to find your device' box on the top.
->Go to 'Your mobile Android Development' section, here you find custom roms for your device.
->Go to any thread and you will find clear instructions on how to flash custom rom.
Hope this helps

hi all!
I rooted my xperia miro and later on I installed cwm recovery..
in that I pressed factory reset..
later on in advanced menu by mistake I pressed erase /system, erase /data, erase/sd card..
it is not starting.. it goes only upto sony logo.. it is not starting so I cant even connect to pc..
any help please?
Place a rom in your sd card.flash boot.I'm via pc.don't worry it will go to fastboot mode. Flash kernel in flashboot mode only.now go to recovery and install the rom.
You can use portable sd card reader to place the rom.
Use rom compatible for your phone only.
Here is a 4.1.2 jellybean rom honami. Read the op carefully

Decided to write this guide to stop from spamming ROM threads for solution .
As we know , much Lollipop ROMs has usecell Cyanogen Recovery , that can't flash much at all .
Step 1 : Here http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/themes-apps/beta-fota-cwm-one-klick-t3068084
Download and install app from this thread . ( Credits to @SdtBarbarossa )
Step 2 : Make sure you got root access .
Step 3 : Launch app , select recovery you want to apply and wait for reboot .
DONE ! Hope you will remember .
ok writing this guide is ok but if you do it do it complete....
please ad (i will remove this post if you added)
1. go to settings -> about phone
2. tap 7 times on buildnumber
3. go to settings -> developeroptions and activate it
4. click on root allow for apps (or both)
5. download and install apk (just normal install via doubletap)
6. allow root permissions
7.WAIT until it says "we can go" (why some people ignore that???)
8. click on any recovery you wish
9. wait for reboot and be happy
also mention that this recovery dont work on stock-rom
