[Completed] [Q] custom ROM for mega

Hi, i have a mega i527 4.2 jelly bean with straight talk using att towers. I am trying to enable tethering. I know i know i can get caught and have my service shut off etc..
So i rooted my phone i have downloaded sqlite i went into settings.db> global> tether_dun_required and changed the value to 1 and then back to zero ( I saw forums for different models doing this) but when i try to turn on hot spot it still says there is a temporary problem with my network please try again later. If anyone has any advice on that it would be GREAT, but my question is whether anyone knows of a CUSTOM ROM that is compatible with MEGA 6.3 I527 ( maybe even a different mega 6.3 at the very least?) . If anyone has any advice on how to get tethering to work without a custom rom im all ears, but i have downloaded many apps. This att phone will not let me delete its apn settings either. Not sure if theres a setting in my straight talk apn that would enable tethering.. seems too simple lol.
so anyway, anyone know of a custom rom for this phone model?

hi all....i have a samsung galaxy s3 and i want to overclock it and install an rom which is going to make it look like an s5 or maybe just upgrade it to android 5.0....can someone plzz send me what kernel and rom should i install!?!? every help is well appreciated:good:

[Completed] [Q] Delete an Android OS?

Hello. I am in need of deleting an OS/ROM I installed on my device. I was trying to fix my Samsung Galaxy S3, and installed a ROM with a really crappy kernel, so now it doesn't work in any useful manner. Since I don't have an SD card, and can't install a new kernel, I was wondering how I could delete the OS, so it is soft bricked in order for me to re-install a better OS/ROM? I have what I believe is a better ROM, but I can't override the one I have installed with Odin, as it says FAIL!. Please help me, I am desperate to fix this phone, and I need to completely restore it to original STOCK functionality, so I can use it again. If you can help me reset the phone, and get it up and running again, that would be amazing. If you can please walk me through resetting it, installing a new ROM, and Kernel if possible, I will give you my soul ( or a Thanks!).

-Was Rooted, Then Soft Bricked during an Update , Then This Mess

-Currently NOT rooted
Things I can't do:
-Use an SD card, I don't have one, and I am broke
-Sodder or mess with the phones internals

[Q] [HELP] Samsung Duos 2 (GT-S7582L)

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening.
I'm new with all these threads of Android devices.
I've got a SAMSUNG DUOS 2 - Gt-S7582L; Recently, i've rooted it and it was succesfuly.
But right now i've got a big problem, when I try to Install/Uninstall an app (An update too) it always restarts itself.
I've rooted with a Pree-rooted Stock Rom.
What do i want? I want to install the originally Rom, ( it was free, without Companies rom), Install something to have a Backup, then Root it again, or if it's possible, Install the KITKAT Android Version. BUT! if i don't like it, or if I Brick my phone, with that backup of the ORIGINAL STOCK ROM, fix it.
Sorry for my bad English but I still Studing in a English Instute.

[Completed] [Q] GT I9500 Rooting

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I have a S4 i9500. For the past couple months I've been having so many issues with it. It's slow, kills the battery and just an all round annoyance.
I want to install a custom ROM. Some look exactly like what I'm looking for. The only problem is that I'm struggling to root it. I'm scared of bricking the phone so I havent done it.
I cant seem to find the kernel that matches my phone model and my build number. Does that matter? Should the model of GT i9500 be fine, even if has a different build number.
I was looking at Chain fire for it.
My spces are:
I9500
Kitkat 4.4.2
Baseband I9500XXUGNF6
Build KOT49H.I9500XXUGNH2
Can anyone try and point me in the right direction. Im getting frustrated of flopping around the internet trying to find solutions.
