The main problem is that i want to repair my phone with sony pc companion but there is a message ''i use modified software and is imposible to repair your phone''.
Could you help me to find a solution with both of the problems?

Try re-flashing your rom using these settings in flashtool (just using your specific rom).
*You need to ensure "Exclude TA" is clicked*
This should resolve your issue however, if this doesn't then I will be happy to help more.
Leave a thanks if I helped.

Is your bootloader unlocked/unlockable? Your screenshot shows that the device is SIMLOCKED but this can be removed with an unlocked bootloader.

If you unlock your bootloader again you can then (usually) get your phone unlocked using a PC based piece of software. I will look around for a unlocking application. With [x] network 0 you may run into issues but its worth a try. Do you know what network your device would be locked too? Did you flash a generic rom or a branded (network) rom?

You need to flash a generic rom to your device. A non-generic rom can lead to simlock problems.
Also try following @Droid.Riz 's guide very closely.

A generic rom (may also be known as an unbranded rom) is a rom without any network information. They are taken from unlocked/sim free phones.
THIS is the Central Europe Generic Rom. I can look for and find others if needed. (You do need to register for an account there but the guide is well written)

FTF files are official firmware packages from SONY for our Xperia Smartphones.
Flashing them, we get what SONY offers to our phones.
We differentiate them by the build number.
Look out for the FTF files in our forum to know more about them, Or you are free to ask more questions/PM me about it
My phone has unlocked bootloader and rooted, can l flash original ftf.?
I want to back my device in original state.

No.
Your boot loader won't get locked if you flash your firmware. But you can lock your boot loader with your drm keys intact if you have taken a back up of the keys. It is said you can relock your bootloader even without the drm keys. But don't know how much that would help in pcc or sus.

Use doom lord's toolkit to root your phone.
Hello, I am new to Sony and Samsung come see that changing here is more complicated software, cell ny is a J-ST26A Xperia-rom and version is the 11.2.a.0.31 and I want to root the phone, tutorials I have seen that they are very long and complicated (change the kernel, use flashtool, remove the battery). I found a much easier method is to DooMLoRD easy root toolkit in which the last version added support for this phone. The forum said it was compatible with the ST26A st26i (I have the ST26A) and was consistent with the version 11.2.a.0.31 and 11.2.a.0.21 (mine is .31). What I wanted to ask is if someone rooted a mobile with the same characteristics as mine (ST26A-11.2.a.0.31), and let me know if it works and no signal loss problems as bricks or something, it would be helpful I answered that I really want to be root thanks. DEVICE: ST26A ROM: 11.2.A.0.31 (JELLY BEAN) BOOTLOADER: Locked
Sorry for my english but I using the google translate
I is fot International, A is for American. So I think that you can root your phone with out problem. I have st26i, roote with DooMLoRD.

first of all I want to root in Xe3 2212, I continued to follow the tutorial to ubl, the problem is after UBL, fastboot .img and install zip with CWM, after the screen stopped, then I press the emergency button on the back, the screen becomes blurred, shadows and dark

I doubt that'll work. He has already restored some other TA partition that doesn't originate from his phone. That's pretty much a hard brick right there.
