Hello, and welcome to XDA! We cannot guide you through it, but we can point you in the direction of a thread that might help: http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/htc-desire-620g-dual-t3016967. I recommend that you read through it for some useful tips. You can ask question in that thread, if you register. I don't know if your phone is single or dual sim, but the thread should help in any case.

I have this HTC Desire U phone, which got Bootloader unlocked by my " pro" friend, but after he did it I cannot get to Recovery mode ever again. It keeps on going to the HTC Logo with the red words this build is for development purpose only...
I want to root the phone but I cannot because it cannot get to recovery. Anyone can help me with this?

Hi first off all iam new here and whould introduce myself iam "biLL" 29 from Germany so sry for my bad spelling in English how ever
iam totaly new to Root and Flash Devices and i thought about testin it on a older device from Alcatel but i got a Problem it has the SIM ME Lock so i first wanted to ASK do this Dissapear from Rooting it ? ore am i able to unlock it ?
