Do you mean an external charger or battery case?

If it's a powerbank you're referring to, i'd suggest Anker Astro3 (2nd gen) or the Xiaomi 16000mah or even the 10400mah. All 3 have smart ports which detect the correct power that the device demands and accordingly output. I shuffle between all 3 on a daily basis and if budget is a concern, the Xiaomi 16000 is the best bang for buck.

USB External Battery

I am planing to buy an external battery. I will be happy to obtain one full charge for my Nexus 4. In fact, I only get without charge by the end of the day, when going back home, but since I have 1h by metro, it would be nice to be able to use my phone there. But since I am buying, I would like to have as much as I can (and 1 full charge seems reasonable to me).
I am looking these two:
First:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-BATTERI..._Batteries&hash=item20ce1e7c77#ht_3806wt_1346
Pros: it is only 8,69 €
Con: It is 2600 mAh (barely over the Nexus 4 battery, so I am not sure whether it will fully charge my phone or not)
Second:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-BATTERI..._Batteries&hash=item564ff32d35#ht_4794wt_1346
Pros: it is 5000 mAh, so it should do the job
Con: costs the double 17 € (not expensive though).
(there are other colours, I just liked the greens ones)
So, any suggestions? Have you seen other usb batteries with similar prices/charges?
I couldn't find a thread detailing the most convenient portable usb battery chargers, so we could start it here (or please, post the link to the respective thread)
Have you check DX.COM? They also have a lot to choose from with different charges. If you don't mind the wait, might be another option. I bought my MOMAX Portable 5600mAh Li-ion External Battery w/ LED Flashlight from them(cost is US $41.20) Not sure about the shipping to Europe, but to Canada is free)
Thanks! The shipment is free to France also, and they have similar products to those I saw in ebay (which comes from Hong Kong, so it won't be any faster).
I think I will go for this one Multi-Functional Portable External 5200mAh Battery for iPhone 4 / 4S / Samsung - Black, which is only 11,22 € and one good review.

I don't think you will go wrong with that. Even if it's just 4400mAh or so, it is still 4x the charges of N4. I just received my N4 yesterday, so couldn't tell you how many time it will charge with Momax. The reason I go for that specific one is due to they use Samsung battery(You can see their box have a sticker saying "Cell made by Samsung')
Thanks again. I just order it (11,59 € with free shipment to France)
I've just got delivery of a 12000 mAh portable charger. Will update on it's effectiveness when I've had a chance to test with my N7 & N4.

glad i found this thread... had been debating of paying too much for a mophie but i think ill be finding something on dx.com
i just bought an Anker astro3 for £25.99 from amazon uk.
10,000mAh @ 3Amps total output from 2 ports.
it's about 10% bigger and heavier than the N4
i also have the Tecknet 7000mAh / 2.1A equivalent which is about 20% smaller/ lighter than the anker
and a just mobile pp08 4400mAh /1a which is about 1/2 the size/ weight of the Tecknet

not much to say really. they all do what they say on the label. i find myself using the "just mobile" one the most on account of its small size and get ~1.9 charges out of it; and the others proportionately more according to their rating.
the 2A+ current rating (and dual outputs) on the bigger packs i find useful for charging tablets, cameras etc. simutaneously.
great products, you can't go wrong with any of them really. hope this helps.
I got this one for Christmas: http://amzn.com/B005K7192G
So far, I really love it! I can charge my Nexus 7 and my Nexus 4 with it and still have son juice left over. The flashlight feature is kinda handy (it never hurts to have an extra flashlight!) And I like knowing how much power is left. The versatility of being able to charge any USB device is cool too. It charges pretty fast too. I can plug it into my phone, stream internet radio and listen to it through my bluetooth headphones and it still charges the battery on the phone! Overall, its just super handy to have (I didn't have any kinda backup power supply before).
Good luck,
Billy

Anker, Zerolemon and RAVPower® 3rd Gen are the best choices, can't go wrong with either of them, just find which one fits your taste and your pocket money.
Also Xiaomi's power pack has good reviews and is very neatly prized
I have put together a few of my own.
You can purchase (for very cheap) an 18650 lithium ion cell enclosure, your choice of how many cells, how many USB ports, what amperage support, and what lithium cells you'd like to use and boom.
Especially if you have a few laptop batteries hanging around that still have a lot of cycles left, they are full of 18650 lithium ion cells.
EasyAcc® 12000mAh Power Bank 4 USB 3.5A Output Portable Charger High Capacity External
Cheap, large capacity, has 4 outputs, multiple amperages (all labeled clearly).

I just got this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LXL6L9E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it works great
I am using this really cheap Chinese 6000mah power bank.. It gives me two full charge, brand powertron.
I have these two. Always carry the smaller one in my backpack.
RAVPower Luster 6000mAh External Battery Pac
RAVPower® 3rd Gen Deluxe 15000mAh External Battery

Portable battery options, found a cheap 8800 mAh one but will it charge a nexus 9?

Duracell Powermat GoPower Longhaul backup battery
it says it charges phones and tablets, but some comments was referring to 2.1a on top port, my questions is if i were to buy something like this can it charge a nexus tablet?
i figured at least for 11 bux and 8800 mAh its a good deal since it is duracell, but don't need another one if it cannot charge tablets, I have some cheap no name one that for some reason stop charging tablets when it drop below 75% figured it would be a good time to invest a few dollar on a new one.
Yes
I'd buy something like this 10,000 mah external battery:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009USAJCC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
From Anker and costs about $26 USD right now. I've been using one for my Nexus 7 (2013) and my S3 for over a year. It should charge up that 6700mah batter in the Nexus 9 with no problems.
Or for $40 USD 15,000mah http://www.amazon.com/15000mAh-Portable-Ultra-High-External-Motorola/dp/B00D5T3QK4/ref=pd_sim_cps_22?ie=UTF8&refRID=1WTQY82HGAXJ9YGBN3BY
and there's many many other versions of similar capacities & prices. Just read the reviews for the good ones.
Enjoy!
I've had GREAT luck with Anker brand devices. They're top notch in my book.
OP, the one that you posted is very expensive. There are much cheaper options that are not nearly as expensive. I would investigate the Anker or TechMatte external power banks- those are the best products for the most reasonable price. Since I'm still new here, I can't post links, but I would strongly advice either of those two. My husband has the anker one at his desk, and I have the techmatte one. We both really like them, so I would say that either works well.
Found a discounted Rav Power 13000 mAh on Amazon. New here so can't post link. Just search for: RAVPower® 3rd Gen Deluxe 13000mAh External Battery Portable Dual USB
$29.99 Prime

Best Portable Charger/Power Bank for S6

Hi
I currently own an Aukey 10,000 mAh Portable Battery with Qualcomm Quick Charging 2.0 up to 12V. The charger its self is capable of being quick charged and it is also capable of giving quick charge.
It is a heavy power bank with a rounded metal design.
Anyone have you found any better....

I like to buy this power bank but its price in my country is doubled because of shipping

Try find a cheaper price on eBay or look on your countries Amazon site.
The Aukey is honestly the best one I have found. It does support QuickCharge 2.0 (both in and out) and even after fully charging my S6 has all 4 lights lit. It does take a long time to recharge on its own but that's not an issue for me - I can put it on a Samsung quick charger overnight then carry it all day.
Can't beat the price, either.

Yes, the Flux universal portable charger that I am using has given me the best results to charge my Galaxy S6 when compared to the others that I used previously.

i myself use a hoco wireless powerbank which i bought at aliexpress, it is 8000mah so it is big enough for my phone and my tablet. it has two ports so as for the s6 or any wireless charging enabled phone it means that you can charge 3 devices at the same time.

ANKER
I use the Asus ZenPower 10050 mAh and it's perfect. Comes with it's own short microUSB cable and it charges at 10W. Plus it's 20 bucks or so. Probably one of the best budget choices around.
trying to find reliable power bank too. I have tried xiaomi mi bank 10000 for few weeks but it's not good(
is it possible to buy the power bank directly from samsung official store?

which one is the best? xiaomi, aukey or huawei battery ?
I have this for my S6 : https://www.amazon.co.uk/AUKEY-Port...ie=UTF8&qid=1507647298&sr=8-1&keywords=pb+t10
ANKER
Anker Powercore 13400
Hi there , i recommend you power bank from Samsung with capacity at 8400mah
Maybe its funny maybe not but ive got it since ~3 days so funny that i recommend that but for me its not big , its slim , it can charge my s6 fully 3 times so its great , one disadventage is Li-On accumulators inside it , i prefer li-po that have no charging memory
Xiaomi is cheap and reliable when you buy the right model.
Here in South Korea, the 10000mAh fast charge compatible one costs like $15..

Available Soon: Newderry Battery Case

Looks like there is a new battery case coming, but 50 bux is a bit steep.
Anybody seen other options?
I wonder if 4700mah is enough to give one full charge from empty. Luckily, the 4A 5G has a big enough battery to easily get you through even the busiest day, but it's good to have a case like this for emergencies when you just can't be near a power adapter, and perhaps you forgot to plug in your phone overnight. There will also come a time when the built-in battery starts to wear. Something like this will help prolong the useful lifetime of the phone.

Another alternative battery case is the iBlades case, but the drawbacks loom large. It's very expensive at $100. The battery "blade" is weak, and unlikely to provide at least one full charge. It does provide external storage and an air quality sensor ( whoop!). That might be enough to justify the price, but my researching reviews leads to trepidation. There is a lot of feedback that the iBlades solution is flaky at best. I don't want to pay $100 for something that may or may not work as advertised, from a vendor who doesn't seem to be providing adequate support.

It's back as of today, but stll $50. I'm still going to wait for a price drop. I might have bitten at this price if it included wireless charging and a clip stand.
I bought these for previous devices. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are garbage. They will last perhaps a month maybe two. DO NOT BUY THESE. They will swell and get very hot and if you're really unlucky, catch fire. Just do yourself a favor, DO NOT buy these.
Duly noted, but this warning applies to any rechargeable battery. I've had this happen to various phones and laptop batteries. I have not read anything to indicate that Newderry cases are more susceptible to this issue more than any other of technology. I have a pair of Newderry battery cases I used with my Pixel 2, a phone that had bad battery life when it was new 5 years ago. They greatly extended the usable life of that phone. I still use my Pixel 2 as a special purpose device today, and still charge the battery cases to this day, and they are fine.
