[Tweaks] Universal Cosmic Mods

Pre Requisites :
*Root Access
*ROM with init.d present
Note:-
This is a universal mod and will work on any device and any ROM
If you see "for Simplicity v5" in the updater Script, Don't worry, its there just because it was first made for that awesome ROM

I don't know why but when I installed Simplicity, RAM consumption was very high even after opening 2 apps. (More than 200)
So, I included loopy smoothness, adrenaline script and simplicity is simply like a RED BULL
So, what does the mod do?
It gives your mobile wings
Smoothness by loopy smoothness
Better RAM consumption by adrenaline tweak
And prerajulisation and farhanitration by kuro Tweaks and other Tweaks
RAM consumption is great and also device is very snappy

Instructions:-
​They are at last because very less people read them
Though all the mods are tested both on stock and CWM recovery, you have the choice to use any one of them
These all mods mount and unmount partition and set the permissions automatically, so no no need tod o it, but these steps shown in instructions are shown to be done if everything else fails
1. Download desired mod
2. Place it in the root of your sdcard(Preferred)
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Mount /system(Do if installation fails)
5. Install zip from sdcard
6. Read what appears on screen
7. Reboot
8. Enjoy
Note for hell lock kernel users
delete 99complete script from /system/etc/init.d/ folder if stuck in bootloop

have i read right,its with zram?is it possible to use it without zram,its slows phone down and its not nesecarry i think.

another thing is that u should make info for hellfusion kernel user,i your tweak are 99complete script,that can make bootloops on hellskernel.

It's a misconception that ZRam Tweak lags the device.
And I will add that hell lock info in OP

I think zram is like a space on ram so it is faster than the cache.....leads to high ram usage maybe I don't know....what I know is that it works....

Kernel is NOT required to necessarily have init.d support
If you know about the mod by Ryuinferno

google always give you a proper way., and also zram only works if the kernel support it..
and there is also an option for the loopysmothness script.. it will work only if you change the intent (i think) according to the users launcher
like com.sec.android.app.twlauncher - touchwiz

[Q] Bravia Engine mod question

I have been wondering, Since my Rooted Xperia J does not have Mobile Bravia Engine. I saw Some Mods that can add a Bravia Engine Switch to my phone (St26i)
My concept of Bravia Engine and those other mods like X-Reality, is that your phone either has them when you bought it or it never will have it even with the Mods Because I laugh at the fact that Phones with Low-res has a Bravia Engine Switch
Do those mods really work and have an effect like the Original Phones with Bravia Engine do? or are they just fake
If they do work does my phone need to have an unlocked Bootloader or do I flash them with CWM
I am just confused

Well as you said practically they have less significance due to low screen resolution...well to flash these you need a recovery like cwm
Or twrp... I think you can have it without bl unlock(I think so)

They do have effect. Don't you want to see bravia or xreality option under settings, it's cool right. I suggest you use a rom that supports it. Avd rom does have xreality internally. There's no permanent cwm for jlo but hopefully avd rom will have it included in the nxt update.

You dont need unlocked bootloader And yes they really works!

I've tested the mods from the subforum but none of these really worked for me, the switch was there, but I haven't noticed change in the images, but after all those tries I tested "X-Reality" from the Z1 system dump, that really worked, you can have it here It doesn't need the switch in the settings, is pre-activated, also search for the Z1 Album.apk.

Few problems
Bro it is an awesome rom as it is lightening fast. But im getting some problems.
1. Im not able to setup Gravity box and viper4android.
2. And i didnt get any other feature mentioned there.
Please solve my 1st problem and suggest me an app that makes backup of my apps to restore it on your rom.

Please suggest what are the top things / tricks we can do if we already root our Xperia M2? I'm looking for Xposed but it's not working as of now.

You can clean apps that you don't need/use so they don't take space/battery, use apps that works with root permission (Titanium Backup, SD Maid, AFWall etc), change zRam so it doesn't waist battery, theme your apps like you want.

Don't think there is much unless you know how to compile mods yourself. We don't even have a superuser mod available for installing other Xperia apks. Xposed I can't see ever working on Sony 5.1 m2 as t2u has had the same problem since 5.0 was released months ago and nothing has been done about it deodexing tools don't work either so we can't even deodex the rom. I've deleted all the Sony/google apps I never use to make a bit of space. I've left my zram settings as Sony intended and I'm getting great battery life, best suggestion is have a look round on here but make a backup before doing anything in case of problems later on
