"BROM ERROR : S_BROM_STARTCMD_FAIL (2005)
[Brom] can not pass bootrom start command! possibly power up early.
[HINT:]"
I tried reinstall everytihng but nothing works for me.
I realy need this for root cause I dont have play services, could you help me out here guys???

Hello,
I'm new to flashing and installing ROM on android phones.
I enabled root in this phone.
I wanted to install JellyBean 4.2.2.
After a long search on the internet and a lot of trying I decided to open a thread here.
My phone is Star N800 MTK6575 with Android 4.0.4.
When I tried to install ROM through recovery mode it showed me this:
"Failed to verify whole-file signature"
I tried to install ClockWorkMode Recovery without success
SP flash tool and Odin also disappointed me..
Could anyone help me please?
Maybe I did something wrong, can you please explain me step by step how to upgrade this phone?
Please help me, every answer will be appreciated.

I think I found the problem.
When I plug in my phone in the usb, when it's turn off and without the battery, I see it in the Device Manager appearing and then disconnecting.
I tried to change the Power Settings but it didn't help. Anyone faced this problem in the past and knows how to fix it?
Dont alter the zip,
in cwm toggle off the sign verification,then try flashing..:thumbup:

Hi, If u want to flash anyting from SP flash tool .Den follow these things.....Turn off ur phone with sim card,batter,and sd card out....Also make sure that u have installed mtk6575 drivers installed already....After that load everthing in sp flash tool and before clicking on download button..just press and hold volume up key and then insert usb in port...ur pc will detect the phone and install recovery or Rom........I also faced the same problem but this thing really helped me to install ROM

I have a problem with my Zenfone 4. I wanted to install xposed and now Asus is bricked I can't enter to Droidboot - it stucks on USB Logo. I have tried methods from "asus-zenfone.com" nad "Hermanth Kandula Blog" - I can't post links. It doesn't work for me. While using xFSTK Downloader I have errors: imgur.com/NXaEfKD.jpg
Method with ASUS FLASH TOOL doesn't work too. This program can't see my phone which is plugged to USB.
I installed all needed drivers.

ok i've got a note 4 clone i occidentally bricked it when i tried to flash an miui rom zip in cwm. now It wont turn on anymore ,but it gets detected at the device manager (Mtk usb v com) although it keeps connects and disconnects, what i have is a cwm backup i cant get spft to download the cwm backup i also dont have a scatter file i tried to load an mtk scatter file for the mtk chip 6572 didn't work either spft says there is a mismatch and sometimes DRAM FAIl error messages any ideas?

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
I´m sorry for what you faced with your device, but this is the main problem about buying and using clone devices. I can´t help with that since there a ton of clones and most of clones use to be very poor devices.
My suggestion is you to try to reach whoever sent you the device or the company which created it, or try to search on Google for someone who also has the device.
As a personal suggestion, if you are out of money, next time you buy a device, and wanna custom it and play with it like you tried with your device, try to reach some Motorola or "most famous" device, where you will have a bigger development under it, and you will have solutions for almost all the troubles.
I wish you get back your device on working, and also wish you to spend a nice weekend.
I have a problem with my Paris X device. I had an unofficial rom and I wanted to flash the official one. I followed all of the instructions on the ulefone-s website. When I started the flashing process I got a message: "BROM ERROR: S_INVALID_BBCHIP_TYPE (0x3EB)"
Since that my phone is like dead. I cant switch on, I cant either flash again because my driver disappears in 2 seconds and I got the same error everytime.
Please help me, I would really approciate it. :fingers-crossed:

Hello everyone im a noob with all this, I've been trying to root my Huawei Y3 ll on kingo root app and pc.
On my pc while its rooting my phone reboots 2-3 times during the rooting process and fails most often then success.. when it succeeds in root my phone reboots and my root is gone??
When I use the app I get to 90% and then it fails with error code: 0x01BB1E, ive tried with bootloader lovked and unlocked, reset my phone, stoped auto sync and auto updates on my apps in Google play..
