But accoring to this thread ([Mod] +TWEAKS+CWM+ROOT]for Galaxy Core GT-I8262) and this ([Framaroot] Supported devices), Framaroot should work for your device.
So you could ask in the [Framaroot] Help thread.

I found a file you may be looking for:
> Samsung Galaxy A Series > Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8 General > [Lollipop][Official] New Galaxy A7 (A700F) firmware released [A700FXXU2BOH1]
As for instructions, I did not see any (they may be in the download), but you can ask in that thread once you have registered for an XDA account.
