[Completed] [Q] Sprint - XDA Assist

How can l or can i delete all the sprint crap off my note 4 i want to get it unlocked and use it with a different carrier please help if you can

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. To remove bloatware you'll want to root the device then use titanium backup to freeze the bloatware. I would suggest you spend a lot of time learning more about your device and how to do that by reading here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-sprint. Rooting your device gives you the power to really screw it up too so make sure you know how to return it to stock before rooting. Good luck!

[Completed] Zeepad 7DRK - able to root?

Hello,
I purchased a Zeepad 7DRK with the plans of it just being a simple remote for my Chromecast's.
When the device came in there are a lot of crappy bloat applications installed on the device that I am unable to remove.
I purchased this item 1. because it was cheap only $45 2. because at least the earlier version came already rooted.
Well this one did not come rooted. I installed root checker and was able to confirm this.
Does anyone know if this device is able to be root? or if anyone is working one it?
It looks like this is one of their new models and I am not able to find much information on it.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. I can't find a specific root method for your device, but head over to this thread and take a look:

[Completed] Remove the Kingroot files from root to rid of Kingroot after full Kingroot unroot

I recently installed Kingroot being that this is the only know way (that I know of though reading forums) for rooting this model of Galaxy Grand Prime with a One Tap Root. I tried flashing the Stock (Rom through Kies but I got error messages. I need to fully unroot. Is there any way that I can go into the root files and delete all the ones that is of Kingroot, because being a newbie, all I was able do was some snooping in the root files and noticed that Kingroot files where there even after I did a "full Kingroot unroot". Maybe one can guide to where and what I should delete. If this isn't possible, is there anyway that I can rid of Kingroot completely and revert to stock. I know that to do this I need to be rooted. Is there any other one tap Root that is proved with this phone model to work which will allow me to make the necessary changes to achieve my goal? I would be so happy.

[Completed] [Q] Losing WiFi on the galaxy S4 black edition when rooting

Hello,
I have rooted my s4 many times and each time I lose my wifi. I usually root by using odin and cf auto root with a rom that has the same configuration as my phone. Each time I eventually bricked my phone trying to get the wifi back.
Can someone tell me a way that I can root my phone and not risk losing my wifi?

[Completed] Verizon Galaxy note 2 with root no data access.

First time poster, so if I do anything incorrectly I'm sorry. A few days ago I rooted my SCHi605 Verizon Note 2 on 4.1.1 using Odin. The root worked, but now I have no data. I've been searching the internet madly trying to find a solution. I've even reinstalled the rooted stock rom. If anyone can help me I'd be much indebted. I'm losing my mind! Please let me know if there is anymore information I can provide.
Hi,
Thank you for using XDA Assist.

Do not forget to mention which tool/file you used to root your device.
Good luck.
