[Completed] Remove the Kingroot files from root to rid of Kingroot after full Kingroot unroot - XDA Assist

I recently installed Kingroot being that this is the only know way (that I know of though reading forums) for rooting this model of Galaxy Grand Prime with a One Tap Root. I tried flashing the Stock (Rom through Kies but I got error messages. I need to fully unroot. Is there any way that I can go into the root files and delete all the ones that is of Kingroot, because being a newbie, all I was able do was some snooping in the root files and noticed that Kingroot files where there even after I did a "full Kingroot unroot". Maybe one can guide to where and what I should delete. If this isn't possible, is there anyway that I can rid of Kingroot completely and revert to stock. I know that to do this I need to be rooted. Is there any other one tap Root that is proved with this phone model to work which will allow me to make the necessary changes to achieve my goal? I would be so happy.

Hi there,
You'd be best served asking for help from the experts who own your device here:
Galaxy Grand Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
[GUIDE] Things to do after rooting Grand Prime, focused on privacy setup mainly.
Good luck

Lots of thanks. I will do just that.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. it's not possible to root all devices and it sounds like you've tried a number of different methods. The best I can do is give you this link, http://www.xda-developers.com/root/ You device may be one that can not be rooted.

[Completed] [Q] LG Exceed 2 (VS450PP1) rooting

Hello
Tried all available root solutions found online (towelroot, oneclick, srs, root genius, z4root), nothing works to root this phone, LG VS450PP.
root genius latest version, did not root the phone but triggered the rooting counter. Phone shows rooted even though it is not.
Is there any rooting solution available?
Is there any way to revert the root counter to say unrooted?
Thanks,

How can I Root my Samsung Galaxy Prevail Lte?? Please Help

I just bought the new Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy Prevail Lte. SM-360P
I want to know if there is a step by step guide to rooting this phone? Or if someone can tell me how?
I did an internet search and found nothing. I tried to root with kinguser but it was in chinese and couldnt understand it. Kinguser app said that it was rooted but when I used rootcheck it said it was not rooted, So i deleted kingroot and kinguser. I think maybe its an app that makes your phone act like its rooted. I want to edit this phones build.prop so I need an actual real way to root this phone.

[Completed] How do I unroot my tablet, as well as replace the custom with stock?

Okay, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 Wifi. I ROOTED it using Kingroot. I did unroot using the kingroot, yet even though RootChecker says it is not rooted, in my settings about phone, it still says custom, and I cant update firmware. So I re rooted it with Kingroot. How do I unroot this, and get the custom to the stock? And, furthermore, can I do this without a PC?

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
Sorry to hear about your trouble but fortunately there is an XDA area dedicated to the Galaxy Tab 4 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4 which would be a good starting place. I suggest you post your question with all relevant details in the friendly Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.
Good luck!

Hi, thank you for using XDA assist.
Looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device yet.
However there is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can get better help and support if you try to ask over there.
Good luck.
