try this [requires wifi connection or 3g data connectivity]
1. First open the app named Xiaomi Market which is an inbuilt app and you'll have to sign in with an account (or sign up..so that you can start downloading apps)
2. search for googe play store and then hit install
If it works maybe its because xiaomi provides a google play store compatible with their miui os

I just got the cheap Ubislate 7Ci and want to use google play to download an app.
I have tried clearing all data in google play and google play services and deleted and re-added my google account multiple times and get error:
Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-0]
I just bought this cheap tablet to run one app - battlescreen for battlefield 4. It just said it had to be android 4 to run it, so I bought this, but I cant install.

I had to sideload a Korean music app (Melon / 멜론) because it's not downloadable outside Korea, per it's link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iloen.melon&hl=en
Anyway, I read that if you sideload an app that is on the Play Store with it's correct app name, it will automatically attach to your account. However, I do not find this to be the case, as I have had it for some weeks now and there is a newer version out but I don't see it on My Apps in Play Store, and if I access it's direct page through the app with that link, there is a giant black bar that basically says "F U BUDDY, NO DICE" covering where the "update / uninstall" buttons normally are.
My question is - has it just not attached because it's not allowed in the USA? Or... if I buy Titanium Backup Pro and try to attach it that way, will the updates start working (since I already have the app installed) ?
I'm just curious because I already have an account with Melon and can technically use the app but would prefer not to have to keep sideloading updates.
I tried using some VPN application to connect through Japan (I know this is not the same as Korea ) after stopping Play Store and wiping it's data and cache, and turning off mobile data (wiped everything while in Airplane mode) but that didn't make a difference.

I decided to buy Titanium Backup Pro and try force-attaching it. Still doesn't show up in Play Store and if I get it's link open externally still has the black bar over the area where update / open / uninstall should be

Select chrome from the app and click ->Actions->delete. It'll show that app will be replaced by factory settings. Click ok.
Then again click Actions -> Delete. That should remove it for good.

i deleted it via titanium backup i have just q. i need only from google store and gmail. when i connect to wifi and go to store or gmail i see that i have automatically back on phone this goole play services...
first time i remove all google app ( not store) also play services from phone and install only gmail. so why is needing this play store services ? or can i delete it via tit.backup but i am not sure that if i connect back to wifi or net it came back aaa and it has from 16MB to 33MB i think
if i install this alpha 4 CM11 i down gmail app via real app leecher latest version so i dont need install this GAPPS for android 4.4.2 package ? cos i see that there is more app not only gmail... and i need only store and gmail. i dont know if i can delete from this package for 4.4.2 all apps except store and gmail.

Google play services is essential. It updates you're apps. The problem is that google play services consumes a lot of ram. Solution is - convert it to user app and then greenify!!
I'm not really sure about the gapps part, though.

I believe you could remove the themes from vendor/overlay/framework, if you are not using them. If you are using any of them , then you would be in trouble.

When i try to access play store i got this message(This browser is no longer supported.
Please use theGoogle Play Store appto access Google Play.) I use browser from stock rom before and now from evo x3 my phone is galaxy y gt s5360 pls help!!!

Why don't you use the play store? Chrome works for entering mobile google play.
I've used maybe all browsers the google play is blocked on all browser at my device i need the google play web site access to buy apps and i've prob with play store app thanks
