hi guys.. i need help with my dad's phone,.
he bought this phone, which is used, from a 2nd hand shop. after he purchased it, he did not notice that playstore was installed.. even internet browser is not available. i tried to download via apk file , but my pc wont detect the phone.
so i used my micro sd card and copied the playstore.apk file. once inserted in the phone . i installed it , but when i tried to open it , it say application stopped.. i tried the same method but downloading google chrome.. the same problem occurs, 'google chrome has stopped' . so i tried to get on to recovery menu but it does not have recovery in it! it shows 'No data' .. is this some kind of scam ? did the seller block all access to my phone except call and message? i cant access to my pc via usb, recovery menu not working. any apps that uses internet will immediately close.. any ideas on how to overcome this? i have also tried downloading apptoide, still no luck..

Hello guys!
This is the first time I'm ever asking for an advice online so don't judge me too hard, I'm out of options, been googling for hours.
I have SE Xperia X10 mini (not pro). A while ago I rooted it and removed some annoying system apps. Removed the apps that were labeled as safe to remove by people who have done this before. As a result market stopped working, been trying to fix it but nothing seemed to help. Last option was a factory reset. Did that. Now I have a phone with no apps, cant access web, don't have a file manager, no music player, no nothing And market is still not working.
Only good thing is that now market is just stuck in "Starting download" position as before it had this annoying error message popping up.
I'm wondering is there a way for me to reinstall the phone completely with market not working and not having a file manager either?

P.S. I use ubuntu, but will figure out how to run win files soon. BTW might this thing with adb.exe + usb debugging help me install apps through USB, so I can atleast install file manager and then it would be easier to figure out what to do next?
Have you tried fixing with Sony PC Companion? I had a similar problem where I deleted some things I shouldn't have and PC Companion fixed it for me.
did you use sd-ext? because i have got the same problem which is i have to do partition again to ext3
Market is stuck whenever i try to download multiply files, but it was solved once it's upgraded to Play Store
and yes you can install applications via USB, just be sure to activate USB Debugging in Development menu, there is an windows application that allow mass apk installation, just search it

hello there... when i try to access my camera it says turn off usb storage first to use it... and when i download some apps from the internet directly from my phone it says it fails (same goes for bluetooth files if someone tries to send them).. how will i fix this?

for GoClever i102 not booting device ( the same with AIRIS KIRA N10020)
I had this problem and managed to solve it. Maybe i can help others.
1.get the firmware from http://airis.livedrive.com/IO/DownloadSharedFile?NodeID=0ed5e3b3a95d42e198fdfad4e1d780a3&AID=336352 or http://www.airissupport.com/SupportHome2.aspx?Codigo=N10020 with tutorial (use google translate because it's in spanish)
2.download winimage for windows http://www.winimage.com/download/wima6490.exe install it for evaluation copy and run as administrator
3.insert a microSD card in a card reader and connect it to your PC, start winimage>DISK MENU>RESTORE VIRTUAL HARD DISK IMAGE... and select the card reader and you will have to select the firmware for your device. It will promt you that all the data from the SDcard will be erased and let it finish the job. It can promt you for an error hit OK and continue.
4.Remove the card from the CardReader after image was copied and insert it into your turned off GoClever device. Conect the charger and start the device. It will boot by itself and install everything. It will promt you to remove the card when finished. Restart and let it boot (1st boot might take up to 5 minutes)
5.Format the microSd card.

I tried to do the option this post gives ( and ty in advance for that ) because i couldnt find anything else out there on the internet. But my problem still persists, i tried to use both an sd card and a usb pen and nothing changed. Does anyone know what else can be done to boot the netbook? or reinstall the android system? It doesnt allow the netbook to even start so theres nothing much i can do, im not an expert on the matter but i wanted to at least see if there was a way to salvage the device. If not is going on a one way trip to the trash.
I've also tried to look for the download of the android system for the goclever netbook but couldnt find any.
Any help would be much apreciated Thanks.

Does the tablet booted succesfuly from the sd card you used?
If yes, have you tried with the updated android version (N10020-1.6.vhd)?
Hi, so i triend program called: Folder Mount.
After downloading this program, it's shows that my device configure not correctly so there was a button that they can fix it and reboot it.
After rebooting my google play, file manager, gallery, Memo, and others programs stopped working.
When i'm trying open Device storage it's shows /storage/emulated/0 (and nothing in there) and automaticly goes in /storage.
Anyone can help me with that?
I triend even factory restart.

ok flash stock rom with odin.
go to samsung updates dot com or sam mobile dot com to get stock rom...
search google for exact website address.

Hello , ant thank you for the interest . I have been searching the internet for days trying to figure out whats up with my phone . I got as a gift from a friend to my young sister , but the phone is stuck on the login screen.
Methods i tried to resolve the issue :
Hold down power volume - and + , and restored factory settings : didn`t work .
Try searching for official android relies for my phone , downloaded tons of different software , in some i had to make a folder : dload , and put the UPDATE,APP in the folder , but when i try to update with the fastboot menu i cant seem to see the update file.
I have downloaded .zip files and try to put them on a new sd card and install them , i can see the zip files but when i try to install them it says : signature verification failed .
I Cannot access my phone using my pc , it simply does not find it as a device . So if there is a solution to all of my problems , i will try to send a virtual beer to everyone
