for GoClever i102 not booting device ( the same with AIRIS KIRA N10020)
I had this problem and managed to solve it. Maybe i can help others.
1.get the firmware from http://airis.livedrive.com/IO/DownloadSharedFile?NodeID=0ed5e3b3a95d42e198fdfad4e1d780a3&AID=336352 or http://www.airissupport.com/SupportHome2.aspx?Codigo=N10020 with tutorial (use google translate because it's in spanish)
2.download winimage for windows http://www.winimage.com/download/wima6490.exe install it for evaluation copy and run as administrator
3.insert a microSD card in a card reader and connect it to your PC, start winimage>DISK MENU>RESTORE VIRTUAL HARD DISK IMAGE... and select the card reader and you will have to select the firmware for your device. It will promt you that all the data from the SDcard will be erased and let it finish the job. It can promt you for an error hit OK and continue.
4.Remove the card from the CardReader after image was copied and insert it into your turned off GoClever device. Conect the charger and start the device. It will boot by itself and install everything. It will promt you to remove the card when finished. Restart and let it boot (1st boot might take up to 5 minutes)
5.Format the microSd card.

it came to my hands a goclever android netbook I102 used from one of my cousins thats stuck on a never ending loop with the android/goclever logo when it starts. I tried to do the option this post gives ( and ty in advance for that ) because i couldnt find anything else out there on the internet. But my problem still persists, i tried to use both an sd card and a usb pen and nothing changed. Does anyone know what else can be done to boot the netbook? or reinstall the android system? It doesnt allow the netbook to even start so theres nothing much i can do, im not an expert on the matter but i wanted to at least see if there was a way to salvage the device. If not is going on a one way trip to the trash.
I've also tried to look for the download of the android system for the goclever netbook but couldnt find any.
Any help would be much apreciated Thanks.

I have a Fujitsu P1120 touchscreen netbook. I have been trying to dual boot android with the windows xp that is on there but have had no success. I cannot seem to figure out the right way to put android on the hard drive. It keeps coming up with a grub error for invalid filesystem. I have downloaded liveandroid, android 86x. The main problem that I have is that my device doesn't support booting from usb, booting from network, or any usb external drive. So the only way I can get it to work is to manually install android but I don't know how to do that.
Can anyone help me with this please?

To put it bluntly you're trying to get your netbooks to do something it isn't intended to do. Those thing are built with the absolute bare minimum to do pretty much nothing more than browse the web, hence "netbook". It's not a full PC. Even the newer ones don't run a full version of Windows 7. Short of knowing how to re-write a BIOS image or finding a modified one and flashing it, which has the risk of perma-bricking your computer.
Волк,
Sorry my bad english..I have a good computer, phone and tablet. However I like to modify my old electronics giving new life to them .... Now for example I'll replace the HDD Fujitsu Lifebook P1120 IDE for SSD and I'll put a PCMCIA card with internal memory to speed up Windows. I installed windows 7 and it is working. So I had to make a modification in winsetup.dll to install.
At the moment I install Android but I am having difficulties.

XDA offer a guide to rooting all devices, you can find it here
Any news? thanks for everything
Hi man, i managed to root my Iconia One 7 (B1-750).
I downloaded and used the tool on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/intel-android-devices-root-temp-cwm-t2975096 i used the T3 Option.
Be carefull when removing the Acer files as i had problems when my device would reboot when it woke from sleep so i suggest to make a backup of them with Titanium befor you remove them.
If you do remove them like me on acident without making a backup look for the stock B1-810 rom which is on xda somewhere and pull the apks from there to your device the files are in the system/app and system/priv-app folders.
Guys, please i need your help, i just tried to use xposed installer but after installing the required files in /system and rebooting my tablets softbricked. Tried to make a factory reset but it stucked at formatting data. I still can access cwm through the software used in this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...p-cwm-t2975096
Anyone has an idea how i can fix it :/

Sounds good that you guys have been able to root it.
What ROM have you installed afterwards?
My son has this tablet and mainly I am bugged by the fact that apps can not be installed on SD card.
Need help with flash browser, would rooting help?
I have a new Acer Iconia B1-750 and I am trying to use the paid version of Puffin Browser to access a Learning Management System to play elearning modules developed in flash. I have the free version which installed without any problem but when I try to buy the paid version to have a flash browser i get "Unexpected error, please try again later". Has anyone come across this issue or is there a way around it - it doesn't have to be Puffin but I know these modules work with this browser. I have tried dophin and UC browser but they keep giving me a Flash failed to Load error. Would rooting my tablet help me get around this?

Currently there is no custom rom you can flash and i think there would never be
It's an Intel tablet, the bootloader is locked and unknown so wow
Personally i advice you to not try anything unless someone else did it and it worked ! I remember myself when i tried xposed installer and it didn't work, my tablet was stuck and i really though it was over [Imagine , my savings gone ! ] i will never do it again, it's not like those chienese tablets that when you mess up with them, you just connect it to your pc and flash a rom with sp flashtool.

It's a bit tricky. The device drivers do not include this specific device. I have the exact change you need at home, but here's what you need to do.
Extract the Acer driver files to your HDD.
Browse to the inf folder.
Open the file intc_adb.inf.
Look for the arch your desktop is running, either [Generic.NTx86] for x86 or [Generic.NTamd64] for 64 bit.
Under the section header from the previous step, look for the CPU model. In this case it's "; Intel Baytrail Android".
Open your device manager, find the ADB device in the tree. Right click it and go to the Details tab.
Change the Property drop list to "Hardware IDs". Take note of the values in the list.
Go back to your .inf file you are editing. Find the line that says "%CompositeAdbInterface% = USB_Install, USB\VID_0502&PID_3705&MI_01 ; ADB + MTP"
Update the line with the harware ID's you noted previously.
Save the file.
Now update the driver the usual way and the ADB driver should work fine.
After doing all that I still was not able to get the device rooted (using the T3 option). It stops at the DROIDBOOT screen. If you get past it, post back with how you did it please.
Hi Domito,
Thanks for the answer.
Wih your help, I managed to install the driver.
When I launch the .bat file, the tablet reboots under droidboot, unfortunatly I get these message, them nothing else happens :
Code:

FASTBOOT INIT ...
E:Failed to mount device '/dev/block/sda1' as installer partition using fs_type 'vfat'

E:No valid installer medium found.
FASTBOOT CMD WAITING...
Could not open /sys/devices/virtual/blacklight
Has anybody also experienced this ?
Can you please help ?
Thanks
Hello, I was stucked at the same screen. But there is one solution. When you see this log you will have to open device manager. There will be "android device" or something like that. Then you will have to enter driver update, choose android devices and then acer composite adb driver. After that the CWM will show up at tablet. Sorry for my english.

I don't know why, but that happens when you remove the korean keyboard. You must reflash the original ROM and then proceed to remove all the bloatware except the korean keyboard.
Hello,
First time writing on the forum so please tell me if I do something wrong .So ,yesterday i've installed kubuntu on my nexus 7 , via platform tools (flashing img on fastboot). In kubuntu i have installed gpartition with terminal ,because i've saw that i only have 6 gig of free memory on 16 gig nexus 7 , and i wanted to know why.I opened it and when he finish analyze my tablet ,he find 15 gig of unalocatted space. So i decided to format that partition. After a minute he promted an error ,that he can't create disk label and adviced me to reboot before making any changes. After i closed all apps ,i rebooted my tablet , but something happened, she doesn't boot up any more.I tries diferent buttons combo, but she doesn't boot up,and i noticed that i can't access bootloader or custom recovery or fastboot. From some resources on internet i've found that it may be hard bricked. Can anyone tell me if is it hard bricked( i hope not) and if is it , how to solve that? I also want to add that i don't know to use nvflash , and i've never maked blob file backup. Can anyone pls help me?
Hi,
I have a 5" android tablet recently acquired through Amazon, and it appears to be completely brandless, so I have no idea who made it.
I rooted the device and changed the bootloader image using the app "Boot animations". It booted, then loaded the animation and gets stuck there. it cycles through this three times before giving up and booting into recovery. Once in recovery I have no way of selecting any option other than "Reboot system now" as the only hardware button on the device is the power button. there are no volume, home or menu buttons of any sort.
There is a reset button on the back which simply takes the slightest click and it reboots the device. neither this, the power button, or any sequence of the two together provide me with anything other than a reboot.
I Then tried installing SDK with platform-tools and the usb driver, I also downloaded the generic android usb driver from google, and i've tried running ADB to no avail, neither of them will see the device, and device manager does not show the device under "Other", it simply displays it as a mass storage device briefly while it runs through the attempted boot sequence before entering recovery where it no longer appears in device manager.
I have a new 64gb SD card for it which i have done nothing with, I'm hoping that maybe there's a way of using it given i have no hardware buttons?
Does anyone have any idea of how I can factory reset this device?
I'm desperate here and have researched every forum google has thrown at me over the last two weeks.
Many thanks
Jody
hello @jody-michael
I don't know if there is a way to fix the problem.
Please see this post. If there is adequate time to change the boot animation file bwfore the device reboots, maybe it can help you.
Are there details of the device model under its battery?
Have a great day
Hello @yairku
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I stupidly didn't turn usb debugging on, so when it does briefly show up as mass storage, I can't actually access the storage, so can't access or change the bootloader files.
The other issue is its a sealed unit so I can't access the battery either. If anything I could do with some kind of clever windows app that can see the device and run a factory reset bypassing the debugging mode as it's not activated.
Hi @jody-michael
If the device has an mtk chipset, it might be possible to use sp flash tool to get the firmware from the device, edit it and flash it.
To use sp flash tool, a scatter file is needed.
I found this tutorial that shows how to create a scatter file.
I hope that It will be possible to replace the boot animation that causes the problem, with a good one.
If you are willing to try to create the scatter file, please let me know and I might be able to help you with it. I understand the steps of the tutorial.
Good day
There should be written something on the back of the tablet. Something more than just a serial. try to post a photograph. Once the device is identified, look for a ROM in an update.zip format. Copy the update.zip into the root directory of a sd card, turn device off, apply sd card and turn the device on. Hopefully, it will discover the update on the sd card and install it.
Best wishes...
Unfortunately sp flash tool doesn't see the device either. I've persisted with driver installs etc. I haven't been able to get the existing scatter file read or figure out where to get one for my device.

Thanks JoachimP,
I like this idea, however I don't know what rom to use. As you can see in the attached images, there's no indication of manufacturer name, model, serial or anything. All I have is its a 5 inch brick right now

Windows is probably the main/primary OS. If getting Android to boot is somewhat linked to the existence of Windows, then you might not be able to remove it. That's probably why no one did that yet.
Edit: I found this http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-1848-1-1.html
Maybe you can give it a try. Remember that you do it at your own risks.

What you're trying to do is getting more space under Android.
That won't go without repartitioning. It's another task for the expert. Although you should be able to access (read) windows partition in Android if you use an app that can mount NTFS drivers in Android system.
Bigger issue. I just tried to reset from window to the if Android disappears. The tablet is stuck at some boot situation. Anyway to solve this plz?

Hi @METAL66 are you still stuck?
I don't have a guaranteed solution (I have original not "Pro") for you but the following helped me get Android working again when it got stuck at the Intel Inside logo.
This tablet is a x86-64 PC, and boots into a UEFI BIOS first.
1. If you don't have the Chuwi keyboard for this tablet, you can use an OTG (on the go) cable to connect a regular PC keyboard to it. I used a USB hub to allow me to connect a USB drive at the same time:
Code:
[Tablet] -- (OTG) -- [USB hub] -- [keyboard]
[USB storage]--------------------/
With the keyboard attached, you can press Del or Esc (a few times) during bootup to enter the BIOS config.
In there you can change things like whether to show a "quiet" boot or not. I turned it off so I see the AMI BIOS info when it first boots.
2. The official Chuwi Web site has self-contained recovery image installers (WinPE based).
This is the tutorial I used to recover Android while preserving Windows 10.
http -- forum.chuwi.com / thread-1283-1-1.html
Among the available recovery images is one that installs Android and causes Windows to be "lost"
http -- forum.chuwi.com / thread-1210-1-1.html
I'm not sure if the WinPE instance they distribute has full control over the partitions (presumably it at least has software on it to allow access to the Android partitions to repair the boot files write the image), but if so, maybe you can use it to delete the Windows Partitions and reclaim the space for use by Android.
