Hi guys
I have just installed Crombi KK and everything seems to be working fine. However I now get the following message come up sporadically and nearly always on reboot.
" UID's on system are inconsistent. You need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable."
The only option I get other than wipe is "I'm feeling lucky" which I take. It then appears that the tablet is normal for a while but then starts to slow down.
Do you have any idea why this is coming up and is there a solution available to rectify it.
My Tablet is an Asus TF700t.
Hey there!
Hold on I'll get your thread moved to the appropriate sub forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/transformer-tf700/help.
Cheers.
Hey
The only way is to factory reset or reinstall the os
Probably the cleanest solution HERE

HI All,
I have a rooted x10i with custom ROM which was recently updated. I had a problem with my phone. whenever I try to use it for a call, camera, net or any other application the phone gets switch off by displaying a message called "ANDROID SYSTEM - POWER OFF" This problem was there even before updation. It is still remaining the same. i tried clearing the battery stats in the xrecovery, and also wiped dalvik cache, and cache partitions, but still the problem remains the same.
I dont know what to do and have been trying all the options but of no use. I am not able to use my phone properly.
Hope some one gives a good solution to the problem. Shall be highly appreciated.
Regards

might be a hardware problem since this has apparently occurred on more than 1 rom. Just go to a service place and ask them.
Hey guys,
First off I am the newbiest of the noobs. And I think I stumbled into bricking my asus tf101. I was wondering if you incredibly amazing developers would have a work around for me
I had rooted the TF101 a while back it worked everything was fine, I was frustrated with the poor video performance and thought maybe upgraded to jellybean may improve some speed issues with the tablet. So I ran off did some fast googling and found a forum that posted the nightlies. (Team EOS from this site)
I downloaded the first one (right to the tablet) booted into the root bootloader thing (yea im so noob I don't even know the proper wordage) and installed from that.
Now when it boots it sits at a 4 colored square logo that rotates a pules. each little piece glows (like it's loading) but it just sits there forever. i have waiting 10-15-30-45 minutes nothing.
I was wondering if there was a way I could download a new jellybean file on a SD card, and somehow install over with that?
Could really use the help and need it explained to me like im 2 ..
Really sorry to have to ask guys. Save me!
It's a very well discussed issue here and in the teameos thread.
Did you do a full cache, dalvik, system and factory reset of the device through recovery?
Which recovery are you using? (you probably need a newer one)
If you can still boot in recovery (you should) then wipe cache, dalvik, system, do a factory reset (does not wipe sdcard but you will lose all other data) and finally reflash the rom.
If you can't boot in recovery for whatever reason, you can use easyflasher to go back to stock then start over. Frederuco made an awesome post detailing the entire procedure on transformerforums.
Hey everyone,
So earlier this evening I attempted to flash a new ROM to my Transformer. Unfortunately, something went wonky during the Factory Reset and it froze for about an hour. Not knowing what else to do, I ended up resetting the tablet and booting back into Recovery.
Long story short, I currently have TWRP v2.6.3.2 installed and accessible. Unfortunately I am unable to boot into any ROM I flash. I am able to go through the setup process just fine (have tried CROMi-X 5.4 and CROMi-X 5.2.3), but once the tablet restarts after installing, I am stuck at a boot loop on the ASUS splash screen. Did I inadvertently delete some system files that aren't replaced with a new ROM?
I'm out of ideas at this point and am hoping someone out there can help guide me in the right direction. My current plan is to try reverting to the stock Android provided by ASUS on their website (4.2.1). I really appreciate any advice/help anyone can provide, and thank you in advance!
If you want to know what the problem is, get a logcat. If you just want to fix it, do another Factory Reset. If that doesn't work, run "Format Data" in TWRP (this may take 1-2 hours). Note that this will delete all your user data on the tablet.

Thank you so so much for your help _that. I had no luck after doing another Factory Reset, but a second run through TWRP's "Format Data" worked like a charm. Kudos to XDA for being the savior of my sanity!
I own a rooted Huawei Ascend Mate 2 on 4.2. stock ROM. The Huawei ROM is aggressive at killing apps, and I decided perhaps moving Kik into the system would help prevent it from being killed so much (I miss messages more often than I get notified). Guess that was stupid, as now my screen will not come on after the booting animation. ... It just goes black. Clicking the power/unlock button will make it vibrate quickly, but that is all. I can reboot by pressing and holding, and the boot animation comes back up, but goes black again. The phone appears to be on even though the screen keeps sleeping, my computer detects it. I cannot confirm if it registers charging, as I have my LED disabled. I do not have a nandroid backup (that IS, indeed, stupid of me), so I know a factory reset would bootloop the device due to the modifications I have made. Please, any suggestions on how to wake this thing?
I dont need to hear "Well sounds like it's baked lolz" because im already afraid that's what im looking at.
Update:
I've been trying to push TWRP in, and struggling.
In Command, it seems everything is ok up until a certain point. I go through all the code, then try to 'reboot-bootloader' but it comes back with 'error: device offline'
How can I get around this to fix this thing??
Im using Win7 if it helps.
Bump
TWRP is installed now after a lot of fuss. Can't get the stock Rom to install now. It keeps saying 'error flashing zip '/sdcard/TWRP_BACKUPS_stock-system-with-root.zip'
Ive wiped cache, dalvik cache, wiped the previous ROM (which also was stock), and the error keeps happening.
Any help??? I would really appreciate someone contributing to this thread.

Hi guys,
I really need your help here!
When I turned on my phone this morning, it booted up normally, but suddenly, after few seconds the phone froze and turned off. Now its still the same, but sometimes even image on screen freeze instead of turn black.
Now the weird part- i tried wipe data/cache in CWM or install another ROM. ROM update run smoothly, without any errors, but when i turned on the phone, data wasn't wipe at all, it was exactly in the same state as before. I also tried to delete data directory via adb shell with su, but it keeps telling me that data partition is read only. I tried remount it with -rw, but it didn´t make any difference, still getting read only message. Another strange thing is when i open the data directory in Droid explorer, it looks like the folder is empty, but in system info I can see there is over 1GB used in DATA partition.
Thanks for any advice or suggestions, I´m really desperate here!
update: when i boot the device in safe mode, it last on little bit longer. when i try to delete anything from data, it freezes instantly. Could somehow data partition be corrupted?
Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device and issue, and since it's an older device... Most threads I can find are likely very outdated.
But you can ask for help here,

Good luck!
