We need more details to help.
What is your device model name and on what firmware is it running ATM?
Best is to enter your device name in the "Type to find your device..." at the top of the xda site (when on browser).
Then post in the Q&A thread of your ROM or in your device's specific Q&A forum.

Hmm ... is your issue related to this one by any means: [Q] Xperia T LT30p - Bricked by mil84?
Unfortunately I don't know "Emma". But maybe in your device's sepcific Q&A forum, you will find users who can help better.
If you are in a browser, just enter the device name into the "Type to find device..." field.
Then check for a Troubleshooting / Q&A forum, register on xda and post your question there.
But keep in mind to provide as many details (your exact device model name, the firmware you are running on, etc.) as possible to get better help.

I have updated my moto e indian version through the zip file to 5.0.2 but after i did it and restarted the phone i have lost 300 mb of my internal storage ...even if i wipe dalvik cache through boot loader mode im unable to get mack my storage ..what to do plz help me out!?

I am unable to back up WhatsApp. I contacted WhatsApp support and their response is as quoted:
"It appears that your device is rooted. We are sorry, but we don’t support rooted devices. We understand the reasons behind rooting a device, but please be aware that any new configuration that is a result of rooting may conflict with WhatsApp.
If you wish to receive further assistance, please remove root access from your device. Then, contact us again from inside the app (WhatsApp [Settings] > [Help] > [Contact us]). "
Please can someone how to remove root access from my phone?

My phone is Mlais MX-Base with Android 5.1.
The message I receive is "unable to back up. Please check your internet settings and press back up".
My internet is fine (wi-fi) and no intervention from me on the phone.

I searched almost everywhere but I didn't find the solution. My twrp 3.0.2.0 won't mount internal storage, it's decrypted.
