after i installed any updates post 27 one on smiui . the system randomly reboots /? any solution to this > bitti ?

Awesome Custom rom for MI4..After updating latest build of 31.07.2015 getting Browser FC...

I cannot update to the latest 6.1.28 version through Update app and got the message like on the attached screenshot. And also I've tried it also on recovery mode and got the same result.
I think I've downloaded a corrupted file. But I've downloaded it for like 5 times normally without any network interruption through both PC or Android.
Can anybody tell me what is going on and how to solve it? Thank you

I believe H60-L02 works fine

Dropbox cant download, too much traffic

Thank you, it works very well! Some issue are present though
1. Overheating. It heats during simple actions a lot, basically most time i use the phone it's quite hot.
2. GPS. I tried many solutions to make it work, but still. It loses satellites constantly, and gps cold start is few minutes (5-8 secs on stock for me)
3. A little issue with navbar. It is absent on lockscreen and you see part of homescreen wallpaper on its place.

Installed with Gapps 6-6-15. After first installation everything was fine. Then rebooted cos changed resolution to 360. Then get google play FC constantly.
Followed advice to change location settings to device only then it stopped.

Flashed and is awesome!
But i can't get the camera working. I had image for a sec but it hang. For the rest no response of either one of the camera apps... Any ideas?

You change the resolution to 360 from the LCD Density Changer in Display Settings?

Eih? That is strange. Do you make a clean wipe before flashing sir? i suggest you flash it again.

I'm maman_ on the xiaomi forums, and I'm planning to compile aosp 5.1.1 or 5.0.2 for the Mi 4i. Any help will be very appreciated
currently I had downloaded the android sources, and cloning the kernel source to the `devices` folder. If I'm not wrong, the next step is constructing the device tree for mi4i. any pointers?
also seems that xda user dh.harald has been succesfully integrate the wifi drivers into the kernel, which is a good news.
also new thread in the development thread will be good too

can i request for official support form custom recoveries like TWRP 1st instead of jumping to custom rom development??
