What I loved at HTC Sense was that webkit was hardware accelerated. On cm gerrit there was a patch (not merged) which enables hardware accelerated webkit on desire hd. So i compiled Cyanogenmod with this patch by myself.
I've forgot to set debug.sf.hw=1 in build.prop before signing:
after installing this rom please make the following steps:
Download ES File Explorer from the Android Market
Go to settings and scroll down and enable Root-Explorer and mount / and / system with write permission (don't know exactly how this option is called in english versions of ES File Explorer)
then go out of settings and touch the star in the left upper edge and select phone
open folder system and then open the file build.prop ES edit note
and then write at end in a new line "debug.sf.hw=1" (without the quotes) and the menu and safe
then reboot twice

I thought I got prop editor for free from the market...I'll have to check.

I'm curious to know if you will continue to merge the new code and possibly update with a new build?
I have the lg g5 t mobile as the title says it im unable to add lines to build prop. My phone is stock rooted tried with root browser and build prop editor both of which fails. I cant even seem to type anything in the build prop file and the only way i can type in the file is if i delete a line to replace my own build prop stuff.
I have tried with both 10A rom and 10D no improvements
The build.prop gets truncated because it's so large. adb pull it to your pc, make your edits, then push it back and set permissions.
Can someone please upload the stock build.prop file .
I'm not sure which version i need, whether 10A or 10D.
I have NEVER updated my phone (i got it in like april/may) and i am rooted.
In setting > Software version shows: Unknown
(Part of the reason i need a stock build.prop)

An interesting observation is that some buildprop apps load the file while others cant (that all request rot permission).
Can someone explain why perhaps? Is this due to a permission on the file or something?
UPDATE: The phone will not boot bc i accidentally deleted the build.prom file entirely by restoring a seemingly blank version.
I really need a build.prop file now. #fail

I wanted to add some lines in buildprop but i can't .Build prop resets to its orignal state.Any solutions?
Can someone send me a copy of the default build prop for the latest stable?
Or
If i flash the rom again, will I get the original build.prop?
