Hey, there is an update for the g920f galaxy s6 , it fixes the ram problem and I really want it, but my device is rooted, and it has a flashed theme, I want everything to stay this way but if I will flash from odin it will be as new.. Titanium backup will backup it to the phone but the rom flashing will delete the backup, also, titanium backup will keep the themes? App saves?everything?

Well, I am not sure if this is the right place, but I would like to know some points about how to make a back up of my original ROM.
If I use nandroid and try others roms, if I restore my original backup, I could use kies to update the phone?
I ask this because with my last phone, A Samsung Galaxy 3, I install some "oficial" roms, such as XXJPM but it says me that this rom it's not updatable. I guess kies detects that the rom is not offical and it doesn't work.
I also read that I need to change the recovery tool. Now I have the samsung recovery tool, so If I change it, could I update the phone with kies in the future? is it possible to use nandroid with the original recovery tool?
Thanks.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I have just installed a firmware android version 4.2.2 and I haven't done any backup before doing this! Is there a way to retreive any data from the previous firmware, which was a cyanogen custom rom, such as pictures, messages, calendar stuff etc.? I had a backup of the custom rom on the sd card but when I installed the new firware I lost everything! I tried to install back the previous rom but it seems that the backup I had was erased! I wish to know if it is possible to retreive anything or no, and if yes how. Thanks

I'v installed Pimp My Rom recently and ran into a bootloop. Unfortunately i didn't backup my data before using Pimp my Rom and so now i have to reflash my stock rom.
Can i use Kies to reflash my stock rom? If so, will i loose any data? Is there a way to prevent kies from wiping my phone data?
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Your best bet is to ask your question here,http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s5/help. But most likely you'll have to flash the stock firmware with Odin. You will lose your data. Don't forget to backup before before flashing anything next time.
