Shouldnt the screen brightness be showing 80 since it is at level 450?

Shading on homescreen

I'm using the Apex Launcher. How do I make the shadowing at the top of my home screen to go away? I don't like it.

Quick Settings on the actual settings screen (not notification bar)

I've turned them all off, but now its blank and wanting me to add some. How can I get rid of it, or is it not possible?

Weird bar reading "Offline" appearing on bottom of screen over everything!

Has anyone seen this or know what app is doing this? This offline message at the bottom appears on top of every app.

Is it just me or is the manual adjust for the cover screen missing on the flip3 5g T-Mobile variant?
