Timer issue. - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Notification pull down says timer is like 12 mins less than when I actually go into the timer app. Is this a software issue or something?

So I hit pause and resume and it updated the notification pull down timer and fixed it. Interesting.

[Q] How to change lockscreen timeout

Today I installed Locker Pro and love those notifications on my lockscreen!
But I have one problem with it, whenever I get a notification and the screen wake's up, the screen will only stay on for 5 seconds before it goes black again, which most of the times is too short to be able to read the notification well.
Is it possible to change this time to, for example, 15 seconds, if so, how exactly?

[Q] Dynamic Notification custom screen time out & breathing notification problem.

I have a Dynamic Notification custom screen time out & breathing notification problem on my Samsung Galaxy S5.
I use Light Flow for the blinking light text notification. However, with my new S-View Flip Case, I no longer see the blinking light
So, I want to use Dynamic Notification for the lock screen text notification.
In Dynamic Notification setup I can't get the custom screen time out or breathing notification time to work right?
I tried almost everything to get the custom screen time out or breathing notification time to work?
Turned off Lightflow, gave Dynamic Notification permissions where needed etc.
I enabled the app in my system settings in the "Security" - "Device administrators" panel
Dynamic Notification screen comes on when I get a text message for 5 seconds, then doesn't come back on for 2 minutes?
I have Custom Screen Time Out set for 15 seconds (turns off after 5 seconds no matter what I set it for)
I have Breathing Notification set to repeat every 30 seconds (comes on every 2 minutes no matter what I set it for)
Played with settings for three hours last night and gave up... what am I doing wrong?
Oh yeah, I paid $1.99 for the premium version too.

I think I found the problem. It is conflicting with the new S-View Flip Case program that turns on the screen. When the flip case is open, DN works as it should irregularly within 5 seconds of times I set. With flip case closed it is irregular, sometimes comes right on and stays on or comes right on, goes off in 5 seconds, then stays off for 3-4 minutes. Lately the lock screen window with the flip closed just stays on. Works within 5 seconds of what I have set if the flip is open.
This is the case I just got for $50 I sure hope I didn't waste $50. Can't return it.

Lock screen notifications - Galaxy Note 10 +

Hello friends...Samsung Galaxy Note 10+....Any way to increase the duration of message notification visibility on the lock screen? It's really short, just appears for a second and it's gone
Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Smart stay
Keeps the screen on while you are looking at it. Works best when Lift to wake is also enabled.
Smart stay is enabled. I was asking if there is any way to keep the notification visible for longer when the screen is locked and if it's lying flat on a table with the screen off
enable maybe notification reminders under Accessibility/Advanced settings
Hi raul6 that just sets up a repeat notification after the set time interval, such as 3 minutes for example...
I missed flashing LED notification. I feel all phone should have one.

OnePlus clock problems oos 10.x.x

So I have multiple issues with the clock
- timers do not pop up when finished, nor does the notifiy take me to the app.
I set a timer (either manually or via hey google) and leave the app, and lock the screen. When the timer finishes, the screen lights up, but doesn't take me to the timer screen so I can stop it, I have to unlock my phone, navigate to the clock app, go to the timer tab (sometimes) and stop it manually
- alarms don't play after the first alarm, the first alarm works normaly any subsequent alarm doesn't even wake the screen and then a persistent "upcoming alarm" notification sows up, and when tapped it takes me to the alarms tab on the clock app and a toast notification appears and says "your missed alarm was deleted." The alarm is not in the app, yet the notification is still there, and I am still late.
I reinstalled 9.5.x and the alarm and timer both behave as expected.
After an update, back to broken.
Could it be that you have installed several clocks?
Nope just the one clock

Question Replace Alarms app by Google Clock

I'm trying to replace the stock alarm on the watch by Google Clock app.
In order to do this I need to disable the Samsung Alarm app on the watch (via ADB commands), that's easy...
Also I have installed Google Clock app on the watch via the Play Store but when I add an alarm to the watch and is triggered,
the sound and vibration is played but the screen is not turned on and the activity to snooze or dismiss the alarm is not displayed and,
in order to stop the alarm I need to go apps list then enter into the Google Clock app and, when I enter the app, the activity to snooze or dismiss the alarm is displayed.
Any solution to this?
Thanks
Since the timer app from Samsung needs alot of battery power, I´m using the Google Timer. There is no need to disable the Samsung app and I´m able to start the timer by doubleklick on the home button and stop the timer by tapping the display.
Maybe the Google Clock needs the Samsung Clock (in the background) to function properly?

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried also not disabling stock alarm but no luck: the alarms I create in the phone are aplyed fine in the watch and the watch displays the dialog to dismiss/snooze it, but the alarms I create on the watch only plays sounds and the dialog is only displayed when I enter the Google clock app
Finally got working by manually grant a permission to the Google Clock app (in the watch):
Code:
pm grant com.google.android.deskclock android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
