Hi everyone.
First sorry my poor english.
Yesterday I received a phone (LG L4 II E467F Dual SIM) from a customer, the unit was but connecting the loading stopped with the LG logo and stand on this screen. I tried to upgrade the PC Suite, the cell was placed in download mode and the update is performed by the software, download and recording was carried out on the device during the recording process progress was up to 94% with the power on, when he got 95% the device was turned off automatically (A device's battery was at about 70% during the process), then the process has reached 100% normally without error messages.
After this the phone turned a brick, does not care, does not vibrate, does not go into download mode, finally does nothing. But noticed that it was shown in Windows Device list without driver. I used a software to install drivers and the device driver has been installed and he was recognized as "USB Port MTK (COM5)."
I watched a few topics about it, but could not properly understand the procedure and I was afraid to end any device recovery chance.

Does anyone know how I can recover the bootloader of the device?
The bootloader is my biggest concern, because if the device start and stop again with LG logo can at least return the device to the customer.

Sorry, I wrote hard brick in the title, but actually just learned the real difference between soft brick and hard brick, and my problem is soft brick
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. The purpose of XDA Assist is to point you in the right direction, it's not a help desk. See this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2764768. Since your looking in the right place to get your question answered I'm going to close this thread.

Hi everyone ! I am new to forum, so please forgive me if I post into the wrong category .
I have a very big problem with my phone (LG L3 Optimus E400) . I have installed a lot of custom roms on it and yesterday I realized that the current rom I was using doesn't receive text messages so I decided to try antoher one and I had the "great" idea to Flash v20 Baseband for flashing SlimBeane610 rom. That was very silly. After I flashed the rom, I rebooted my phone and nothing happened, screen is black all the time. When I press the power button the phone vibrates and the back and menu buttons lights up for 1 second like normal log on, then boom, all goes black again and if I don't remove the battery and I press the power button or any combination (like Reset, Emergency mode) doesn't work. I googled everything, I found something on this forum but not very useful. I tried wit adb but my phone isn't on so it can't be recognized. I tried wit KDZ Updater (until the phone was recognized) but I get a error like WParam: 100 and LParam: 500. When I connect it with USB sounds are playing like normal and Mobogenie wants to connect with it but I can't enable USB Debugging so it's pissing me off . If I can enable USB Debuggins from PC somehow, maybe I can connect phone with Mobogenie and make a restore , a backup or flash another rom, it would be easy If I can go into recovery or emergency mode but I can't . If it would exist a software that can erase everything on the phone when the it's turned off ... .I tried with LG TOOLS, LG PC SUITE IV, LG FLASH TOOLS, Android MULTI TOOLS and nothing(i have the latest drivers installed). Can I make something to it using the external_sd (like put a flash into it, connect it through PC via USB cable and try to flash a rom from command prompt but I don't know the paths). This is a very hard problem, I have a bricked L3 and I don't know hot to unbrick, I think isn't only a soft problem, maybe I should do something with its hardware ? If anyone could help I would really appreciate .
Thanks in advance !
PS : I won't be able to follow this conversation until the next week because I am going to "Primitive Age" right now...oh God, I'm only good to smash things . :crying:

The most important thing is, can you see the LG logo that shows up in normal boot? If you don't, it'd be either a screen problem or a hard brick. Nobody except LG can fix these problems, and you would have to pay LG some money to fix the phone. But if you DO see the LG logo and your phone stops, you can try the below options.
It just may be bricked, and you could try getting into recovery and flash an alternative ROM. But if that doesn't work, tryLG mobile support tools to get it back to its stock firmware. Good Luck!

No, I can't see the LG logo . If I could saw the LG screen was very easy to fix it. I think the phone it's really dead and I also think that even an authorized service can't fix it . Do you know an approximately price for fixing this issue ? Thanks .
Hi,
You should definitely ask the experts who own your device for help, Here...

Hi guys. My LG x145 has been bootlooping since Monday and I can't seem to fix it.
My brother tried to flash it with CM 11 and maybe messed with the steps and its been bootlooping since.
We have tested the phone to see if it's bootlooping on its own. We removed the battery for an amount of time then return it in place to see if the phone will turn itself on. It didn't so flashing a rom to the phone and messing up the process must have lead to the device bootlooping.
We can't:
enter recovery mode
enter download mode
enter bootloader
Whenever we tried booting the phone to recovery mode, the phone would start up normally and display the LG logo with a note below it that it is booting up in recovery mode. But after a few seconds, it would turn itself off and on again.
--------
We tried:
using adb to boot in the aforementioned boot states
flashing it with lg flash tool 2014
following some posted answers in some forums with the use of lg mobile support and lg pc suite
-------
The problem with the above is that the device can't be detected despite having installed the drivers when I rooted the phone last year. I rooted the phone using my laptop and kingo root.
Any form of help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The long story:
I'm a total noob in this subject. I don't even use my phone on a regular basis and I basically just got a smartphone like 2 months ago. At the rare cases when I used my phone (which is a huawei p7, if I'm correct) it was very noticeable and frustrating for me that I wasn't the administrator of it. I used linux and windows based computers throught out my whole life and it wasn't very comfortable for me to use an android... it just felt discusting how closed the OS was to me.
Soooo.... I tried to get rid of that annoying factor by rooting. And it went wrong... I watched a short youtube tutorial and tought it seemed fairly easy so I downloaded Kingo ROOT, connected my phone to my laptop and ran the root. The root completed, however my phone didn't turn off and restart nor during or after the root. So I decided to restart it miself and then I was stuck at the bootloop screen with the huawei logo. Then I tried to factory reset it and that didn't work either. Then tried to remove the root by connecting my phone in fastboot mode to my laptop but then my laptop didn't recognize my phone. I asked for help from a friend who said that I should ask for help here. I can't remove the back of my phone to remove the battery either because the huawei p7's back isnt detachable (Correct me if I'm wrong).
Any ideas?

Greetings and welcome to assist. There is a guide to rooting your device here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/general/guide-root-huawei-p7-t3311424
it appears that you may need to unlock your bootloader first.
There is a collection of firmwares here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/general/huawei-ascend-p7-sophia-l10-firmware-p7-t3281481
you should be able to return to stock with sp flashtools. Why not ask the experts in the P7 forum and they will guide you

So hey, my phone (LG d390n F60) started doing weird things since few months ago -- apps started disappearing (music app from google changed to com.google.music and was unable to be launch). Until after shutting down my phone today it wouldn't boot again. There are no signs of booting. When connected to windows computer, Device connected sound plays and it is shown in device manager as "QHSUSB_BULK". Any chance that any of you would know what to do? I was using flashed stock rom. The phone has lost it's warranty so I can't just return it and get new one for free, also can you tell me what the repair of it would cost? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I had my phone rooted so I decided to go back to stock so that I could get the OTA updates.
I followed this tutorial on youtube: How to UNBRICK/Flash Stock ROM on MOTO G5/G5s Plus! [EASY WAY]
After fastboot done it's job, my phone wouldn't turn on anymore. I've tried all combinations of buttons and phone doesn't turn on even after charging for a long time.
Tried plugging it into PC, but the computer doesnt recognize de device and can't find updates for it (even with the Motoroal Device Manager fully updated and installed).
Is there anything I can do? I just want to get my phone working...
Thanks!
