Hi!!i have a motorola xt910 razr it has 2 firmwares...i buy it that way...the problem i have is that i cant delete nothing from the phone (apps,fotos,....etc)and on camera said camera has stopped..android procces has stoped and many other has stoped..i try to wipe data format and when i open it everything is just like before nothing deleted.. plsss HEEEEEEELP!!!!

First I recommend to read the Frequently Asked Questions - Motorola Razr [XT912, XT910, XT908] (2015).
There you might find many helpful things about your device and how to restore stock firmware (a link to the guide is in the first post ... see Q6).

Help me please :< I flashed my moto g with the carbon rom from the moto g page of XDA but I had a bad recovery and it did not do a factory reset. When I flashed it my phone was empty and working good but I had one problem. As the phone was empty I had occupied 550 MB Which I suspect were the application cache or data or something like that.
I have already tried:
1.reflash the rom
2.factory reset
3.hard reset
4.flash another recovery(went from CWM to philz touch)
5.did the same steps again.
but still I got 550 MB occupied that the files cannot be seen by ES root explorer or by anything else I tried.
I went to the rom page but the thread is closed. Please help me
As you can see in the screenshot the numbers don't add up :/
PS. I don't thing its a roms problem I just messed something up

Im one of those idiots that cant help but mess around rootin and flasing my phones!! iv had some success rootin and flashin mtk devices with no problems but when it comes to flashing my old defy i cant seem to do it! Anyway this isnt the real problem right now the real problem is iv uninstalled the stock keyboard and having tried to flash a 2.3.5 rom after resetting and wiping cache i have no ketboard to log into the motoblur crap!!! Iv tried installing the twrm recovery to flash a rom from sd with no luck please can anybody help me with this? Yes im a fricken moron and really dont know what im talkin about bout but im one for trial and error just this is one big error i cant fix!

Hey eveyrone i have a problem with my alcatel ot-991.I rooted before two days and deleted some app one of them i think that had a name like jada or something today i tried to factory restore my phone and when it comes to first setup after i complete the steps an error hops to the screen says com.jrdcom.JrdSetupWizard had to stop and i press force close and it takes me back to 1st step what can i do???did i destroyed my phone ? :/ some one plz help me can i reinstall alcatel ot-991 stock os or something ?

Hi, I really need help, last night I bricked my moto g so, I did all the steps to get my phone running again at first i installed a kitkat version of android and noticed that wifi was not working and could't go on the internet wifi the data, i thought that something had gone wrong so i chamged my rom to lollipop 5.0.2 and it still dosent work i have no idea what it could be if anyone could help i would really appreciate it.

hey guys,
i have alcatel one touch flash. And one day by mistake i pressed the build.prop button in mtk droid tools which changed my build.prop and the phone got stuck on bootloop so i tried many thing to revive it and by another mistake i wiped the system so in twrp it showed no OS installed so i searched all over internet and found a cwm backup in xda and i restored the system using cwm but there still seem to be some problem. because after the bootlogo the screen just went black(blank) nothing happens. I really need help plzzz help someone out there.

I'm not able to provide the link as i'm a new member and xda won't allow me. so all u have to do is type tcl 6042d in google search and the there will be a site named working tutorial how to update tcl 6042d.
