Moving non movable apps to external SD card in Xperia E3 rooted - Sony Xperia E3

Hi, i´ve found this interesting trick using adb shell in order to move some non movable apps to ext sd
http://techgage.com/article/moving_your_non-movable_android_apps_to_an_sd_card/
The issue is that cache data app remains in internal SD but the main app is moved to ext card. Enjoy if this works for u!

not work for me,i tryed, but nothing changed.
i have xperia E3,4.4.4. rooted phone with bootloader unlock allowed:No.

Settings > Applications > move to SD, by defauft you can set in CM settings.
Use App2SD
Use AppMgr III previously known as App2SD, search Google Play for it. Pretty cool app.
Other option is, partition your SD Card and install app there using Link2SD as App2SD won't move all the apps and their data to memory card. However, formatting SD Card and using Link2SD to install all apps to the newly-partitioned SD card is a different story altogether.

So, we need to root first?
dont work
Re
nop nop work "AppMgr III (not pro)"
I'm going to try of partition as you say the "SD Card". Then, it can be simple with an app as "gl to sd" ... to mount partition/s of the inserted sd.
But before, since is the well-read one of @kakolin (in.htcmania) I will try with "Directory Bind" (com.vanpit.android.directorybind id in store). Probably it isn't necessary to make partition.

[Q] App to SD Problem in 4.2.2

I have a weird problem. I am using my Xperia L, running 4.2.2(Out of The Box) with the latest official Firmware. Its not rooted.
4.2.2+ supports moving Apps to SD without Root.
I have Noticed one thing. If youre going to Buy a New Phone Running 4.2.2+, If you start the phone for the first time(just after buying), with no memory card, after youve switched on the phone and try to move Apps to SD, it wont Happen!! The apps will only move to the Internal Storage.
But,if you start the phone(For the First Time) with memory card Inserted, then it will recognize the mem Card as Your external storage. From settings now you can move Apps to SD.
Why does this Happen??
Can anyone help me to solve this??
Factory reset Is an option i Know but I wanted to Know if Other solutions Existed.
I tested It with Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 and Moto E , by Inserting the Mem card first, Then Starting the Phone (for the First time). For Both of the phones, the Mem card was taken as the external and apps could be the Moved to SD via Settings.
But for my Xperia L, I didnt insert the Memory card and switched it on(just after buying) . When I inserted the Mem Card later, and tried to Move Movable apps to SD, the apps would only move to The Internal Memory.
Thank You in Advance.

we cannot move apps directly to external memory, we are only allowed to move apps to internal..but if u wanted to move apps on external, u nid to swap them but its too risky if u dont know what u are doing.

Thank You.
Anyways The Problem Has been Solved. I Did a Factory reset While The memory Card was Inserted and after the Reset The Apps can be moved Now to The External. My Phone's ROM has Now become 4.1 gb and External memory 6.9gb(i have a SanDisk Ultra Class 10 8GB).

how to install apps or move apps

how to install apps / move apps to sd card on xperia z3 instead of using internal memory ?
thank you ! :fingers-crossed:
Root it, install SD card write fix and enjoy.
This is because of kitkat, in this version of android, everything is blocked to write on SD card except first party apps (that comes pre-installed on phone).
Any other app WILL NOT be able to write on SD without root and this fix.

Installing apps to the SD.

Hey all,
Does the Z3 support installing every app fully to the SD card? I ask because 16gb seems a bit limiting if you can't fully use the SD card.
I just came here to ask the same question. In Kitkat 4.4.4 (and maybe other versions?) the 'Move to SD' is disabled/not there and it is up to the phone manufacturer to enable/add it. There is no option in settings on the Z3 to move app data to your SD card. It is very easy to enable apps to be able to use the SD card, either manually or using an app such as SDFix (but you will need to be rooted).
Here are some questions I would like answered if anyone knows:
There are folders on the SD card for most apps in /Android/data/ for example, 'com.microsoft.skydrive'. That same folder is also in the same place (/Android/data/) on the phones memory and contains data for the app. Can that just be moved with a file explorer to the SD card? If so are there any other steps to take?
Is there an app to automate moving data or a way to add the button in settings, apps?
Cheers
Wait till 5 ! It's was disabled is kk
You can use FolderMount to transfer game data to external storage (sdcard)
I use it and it is really essential to me
installed 4 big games
