You should first root your device from this thread and then install an app like this in order to change your CPU speed.

Hello I'm looking to get more out of the gpu and cpu since it's lacking in a huge way. Can I port over the overclock from say the Miromax a110 or whichever Micromax has the MTK6577 with the overclock?

I am a Android newbie related to XDA dev team ! Just got my Byond B63 rooted after trying numerous methods in the forum.
Provided some apps with root access to tweak most from my phone running Android 4.1.1.
Now decided to try a new custom ROM for my device which I could not find anywhere.
Is there any custom ROM for my MTK 6577, qHD, 512MB RAM device ? If it is not there yet, whether using custom ROM for MTK6577 of other device advisable ?
Please let me know if any info about device is needed further !

Today I saw One-more link mentioning new Kernel & ROM for MT6577 phone.

My phone Lava Iris 454 has same chip-set with 4.5" display.
Please let me know how to port this Kit-Kat ROM to my device which is now running Custom 4.2.2 ROM with 3.4.0 Kernel (only Camera Bug).

I need an assist on steps to root my phone. I am new in this. So i want to know the steps briefly.
My phone is Iball Andi 4di+ which i bought 2months ago.
It features a Cortex A7 1.3ghz dual-core processor and Jelly Bean 4.2.2(kernel version iball_3.4.5)
Please guys help me in rooting my phone. As it had whatsapp pre installed i couldnt remove it to install whatsapp+ . So m going through rooting process..

I rooted my phone lava Iris 310s but I am unable to find a recovery for it. Please provide me a Cwm /Twrp any recovery image compatible with my device. Spec given below.Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Unfortunately I can not find anything on XDA regarding a custom recovery for your device. You could try asking here,http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. Maybe sometime had ported cwm to your device.
