If you use LG Flash tools with 30b KDZ, just find the 20g kit kat KDZ, download, and install it like you install lollipop, takes about 3 to 5 min. i downgrade cause of the same problem, t-mobile my **** battery drain...
Can you re-flash the 5.0.2? My D801 that I am testing has 5.0.2 and currently on battery for 71 hours with light use and still have over 50% battery left. (check e-mails, stream some music etc.)

Yep, you can flash back lollipop, but i dont know about root or twrp or cm12, i dont use it, i think i never will, and to get rid of some of the bloatware that consumes battery, try DEBLOATER, it block from starting some of the tmo apps... good luck:good:

Well first my english is not so good (i speak spanish and french) so explain you step by step the downgrade process... but im going to leave you a youtube video where they explain how to do it easy....
im going to tell you what you need:
- 20G LG G2 TMOBILE KDZ (THIS FILE MOST BE COPIED ON THE FOLDER OF LG FLASH TOOLS 2014)
- LG FLASH TOOLS 2014
- LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL
- DRIVERS
FIRST STEP: TURN YOUR PHONE OFF.. WHEN OFF PRESS VOLUME UP AND PLUG THE USB CABLE, THE PHONE WILL ENTER DOWNLOAD MODE, WHEN YOU SEE THE SCREEN OF UPGRADING FIRMWARE LEAVE YOUR PHONE ON THE TABLE AND DONT TOUCH IT.....
SECOND STEP: GUESSING YOU ALREADY HAVE THE 20G LG G2 TMOBILE KDZ, OPEN THE LG FLASH TOOLS 2014 ON YOUR PC (IF YOU ARE ON WINDOWS 7 OR 8 8.1 ALWAYS RIGHT CLICK AND OPEN AS AN ADMIN)
THIRD STEP: LEAVE ALL THE PARAMETERS IN THE SCREEN LIKE THEY ARE, YOU ARE JUST GOING TO CLICK THE FOLDER WHERE SAYS "SELECT KDZ FILE" AND THEN SELECT THE 20G KDZ YOU DOWNLOAD ALONG SIDE OF OTHER KDZ, YOU JUST SELECT THE 20G KDZ (REMEMBER TO COPY THE 20G KDZ TO THE LG FLASH TOOLS 2014 FOLDER)
FOURTH STEP: OK ONCE YOU SELECTED YOUR KDZ YOU HAVE TO OPTIONS, NORMAL FLASH, IT SAVE YOUR FILES, CSE FLASH IT ERASE YOUR PHONE LIKE IS COMING OUT OF THE LG FACTORY (THATS THE ONE I CHOSE)
LAST STEP: ONCE YOU CHOOSE YOUR FLASH, A NEW WINDOWS IS COMING IN A FEW SECONDS ASKING TO SELECT THE LENGUAGE, SELECT ENGLISH, AND OK... LEAVE THE PROGRAM DO ITS THING AND THE PHONE PLUG IN (I LEAVE MY PHONE PLUG UNTIL ANDROID START THE START WIZARD JUST IN CASE)

I caught the deal on ebay for an inexpensive Flex 2 not so long ago and, of course, the first thing I set out to do was update and root it.
The stock image ran 5.0.1, w/ firmware H950 v10b. I attempted an OTA update several days in a row, being told each time that none was available (the phone is AT&T branded and my service is through AT&T), but eventually grew impatient to get that sweet, sweet 5.1.1 action going.
After attempting to flash the 5.1.1 v11x rooted system image provided by randrew87 (here), I was greeted with a nifty little 'Security Error' boot screen and pursuant loop. Sadly, I wound up flashing the stock system dump I created following that tutorial to get back into a usable state.
Left with no other options (assuming, correctly, that I'm being impatient with OTA), I decided to try the 5.1.1 H950PR v15a firmware.
NOTE: Though I chose to flash the unrooted 5.1.1 H950PR image first, you may not have to complete this step; I'm not sure, but it's possible that you could simply write the rooted image instead.
First, I followed this wonderful tutorial by Sj12345: [KDZ] H950PR 5.1.1 compatible with ATT H950 with Video!!!
My initial plan was to write the unrooted system image and root using any of the available tutorials. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any of the tutorials to work for me as my device simply refused to allow r/w operations to /system while using the COM interface, regardless of my approach.
After a little trial and error, I discovered I could write the rooted H950PR-v15A image, provided here by Sj12345, and achieve root.
Here's how:
Download rootedsystem.img (from Sj12345's post)
Download LG Root Tools.zip (attached) and extract to a folder
Copy to the root of your internal sdcard via means of your choice (I used MTP mode and Explorer to drag and drop)
Power off your device
While holding VOLUME UP, insert a USB cable.
Open a Command Prompt window where you extracted the archive (easiest way is by holding Shift then right clicking within the folder > Open Command Prompt Here)
Double click ports.bat (included in the archive). Find the diagnostics port (in my case, COM4)
Type the following:
Code:
Send_Command.exe \\.\COM4
(replacing 4 w/ your com port)
You'll be greeted with a '#' prompt, terminal-style. From there, issue the following command (thanks to randrew87's thread):
Code:
dd if=/data/media/0/rootedsystem.img bs=8192 seek=53248 count=534528 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0
The operation will take a couple of minutes. Once complete, you'll again be greeted with the '#' prompt.
Type LEAVE (all capitals), and hit enter. Your phone will reboot and have a clean, rooted image installed.
Profit.
This guide is obviously very specific, requiring H950v10b 5.0.1 firmware on an AT&T flex 2, no OTA availability, and a myriad of other issues (such as /system being readonly). My hope is that this will aid others who don't fall exactly into the parameters described in existing tutorials.
Thanks again to randrew87 and Sj12345 for their great posts and work; this thread is merely a slightly different approach to their pre-existing methods. They did the work, not me!
Hope this helps someone!
Regards
Smith
Any reason to go with h950pr instead of Ota 5.1.1 or simply just out of frustration of waiting? I'm asking cause I should get my att flex 2 tomorrow.

PR rom does not have all of the AT&T bloat. However, the main drawback that I'm aware of is that there is currently no way to go back to official AT&T. Seems everyone who has tried to do so has ended up with a bricked phone. You may also run into issues trying to get warranty honored once you move off the official AT&T version. So.. caveat emptor and all.
Most folks who really want the 5.1.1 OTA have managed to do so by laying down the minimum amount of cash for an AT&T gophone plan then getting on the horn with AT&T's tech support to have them manually push the update through.
Hi smithisize, thank you for your guide A very basic question, how do I know which version of root file to use? I just check in About Phone > Hardware Info and it said the phone was LG-H950.
Smithisize,
Thank you for the guide. I have a question.
My H950 has H950v10d 5.0.1 on it. I am just guessing that it would work for any 5.0.1 version.
Is this right?
Thanks again,
MB
Same here...
As Meatbag_1 written, I have the H95010d release witch rom we take???
Yes it will work for atnt g flex2 on atnt firmware 5.0.1 all subversions

Isn't the latest software version for the US h950 the "v11x" version? Is it possible to flash that instead of the PR firmware?
No
Only OTA from AT&T
No flash

I tried rooting my newly flashed 5.1.1pr with this method and got authentication error 11. I had to reflash to get out of the boot loop. What am i doing wrong?
Thanks man. How can i root it in the first place?
I was trying HERE but i do not know which to dowload, if H950 V11X or H950 V11Z ... can you help me with that?
H950v10d 5.0.1 not rooted. Tried method from OP using H950PR 5.1.1 rootedsystem.img. Now I am stuck at Security Error bootloop. Where to go from here?
Nevermind... Phone started non stop bootlooping with no way to shut it off. So, I smashed it to bits.
For Android 5.1.1 PR (Puerto Rico)
First Flash the KDZ file from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-flex2/general/kdz-compatible-att-h950-t3180847 using LG Flash Tool. I use Build 03/07/2014 Offline with modded hosts file.
Then download the Rooted H950PR-v15A image file from the link provided and continue with the guide.
btw: thanks for adding; you type: "LEAVE" in caps. No other guide seemed to mention that and when I did, it was the only time it actually rebooted my phone..:good:

I was able to get to download mode, but it would just go into bootloop after entering download mode. I have another on the way, so hopefully things go better this time. Will try the method posted above.
Can you send me a link to download "LG Flash Tool Build 03/07/2014 Offline with modded hosts file?"
thanks
Your can download it from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797190
I ignore the warning about the kdz having to be in the flash tool directory. I just browse to the location I downloaded it to, never fails.
And about the hosts file, this version doesn't seem to need a modded hosts file as it won't try to connect. That was sth I had to do from an earlier version a long time ago and forgot.
Fyi: I soft-bricked my phone like many others having the same security error because of tring to install the rooted system image file for 5.1.1 over the top of 5.0.1. And to reboot from download mode I had to hold all three back-buttons.
To install Xposed framework follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/themes-apps/guide-installing-xposed-locked-t3181593 but USE Flashfire 0.24 or earlier as the latest beta version won't flash sh*t on this phone (or the G4)
If you need detailed instructions let me know.
Good luck!
PS: I bought the AT&T version(5.0.1) for the 3GB of RAM but I live in Australia so couldn't get the 5.1.1 OTA which is why I had to do this way, but apparently if you flash the 5.1.1PR kdz over the 5.1.1 AT&T OTA update(just to avoid AT&T bloatware) it will brick your phone.
so i just purchased the the g flex 2 much like yourself and i have everything ready to go. My only concern before doing so is what to do after the soft brick. Once you reboot from download mode is, doesthe phone start normally? or is there an extra step since you talked about USE flashfire
PS. i dont care to root the phone or is it necessary for this all to work?
Updated H950 5.0.1 ATT to H950PR 5.1.1
had the lg drivers which i downloaded using the lg suite from the LG website ( i originally tried to update my phone using this method...didnt work obviously so i came here)
Used lg flash tool 2014 as provided from this forum.
Placed H950PR15a_00.kdz in the place where it asks in the tool
followed the guide, i had the phone in debugging mode and it was just on my homescreen unlocked, phone shut off restarted into download mode and started the firmware update, phone itself reset at 100% ( keep it plugged in)
Lg flash tool was still going at this point it was around 90%, phone was resetting when the lg flash tool hit 100% and then crashed ( had a panic attack really ) i kept the phone plugged in and it reset to the lg boot screen
Leaving it plugged in , in spanish i saw that it was optimizing my apps, went to the tutorial within the phone and it resarted again... so i started having another attack, i then saw the boot screen claro at this point i unplugged my phone and it is now on 5.1.1 h950PR i have not rooted the phone before hand it was stock from ATT.
Thought i put my experience in here with this phone in hope to ease some tension. it was easier than i thought even though the tool crashed at the end, phone had already accepted the KDZ at that point

Worked perfect for me. The 1st time i tried i made the mistake of changing the time pass 11:30pm to a different time and didnt get update so i reflash kdz h63110l then set time to 11:30pm and before i could check for the update it was there.. It has awesome new features like video call.. Thanks for helping me get updated..
Worked?. Although, i never had any luck getting the updates by changing the setting in time and date, but apparently others have.
It amuses me to see just how damn reluctant my metroPCS (Tmobile rom'd) Stylo is on recieving the update to marshmallow.
It doesn't want to work, damn thing.

Actually, i was able to make Kingroot work (surprisingly) i followed the above steps (i.e. unlocked the bootloader via adb) and then ran the apk.
It was able to install the root, i was also able to remove the bloatware and root apps.

Yes you can. The LGH631 and the LGMS631 are both the same devices essentially, same exact hardware on the same exact network. I personally used the 5.1.1 T-Mobile bootstack and the returntostock zips which I flashed via TWRP after rooting. Stay stock unrooted 5.1.1 and then jump on your wireless network and wait for the update. I was able to keep my Metro apps this way.

Nice.... I'll be downloading the KDZ and created a Flashable zip out of it just squeeze the hassle of flashing KDZ and this way anyone (Tmo-Metro) can update via TWRP.
Posting flashable file later tonight or tomorrow

I don't believe LG Flash tool works anymore, at least not for our phones. I was lucky enough to get Marshmallow through the OTA after reverting back to stock, but when I first got the phone back in October last year the first thing I did was try to root it and bricked it. If you download LG Bridge there's an option for "Update error recovery" on the bottom right of the software update tab and you can sideload a kdz file there.
Here is where you can get USB drivers for the Stylo.
Thank you. Just trying to get this figured out in case Draken is unable to get his zip fixed. I'm currently rooted on 5.1.1 and trying to go to marshmallow
Not a problem. Happy sideloading, but keep in mind that a kdz is a full return to stock and you'll lose everything on internal storage and you'll be setting it up like a brand new phone. Then again if you're going to root it using the guide on here you'll lose all internal storage data anyway so...
Regardless, good luck!

There is a method to flash the T-Mobile kdz file 10j and then OTA update to 10L and then to MM.
I was rooted on Lollipop/Katana ROM and did this method and am on MM/T-Mobile variant, then rooted after MM update.
LG Flash tool was used to flash the Tmo kdz 10J file (lollipop).

I have the metro stylo
I haven't been able to flash the MM kdz with flash tool only able to recover using earlier kdzs. Has anyone been able to use the 6.0 kdz in flash tool?

Hey,
LG UP is a new and easy tool from LG Official. It can flash kdz/tot/dz files.
You can use "LG flash tool 2.0.1.5 or above" to flash kdz/tot/dz files.
The LG flash tool 2014 is a tool modified by some one from Vietnam, I did not test it.
THIS IS ONLY FOR F510L
SO AS YOU GUYS KNOW THERE IS NO MORE LOLLIPOP KDZ FOR US,, AND V20B KDZ IS MARSHMALLOW
BEFORE WE CONTINUE JUST LET ME TELL YOU THAT THERE IS NO BUG OR PROBLEM AND H959 HAS THE SAME SPECS AND WE WILL USE
LG FLASH TOOL 2014 NOT LG UP WE WILL NOT USE LG UP BECAUSE IT WILL SAY INVALID KDZ AND THERE IS NO WAY TO TRICK IT
SO WE WILL BE USING H95910C KDZ https://mega.nz/#!ncQHiIoT!ypxWaYIigtKhzNCcArh9IBaUMbQf9oIcajJzBb5B1Ng IT IS ONLY WAY FOR US TO DOWNGRADE TO LOLLIPOP,
ANYWAY BOOT THE DEVICE TO DOWNLOAD MODE OPEN LG FLASHTOOL TYPE CDMA, PHONEMODE DIAG AND CSE FLASH
{{{WARNING NORMAL FLASH WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE,SO USE CSE, ALSO CSE FLASH WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA}}
AND WAIT IT TO BE DONE I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHER DEVICE BUT MINE WAS VERY FAST AND ALSO
{{ WARNING DONT DISCONNECT AT 90% WAIT FOR 100% ON PC,NOT PHONE!!!}} SO YOU GOT 5.0.1 GREAT RIGHT!
{{ WARNING I DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE THAT FLASH KDZ OF H955 OR EVEN LS996!!!!!!}} LETS CONTINUE TO ROOT
ROOT, FOR ROOT WE WILL BE USING LG ONE CLICK ROOT IT WILL WORK FOR ALL LG G FLEX 2 MODELS SO OPEN SETTING THAN FIND BUILD NUMBER AND TAP IT 7 OR 10 TIMES THEN GO DEVELOPER OPTION AND TURN USB DEBUGGING {{WARNING DONT TOUCH OTHER THINGS IF YOU ARE NOT PRO AT THIS}}
{{WARNING ONLY TESTED ON H959 5.0.1}} DOWNLOAD IT FROM https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxHZt3I9BpoZRjMwN3Uzdm1rbkk/view
AND OPEN THE PROGRAM AND WAIT FOR THE MAGIC {{WARNING WAIT FOR 100% JUST REMEMBER ALWAYS WAIT FOR 100% ON ANYTHING}}
SO YE WE GOT ROOT, ANYWAY LETS CONTINUE TO TWEAKS
TWEAKS FOR PERFORMANCE AND BATTERY WE WILL USE https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...od-ultimate-performence-blazing-fast-t3482317
AND FOR BETTER SOUND WE WILL USE XTREMEMUSIC https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/mod-beatsaudio-e-xloud-installer-t3029951
AND WE WILL ALSO USE HIDDEN MENU OF OUR DEVICE CALL *#546368#*959# AND THEN GO SVC MENU THEN MLT THEN UNCHECK MLT
{{WARNING UNCHECK MLT NOT USB DEBUGGING!!!!}} THIS WILL IMPROVE OUR BOOT SPEED AND BATTERY AND MAKE SURE THAT ASSHOLES FROM LG WONT SPY ON US!
FOR WHO IS WONDERING WE WILL USE FLASHFIRE TO FLASH ZIPS AND WE WILL USE 5.0.1 BECUASE IT IS FULL SYSTEM NOT UPDATE LIKE 5.1.1
, YE 5.1.1 KDZ OF H959 MAY WORK I DIDNT TESTED IT BY MY SELF ANYWAY BUT I AM SURE IT WILL HARD BRICK AND ANOTHER REASON OF USING 5.0.1 IS 100% ROOT
I WILL ADD HERE BOOTLOADER UNLOCK AND TWRP AND LG G6 ROM HERE VERY SOON
SO ANYWAY WISH YOU GUYS LUCK
Hi. If you are making the INSANE and BEAUTIFUL things to our great device, PLEASE could you do for H955 too? Cause I am fed up with LG's Marshmallow S***. I can't buy an F510l to have the priority to install and follow your threads files, but PLEASE make bootloader unlock, twrp and the LG G6 rom for H955 too. Succes!!!!!!!!
---------- Post added at 10:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:18 AM ----------
And also i had 5.0.1 and root. I know the procedure. I am known with things.
ruseiulian https://lg-firmwares.com/lg-h955-firmwares/ download from there kdz 10e is 5.0.1. 15c is 5.1.1
Flash 5.0.1 and use of one click root and u can use tweaks that is in this form but on disabling instead of *#546368#*959# you have to use *#546368#*955#
I know. I already have 5.0.1, and root too. And i know about MLT since i had an LG G2. I have disabled it on my flex 2. I want to know if your LG G6 rom, when you launch it, i will be able to flash it on h955. If its compatible with h955. And sorry for my bad post. Bootloader unlock and twrp already made for h955.... so the main thing is the LG G6 ROM )
I will make LG g6 Rom only when there will be new method twrp and the bootloader will be fully unlocked and working
Because I don't want other people's device to hard brick or even soft brick also the I will be making special kernel in the g6 Rom so I need 100% guaranty that unlocked boot loader won't brick the device
Ok man. Thanks for answer... I wait until you will finish the rom.. Succes!!!!
Hey I want to know My devices is F510L on Lollipop 5.0.1 If i flash kdz H955 will it boot ?
read better i said no problem
All thing will work just do as i described and you will get 5.0.1 with better performance and sound with root
after every boot it comes a message that's mean about error what about it
Unlock bootloader and twrp are on progress right?
Salam Everyone!
Today i'm going to post About Lg V10 model which says it is of T-mobile (from boot animation) but when you remove battery it show Model H901 (Made in korea) So it is huge confusion between users of this phone. Let me clear this one first, your phone consist of board same as LG v10 Model F600s so if your lg Bridge shows an update of something like "F600S30D 05.27.2017" dont worry it is saying this according to board requirement (Warning: Never update your phone using LG Bridge otherwise you are going to brick your phone). LGup is best for updating LG firmware’s.
Now let’s come to the point on how to update this model to Marshmallow and Nougat. And one thing Do this step by step as described in steps below (one thing i'm not a developer i just do little internet research and with help of some friends i was able to do it without bricking my device).
This you need is for update is Kdz for Marshmallow and Nougat and LG up Software.
Installing and fixing LGup ‘unkown model’ problem:
I've seen some people complaining about lgup not picking up this model so here is a fix you can do it to make it work:
Download LG up software using all the links given below:
Now do it as I say.
- Install LG UP LAB Ver. 1.10
- Install LG UP Store Ver. 1.14
- Install LG UP Ver. 1.14
- Now most important is this file LGUP_8994_DLL_Ver_0_0_3_23
(Now here is a Check whether your LGup is installed properly or not scroll through follow the following address and check is there “Common” folder have File “LGUP_Common.dll” If not please try this process again.
Address: C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\Common
And after you are done with installing LGup now time to check if this is working remove back cover of your phone (unplug your phone from USB cable, remove the battery, insert battery while pressing the Volume up button and now plug the USB cable. Your phone will turn on automatically with Download Mode on and yes LGup will recognize your phone immediately without any further delay. Showing Model as “H901”
How to check Phone model using Lg info app:
There is one little check you have to do is… go on play store and download Lg info app install it and check your phone info.
Scroll down and See “Provider Name”: (Now here we will see the exact model number of your phone)
- If it shows SK Telecom This means your phone model is LG F600S aka LG V10.
- If LGT this means your phone model is LG F600L aka LG V10.
- If KTF this means your phone model is LG F600K aka LG V10.
Now after Confirming Model Number Now download the relevant firmware but keep one thing in mind do it step by step don’t try to flash direct Nougat on Lollipop okay this will brick your phone as well.
Updating Marshmallow from Lollipop (6.0 from 5.1.1Stock):
As assumed you have downloaded your concerned firmware (you can do a little search on Google and you will find relevant kdz if you need further just p.m me)
- As I have LG F600S aka LG V10 so I will tell you what steps I used.
- First download F600S20l_00_0503.kdz
Now same take your phone in download mode and let LGup recognize it now Select it under BIN File and (Check the Upgrade option) now press start and It will start upgrading. Leave it for a while and let it complete. Now your phone will turn on without any brick V10 will download some OTA software updates (as it happened in my case). Check your software Update it will surely say 6.0
Updating Nougat from Marshmallow (7.0 update):
Download the latest firmware from LG firmware website that says “ 7.x Nougat” in my case it was “F600L30e_00_0517.kdz” (Model F600s)
Do the same as you did while updating to Marshmallow. It will successfully update your phone to latest version. No further complications are there in this step it is so simple.
Some Warnings:
- If you are going to use my technique to update please do it carefully do not skip anything.
- I’m not responsible for any kind of brick phones SD cards. As I said I’m not a developer I’m just like you guys was looking for update my phone and done it will little research and help.
- Do not unplug your phone while LGup is updating your phone.
- I’m not developed any software or any update so it is all online stuff nothing personal: D
- And I’m here to help other please feel free to ask anything form me I’ll try to help as soon as possible
You can message me on Whatsap I’ll create a group for help on whatsap as well.

@hapyfaroq as you mentioned, you have flashed Marshmallow F600S20l_00_0503.kdz !!! and for Nougat you flashed F600L30e_00_0517.kdz !!! which are totally different models. could you please recheck if you typed F600L30e_00_0517.kdz istead of F600S30D_00_0510.kdz

Mine is KTF but now running fine on F600L Nougat (and the pcb says it's F600L), not sure what's really happen here. It was H901 Tmo before got bricked.
Thanks @hapyfaroq @runningnak3d for your time & help
Failed several times and gave up with LG UP. So i took my phone to a mobile service center who is good at software flashing. i gave him nougat kdz F600S30D. He converted kdz to dz format and flashed with Octoplus box. my mobile was on 5.1.1 android and directly flashed Nougat. Booted flawlessly and no network problems as well Everything is working just awesome. attached my video of Nougat Overview

Hey what if I have a T-Mobile H901 with VS990 motherboard in it? By the sound of things, I would need to flash vs990's kdz. However, wouldn't Tmobile's h901 kdz work as well? I don't understand how your modem and boot screen img(tmobile) wouldn't be affected by flashing f600 kdz to tmobile phone.

bro as i explained in detail that flashing H901 kdz on phone having different board in it cause it a brick so better to flash such kdz which is compatible with the board.... Be careful double check with your board model. (this is the most important part) Keep that in mind that if you are going to flash some other kdz it will not work and will brick your phone.
i have everything ready but lgup never found the phone as a MODEL.keep saying "unknown model".
i ve checked lg bridge it founds 2 updates (im on 5.1.1) , lgbridge founds both 6 and 7 updates.
i've downloaded the kdz file according to the bridge and and phone provider(tmobile)
but i don't know if i can flash it with LG flashtool besides LGUP.
Because i can not pass "unknown model" issue.

Read the Article carefully it says never update your phone using LG Bridge it will brick your phone, and for kdz please search lg firmware on google and download the relevant kdz as per the model of your Phone's board. Don't waste your time downloading wrong kdz and lg up is hard to setup... keep on searching you will sure find a fix soon. Do a deep google search (as i did) you will figure out what is the problem behind Lg UP

LG V10 T mobile getting too slow
Salam Bother,
I am new to this and I have joined because of my LG V10 as the mobile was working fine and suddenly it became very slow like if I click on any thing It will take about 2 to 3 seconds before opening and also some times mobile stopped responding and screen became black. I wanted to know if it is a software failure or any thing related to hardware? one thing more phone is turning on and there is no issue with network, wifi, camera even I can use any app on it but very slowly.

Bro first of all you need to confirm your phone board model using Lg info app ... you can find it on playstore for free and for lg up do all as i said above then turn off your phone remove the battery... plug in the usb cable... now install the battery while pressing volume up button it (make sure you lg up software is running) then your phone will directly go into download mode and Lg up will sure recognize your phone model but first of all confirm your phone's board model.
