Are you turned on USB Debugging?
If in not in use turn it off

May be a driver problem. Try reinstalling the driver
Or as @Rajaks suggested u can also do the same.
Explain ur problem?
Have u done something to ur phone
If it does not help reply me or either give me a PM
@RaJacks ,, yes my debugging is turn on ..as you said i turn off it but still restarting .

GUYS PLS HELP!!!!
I installed dxkp9 and its cf root.....then i again went into download mode...connected pc.....thn my little bro jst plugged it out and now when i try to restart .... it shows an exclamation mark b/w a phone and a pc
help pls suggest an answer.!!!

Solved : was able to boot into download mode and flash cf root again....
btw why did that happen???

probably because, based on what you said, he disconnected it while you were doing something like re-writing files...
Same issue happened to me Pull the battery out and try to put the phone back in the download mode and flash the CF-root again...

I upgraded my device to ICS . . every thing was okay except it doesn't connect ton the mobile network . . so I changed tho rom . .doesn't help so I tried to flash the original ICS rom using the computer , ,so I restarted the phone and entered the download mode; accidentally the cable disconnected . . the phone shut down and didn't open again. .
when I connect it to usb I hear usb in and out frequency , ,
don't know wt to do, help please . . .

I have a Allwinner a13 tablet ( picture atached ) , but yesterday when i turned it off i leave it , and today when i tryed to turn it on IT JUST WONT START , tryed to charge ( with power adapter , with USB ) but still nothing happening . Does somebody know what is the problem and maybe somebody help with this sh** :/

My Tablet is also....
Update with new factory firmware and bricked.... The firmware procedure ended with "OK !", tablet automatically go reboot and nothing (with LOGO-screen)....
???????
I don't understand....
All software was original factory....

Try downloading one of the root tools like srsroot which will let you boot into debug mode. That should restore your boot structure. Have you already tried this?

I flashed CM13 by Olivier. My phone booted and it was working fine. When i tried to reboot my device it just shut off and DIDN'T BOOT UP AGAIN
When ii connect my phone to my laptop it just recognises it as a USB Input Device.
And when connected a greenish yellow light comes up and goes off.
