Suddenly out of nowhere I'm experiencing dialer problems on moto g xt1033.
*sometimes I cannot pick incoming calls even after swiping on screen.
*even if I am able to attend the calls, calls automatically get handed up after a few seconds
*even if I am able to talk on a call, after some time I am not able to hear anything from the other side, and the other person also sometimes doest hear anything.
*when I make a call, sometimes i dont even hear a ring, just a silence and the other person picks up phone, unable to talk to me.
WHAT IS GOING ON ???!!!
I dont want to reset my phone. I've data that I CANNOT lose.
There seems to be no way to backup data on moto G without rooting, my device is not unlocked and not rooted.
They say Helium backup doesnt work, and I dont know about holobackup.
Please tell me any solution, fast!!!

i dont know if anybody has had this or a similar problem but i finally got my phone where i want it. i am running 6.5 on my fuze the only issue i am having is the phone dosent give me any vocal notification when someone is calling me while i am on the phone. i have already made sure that call waiting is set to notify me in the phone services but still dosent beep. if someone calls me it does come through cause if i am looking i can see it just dont hear it. it even alerts me after the fact telling me i have a missed call. just not during

problem solved changed hkey current user control pannell sounds call waiting callwaiting.midi to callwaiting.wav. also for the fun of it changed the script to av0pw3r to also add some vibration to my call waiting
I have the Android Infuse and it's a great phone, the problem I am having is when I make calls or receive calls, I start talking and my face will touch the phone and hang up the caller. Is there any app out there that will prevent this from happening? Sometimes it will happen when I am holding the phone also.

I looking for program which will be autoresponding by SMS for Missed Calls in my Moto G.
Before, when I had Pentagram Monster, i used AutoSMS - nice software with scheduling options, it was excellent,
anybody who calling to me and I can't answer, getting SMS Message (1 one for morning time, second for afternoon).
Now, when I have Moto G it's trouble. Program responding for incoming SMS but for Missed Calls is quiet.
I have installed new KitKat 4.4 (176.44.1) in my Moto.
Please, If anybody have the same problem, maybe on other device, write me back with solution to fix it
or write another program whih will be work on my Moto G.

I've noticed a rather sudden increase in issues with my phone... please read thru and see if you see any common stuff and recommend a possible solution PLEASE!
1) when I call people, they're not even receiving the call before it sends me to voicemail. they say they just get a missed call notification.
2) when people call me, it wont even ring sometimes. No notifications, either.
3) texts sometimes fail to arrive to my phone. My wife will text me half a dozen times over 10 minutes and I wont receive any.
4) when I am in a call, and someone calls me (call waiting), my phone will beep in my ear, but no on-screen indication of any kind appears saying I am receiving a call. This is happening with random people at random times.
I am stock rooted, no modifications (except a feature code that allows me to turn off my camera shutter sound, it spooks my dog).
I want to remain on Android 4.x because the app I use for tethering (Wifi Tether Router) doesn't work on Android 5.x and the developer doesn't want to try to help me get it to work.

The native hotspot unlocker works perfectly on the lollipop upgrade. I suggest wiping your data and starting fresh. If that fails then upgrade to lollipop. If that fails your gonna have to call sprint.

for three days I have not been able to make or receive calls, when someone tries to call me the line is always busy, while if I call it does not even start ringing, despite this the internet works and I have no other problems. I have tried everything, the strange thing is that if I make the calls anonymously they work. If there is anyone who can help me I would be very grateful (sorry my bad english) I have an Lg G7 Thinq
An update to the Google app on Android phones may have broken the ability for users to make calls on Android – particularly on LG phones.
