Is anyone good with tasker? I've not really used it but wondering if it's possible to design something where apps can be auto arranged through tasker?

All,
I'm looking application that will launch or stop applications base on rules that i set such as plugged into AC, Connected to WiFi. I cant find any and im not sure how to search for this type of application.

Unfortunately I'm not an app developer but I have this idea for a launcher, or a feature added to a custom launcher (like apex?), or a mod to a stock launcher, which would allow you to set separate wallpaper for each page of your home screen. Maybe they fade between them? Any thoughts? Or takers?

I rarely tend to use my phone camera since I lug my dslr around most times, but I want an app that I can edit my photos on go with since note 3 has spen I figured this would be great to do this but with no luck I find a decent photo editing app.
So my question is do any of you have a good recommendation?
