I rarely tend to use my phone camera since I lug my dslr around most times, but I want an app that I can edit my photos on go with since note 3 has spen I figured this would be great to do this but with no luck I find a decent photo editing app.
So my question is do any of you have a good recommendation?

Heyy everyone...
I wanted to know apps that i could use on my Note to extend its creativity and use the S-Pen...
Is there any app that lets me cut out portions of a pic and combine it with other pics?
Or any app that can be helpful in being more creative on my phone!
Thanks in Advance,
Aneesh

There are several paid as well as free ones in the play store.
Some that I would recommend are -
Sketch Free
Adobe Photoshop Express
Sketchbook Mobile Express Pro
PicSay Pro

Thanks for the reply toxicthunder...
But none of these apps satisfy what i am looking for mainly...
Cut a part of an image and use it on another image... Like a Lasso tool in Photoshop

You can do that with the spen. Hold down spen button and draw round the image. Then import that into snote or other paid app

When i press the spen button, it takes a screenshot...

I have bought the premium version the HD for tablet and no matter what device or Internet connection you have the app sucks. It is slow, constantly connecting to server, skips all around when scrolling through forums behaves oddly and just crashes every so often.
How can the site with arguably the best collection of devs, modders, hackers, designers and tech enthusiasts have such a low quality app? I'm assuming it is still based off tapatalk? As I don't use that app is it to blame for performance issues I'm genuinely just curious?

I'll have to agree with you. And the xda app has become buggier over the years. It's always been buggy but is at its worst now. I still use it.... frustrating. Premium version as well

It is funny how xda hosts so many developers but cannot make a good app.
Yep. App is terrible. Now I can't even quote the right person, or than them. It selects the post above it.

Never liked that app.
Like the carpenters house without any doors I guess
Just use tapatalk .
I think that's what the majority of the users here use.

A lot of people said the paid app is a money grab so I just use the free version

It's part of the Google+ application. If you have deleted/disabled that, then Photos get deleted/disabled too.
