Hi, I recently bought this china tablet - Samsung N9106. By seller´s specification it should have internal storage 32GB, and system showed this value at the beggining. But I performed factory reset and erased internal storage and 32GB has magicaly changed to 4.25GB. Is there any chance, that I unmounted internal storage somehow and only can´t mount it back? Or those 32GB was only fake - the same as with processor. In description is stated MT6582 - quadcore, but MTK Droid tool shows MK6572, which is dual core . I know its cheap no brand tablet, but If you guys think, that by erasing and resetting tablet I could do something wrong, that internal storage dissapeared or has changed to lower capacity, is there any chance I could fix it? Thanks for any help.
Need help
I have same specification and experience same thing my friend. I infect, bricked my phablet (10.1 inch Tablet + Phone). I am struggling same way and waiting for some help. I tried to reflash ROM but no luck.
Do you have complete flash ROM file that I can use?
How did you manage to install windows 10? Please let me know.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hello guys, I have experienced the same problem before.
Just erase the internal storage from the phone setting.
That is got to setting, storage, phone storage, erase phone storage.
That's how I resolved mine. The problem occurs when you format you phone storage with pc

had my 2.2 mersmerize rooted with the lag fix and did the mini kies update to 2.3.4 and now everything is crashing because internal storage is at 0B. I am assuming it is because i did not revert the lag fix before updating and the file systems are different and cannot see each other.
if this is the case does anyone know how to fix this issue? or maybe a stock or nice 2.3.4 rom i can load with odin or whatever people use.

Well, it seems as though the update did not remove and/or break the boot recovery so i was able to factory reset through that and it formatted internal storage and fixed it!
A few of them read my problem but i didn't got any solution.
So i looked up on Google and found out that Gingerbread.xxkpg has the problem of mass storage.
And i found out replies to those thread saying "Upgrade to xxkpl"
So i also did search for the same even i found out some but the prob is it says copy the files in to sd card?
But the problem lies there how can i copy the files to sd card?
I mean its not even opening..
Please help guys.

also check samsung usb driver installed bro
Buy an Micro SD Card reader (or borrow it from someone) and you can manually move files from SD card to PC. Other than that you can also use this wireless connection thing that requires adb but I'm not sure about it.
And if you're fed up with doing this then you can easily reflash the ron or a different one (Like the person above me said).

Thank you so much guys
Kies made it work
Now.. need to change the roms
But before that "to get it rooted"
Hi,
I hope the title makes sense
I have the HTC One, but I know the issue I have is not unique to this device. I have flashed a couple custom sense roms, and what I have found is that I seem to have 2 parts of my internal sd card for some reason. When I boot into recovery to flash something, it finds the old sd card, but when out of recovery, I only have access to one, which according to recovery, is in "0". Because the roms I'm on are only using "0", I'd like to delete the original, but I can't because I can only see it when in recovery.
Is there something I can do? I've did a bit of looking around with no luck.
thanks
Anyone?
Same issue
Has anyone heard of this?
I am having same problem....
I am sure it is something dumb I am just missing but I have his issue to a T....
Have you tried to format your sd card from pc ? Or maybe you can try to flash another custom recovery, i use Philz Touch and it has never given me any problems
running CWrecovery. That is the only place I can see the whole SD card (in recovery) but I have to go to SDCARD directory to see what I copied on the phone recently.
It is like I am prevented from going up a directory when the phone is booted up.
I would like to recover what is on my phone so I am trying not to format.
Thanks for the help BTW

No problem I'm not an expert but I've had so many issues with new roms that maybe I can help a little
you could try:
-flash Philz Touch with Odin
-dismounting and mounting the SD card
-mount USB storage from recovery and see if from your pc you can at least copy your data
-though I think you'll need to format sd to solve the problem

Hello
Today i installed android 5 on my GT-i9195. Everything is ok but my total internal storage is not 8 GB anymore . Instead it shows 5,4 GB total internal storage. i Followed all steps in the topic.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal.../rom-cyanogenmod-12-0-s4-mini-3g-lte-t2946176
So after a clean install with some apps i have only 800 Mb left. Is this normal ?
Its because your backups is on the phone storage. I did a factory reset from the os. Now i have 4,7 GB free with gapps and about 12 user apps installed. Btw i am running cm.
Dont forget to BACKUP to sd card if you not "starting over".

If youre backing up with cwm you should choose /storage/sdcard
If you choose /sdcard its a partition on the device storage.
I am pretty new to this. And dont "know it all" i just messed with the same thing yesterday night.
