Boot into recovery and use adb push to push a new rom zip file to your internal storage and flash that zip file.

Just connect your phone to your PC while it's booted into TWRP and copy a ROM to the phone to install.

Stock or Clockwork recovery?
If stock, I'd use fastboot to push clockwork 3.0.0.5.
If you can get into clockwork recovery, I believe you can mount the sdcard from within clockwork's mounts menu, and then use adb to push files to it.
Check the other threads for more instructions on how to accomplish those if you're not familiar with them.

Sideload a ROM to the phone via your custom recovery, in CWM it can be done via the Install.zip then Iinstall zip from sideload, once selected you need to move your custom ROM to the ADB folder then use the command in adb cmd (adb sideload FILENAME.zip)

Okay, we'll focus on just flashing the ROM as we can do Gapps later when the phone is working
First download your chosen from and move it to the adb folder
Then boot your phone into CWM and select install.zip and sideload install.zip. Then follow the onscreen instructions

ADB is a folder on your PC where you have extracted this (I recommend root of hard drive http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html#download)

NEED HELP!
Hey guys, same thing happened to me. Phone died, plugged it in for a bit and went to power back up. Stuck on boot screen. I'm able to boot into TWRP but it says 'no OS' installed. Downloaded the stock img from cyanogen and was able to successfully send via adb sidload the image zip but it won't flash.
The log shows 'E: Unable to mount '/system' whenever I attempt to do anything. HELP??

you can try to get in fastboot and install the whole system again.... or you can install the .zip via sideload in TWRP
go to a folder where you have adb and stuff copy the ROM .zip
can I just take it from the top and reinstall twrp? It seems like twrp can't mount the system?

No OS installed on oneplus one. PLEASE HELP!

So while I was testing a kernel my phone wouldnt turn on anymore, it was getting stuck on the boot loop, so I tried a lof of things but still didnt get it to work, finally I wiped all the partitions, even the system, I am available to use TWRP and fastboot mode but it says theres not an OS installed. Im very frustrated as its been a few days already without phone.... So i would be very thankful if you could help and please be very specific since my english is not very good, I am learning, thanks again.
If you connect your phone to your PC while you're booted into TWRP you should be able to copy a ROM zip from the PC to the phone.

Ok, you'll need to use fastboot to flash the stock images then. You have fastboot access, right?

Opo "no os installed"
I was flashing CM12 nighty on my OPO. Accidentally I wiped the whole system in recovery i.e I factory data reset my phone. Now when I boot It says NO OS INSTALLED. when i connect my phone during recovery it comes in the disk drives as "One". When i open it it has a folder named TWRP and inside that a file. I also have a nandroid backup of the phone when it ran SuperSU binaries on my PC. Can i transfer the backup to my phone via USB and restore them in recovery? Would that work? I tried adb sideload ROM.zip but after that command lot's of coding appears in CMD and then nothing happens!! So i just wanna know if I restore the nandroid backup would my phone work? I have TRWP installed! Please any help would be appreciated! Plzz help. :crying:

Put your .zip in the TWRP folder. It should show up on your phone.

need help with OPO, please

I get this message - com.android.phone has stopped
can not go past it. does not matter if press submit or ok... phone unusable
running 12.1.1 not rooted everything stock
I tried to do a factory reset - no change
Tried to connect OPO to PC to transfer files - can not copy anything
Perhaps there is a way to fix using fast boot?
Please help
Thank you kindly
use fastboot to write recovery, check twrp website for tutorial
u can use no data loss bootloader unlocker and mini drivers and mini adb , search here at xda
then connect to pc while in recovery or make a twrp backup
flash custom rom or simple rom and don't allow twrp to make system partition readable , something like that, if u don't want custom rom.
