Hello guys
Mistakenly I flashed internal storage while doing a factory reset using twrp and now stuck in bootloop....it shows cataclysm installing apps and after finishing nothing appears. I can enter twrp and the internal storage is empty in PC. Please help me ASAP.

What do you mean by "the internal storage is empty"? You mean that there are no folders or files or you mean that the internal storage does not show up?

I finally got my MT7-L09 running on MM by flashing TWRP backup images posted by others, but I'M still having a few problems with it.
1. When I USB connect my phone to my computer(s) it only shows 4GB of internal memory in the device, it should be 16GB. I only see the basic folders, in Internal storage......alarms, DCIM, HWThemes, Notifications, etc....14 folder total....it's like I can't see the root, it's like LP is still installed and my internal memory somehow got partitioned.
2. WIFI doesn't work......it stays grayed out and doesn't see any networks.
3. Bluetooth doesn't work.
I currently have TWRP installed, so if you know of any fixes, let me know if I have to flash the stock recovery.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

MT7-L09
I flashed the stock B510 recovery over the B511 Rom and now the capacity of the internal memory is about 12GB (up from 4GB yay!)
If anyone has an any ideas about recovering the lost space I'd appreciate it. I've tried looking at the memory with repartitioning software and it doesn't show it either.
I still can't figure out how to get wifi working.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks:good:

Yesterday I decided to install the cm 14.1 for my one plus but there was a lot of junk in my phone so I wiped everything using twrp. And yes by everything,I mean even the internal storage . Now before someone says that you CAN'T WIPE THE INTERNAL STORAGE, IT'LL DESTROY THE PHONE. I have done it before so I know that's not the issue. So anyway I flashed the ROM and gapps but when I open the camera app it says "insert an SD card to continue". I can't download anything from the browser because of insufficient storage. But in setting it shows that only 5gb of storage is used out of 56 GB s.Any ideas?

Greetings and welcome to xda. Is this the rom you installed

If it is I noticed this line it could be connected to your issue
It is recommended to use F2FS.
Recovery - Wipe - advanced wipe - Select internal card - FS options - Check F2FS and swipe.
If not then please make an account and ask your question here

Hey guys I need help.
I am not an expert android user. I have rooted android device with twrp recovery. recently while wipping data I accidentally checked "internal storage" too. after that when i click reboot it says "no os installed". I don't actually remember what I did next. my device stucked on the boot logo.
Luckily I had a nandroid backup on my removable sd card, so I went back to the recovery and clicked restore, then selected the backup and restored it. when my phone started I went to the file manager and saw my internal storage was showing a big question mark with "0kb" size. when i click on it, it says file format not supported.
Did I somehow corrupted the internal device??
How I can getback everything to normal?
Hi All,
I got my OPO installed with Cosmic OS through a friend few months back, and my Phone started giving out troubles off late. I never had the experience of flashing phones. To start my device fresh, I did a complete factory reset without knowing the dos/donts of a custom ROM (Deleted all the data without backup), and it screwed up my device.
After Factory Reset:
Most of the apps don't work
Not able to access the internal storage. Could see the internal storage through Settings > Storage, but not able to access through files explorer application.
Device getting detected in my comp. while connecting through USB, but its empty. Not able to transfer data either.
Is there a method I can recover my storage and reinstall a ROM?
Thanks, Vivek

I think you might have unintentionally formatted your internal storage.Do this: Power off your device>Press Power off+vol down buttons simultaneously until you see 1+ logo, you'll be greeted with twrp splash screen after that>Select Install, and see if your files, that were in internal storage before, are still there or not(see attached screenshot). If they aren't there,I'm sorry, but there's no possibility of getting your files back now.
Now,to flash a new ROM,see rom threads and there should be instructions in first post of that thread on how to flash. After done, blame your frand for all of this.

Hey Mr. AK, thanks for sharing these steps. But unfortunately I dont see TWRP splash screen opening in Reboot. However, it opens in CyanogenMod Recovery mode. While doing my full factory reset of my device earlier, I remember deleting TWRP and GAPPS from the device(Unknowingly).
I now installed TWRP app through app store, the following are some things I saw after installation
When I select TWRP Flash from the home screen, it opens a the next screen with a pop up notification at the bottom saying 'Device Not Rooted'
When I select Reboot option through the options pane on the left, and then select REBOOT Recovery, it doesn't reboot.
I'm not able to downoad the TWRP image for my device as well.
Is there anything that I could do from this state?

Hey. I was tryna install custom ROM on my device. The first time i installed TWRP on my phone it asks for a encrytion key. But since idk what the hell was that and i thought it might be a bug, I tried installing TWRP again and this time it doesnt require a key no more. And here's the weird thing, in TWRP when i look at the select storage it shows the correct size of my sd card and internal storage just fine. but i cant see the rom files either on my internal storage or sd card. I put the files on both storage but it just doesnt seem to read my files in there. I'm pretty sure i have enabled usb debugging and i have unlocked the bootloader. any suggestions on what else to do here? i have done wiping everything for few times too.
now i am stuck with a bricked device. can someone please tell me what mistake i did or what to do? :/

on the twrp main menu select wipe, and there are 2 choices, advance wipe and format data...
Data format makes all data stored in internal storage erased, so maybe you need to back up

if you have 'format data'... the 'internal storage' is erased so you will not see your own zip file in internal storage...
try use this...

but i suppose, the sd card should be able to show the files right? since only the phone's storage was wiped and the sd card also has my zip files. but in this case my sd card shows none.

Most probably you need to mount sdcard. See "Mount" on twrp. If sdcard not checked, check it.
