I have an Xperia Z3 (D6603), and tried to connect at debug mode to my computer with Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and it doesn't recognize it, but without debug mode at device it does it; even the PC Companion doesn't recognize the Z3 device when is in debug mode.
I also downloaded the USB driver for the Z3 from http{:}//developer{.}sonymobile{.}com/downloads/drivers/xperia-z3-driver/ and tried to install from Device Administrator but doesn't recognize for the Z3. I installed the driver "manually" from System Symbol but when try install the Z3 still unrecognize it.
I also have an Xperia ZL, i activated the debug mode, plugged and it worked.
Please tell me what can i do to fix this, thank you very much.
Update 1: I tried install the downloaded driver without debug mode and it works, only happens with debug mode activated. I forgot mention that my device is encrypted, maybe can disturb with debug mode.

In device manager on PC does your phone show up? If it does, search how to install ADB, and if you're on Windows 8 + you have to disable driver signature verification before installing drivers.
Good Luck.
Xperia M2 D2303 on K.K. 4.4.4
Hello everyone, sorry again for my bad english
I have a "Little" problem with my Xperia E3 D2202, after unlock the bootloader, i've changed the recovery with this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-e3/general/noob-friendly-root-recovery-installation-t2989689
Everything finished without errors, but after that, i've conected my phone on my PC and it doesn't recognize it as a USB device and in my Xperia doesn't apperar the USB/Debubbing notification, but my PC recognizes it on Flashmode (Pressing Vol down and connect USB cable) i'm trying to fix it with Sony PC Companion bui it gives me a error code (2003) and the same goes with Flashtool while i'm trying to upgrading to KK 4.4.4
I'm trying to restore the original boot.img but i can't find it, can someone help me with this with a solution?
Guys my m2 stuck in semc flash device..
When i connect with pc..
In device manager it shows semc flash....
No flashmode and fastboot mode when i press volume down and up keys.
Flashtool doesn't detected..
Sony pc companion doesn't detected
Please help me..
I don't knw what to do!!
Connect your phone, go to device manager and uninstall the driver and disconnect your phone,
Now if you're running Windows 8+ restart your PC with driver signature enforcement disabled through advance boot, now go to C:\Flashtool\drivers and open the driver installer and install Flashmode and fastboot drivers and now connect your phone and go to device manager and install the Sony Xperia M2 driver http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/drivers/xperia-m2-driver/
Once that's done open your sim/microsd tray and use a pin and click on the red button inside the hole,
Now connect your phone to your PC and tell me what it says in device manager and later open PC companion and see what it detects
