i don't have OTA .. I think I never had.. i do all manually .. i don't care these useless things anymore .. i enjoy phone as it is . .all works..

I just got my Mate 7 a few days ago so I'm still finding my way around...here's my about screen in case that helps!

Hi.
I'm new to this forum so don't know much, but to update to Android 7 go to settings>System update. You should see available updates there (I would assume you need to be connected to the internet).
I also found this video online. It's not in English but doesn't matter.
