Rha T10's - One (M9) Accessories

These just go so well with the M9
Great highs, MIDs & lows with no cross over from either frequencies.
The sound is just so precise and for the money paid£130, I would say best in this price range and even some higher priced buds.
Highly recommend.

Well I know Rha T10's has one of the best bass quality in its price range. However personally I don't like in-ear buds. However for those who get along well with buds then this is a very good alternative to the more expensive headphones like Bose or Sennheisers.
It's very good looking too! One of the best looking in-ear headphones I've seen! :good:

But I think the volumes keys would not work at all right?
They did not work in the MA750i.

Hello
i need help and i know that here are some audiophiles
i have desire and i want to buy some earphone to 40€+-30%
cant decide between in-ear and on/over-ear and i dont want some ****ty chinese stuff
can anybode help me?
thanks
I prefer to have over/on-ear headset since not every in-ears can fit my ears.
Lots of in-ears fall easily from my ears, getting the one which fits well is difficult as hell for me.
For these price range I suggest these on- and over-ear headphones:
1. Sony XB300 or 500 (I have a XB300)
2. Koss porta pro (My sister has this)
3. AKG K420 (not for big heads)
I am wearing XB300 for daily basis (subways, streets, etc.) but using Sennheiser PXC450 at home or for long journies especially on airplanes.
PXC450 is one of the best headphone have ever bought
I would highly recommend the Sennheiser CX400II!
These are in-ear and come with 6(!) sizes of rubbers for it. They cancel A LOT of voice. If someone is talking right next to you and you're listening to music you hear about nothing. Also the sound quality is very good, if you like bass, it's definitely a great set!

Price will be (in the Netherlands) around €35
thanks for replies guys
i was thinking about akg k420, but they are plastic and i would brake them sooner or later
Sony XB500 and Sennheiser CX400II look really good, now i cant decide :-/
I would recommend to think also about buying the Koss Porta Pro. I bought it for round about 25 € and I think the sound is better than my 100 € Bose Headphones.
I didn't expect much, but it has a brilliant sound and I was really, really surprised.
There are also 10 years warranty... Easy to carry and there's a bag and a 6.2mm adapter included.
I use the in ear Sony MDR-ex300! Perfect sound and powerfull bass.

I don't know but maybe there is a place you can test several types? We can tip a lot of things but all our ears and tastes are different.

I have read great things about this too: hxxp://xxx.koss.com/en/products/headphones/ear-clip-headphones/KSC75__KSC75_Ear_Clip_Headphones

I like the ones that came with my Desire....and when they stopped working I rang HTC who were more than helpful and sent me a replacement pair for free
As an old-school valve amp & vinyl audiophile and former high-end hi-fi salesman, I suggest you need to be asking yourself the following questions:
1. What kind of music do you listen to?
2. How much looking isolation from external sound would you like?
3. Do you like your sound to be really neutral or "coloured"?
4. Do you have equalisation in your ROM or music app?
We've found the Koss Mirages are a great price, have a punchy dynamic sound with good external isolation, and are quite comfortable. Koss also have a great replacement policy.
I've just bought some Yamaha EPH-50's and am surprised by their great low frequency response and smooth natural highs. They convey a nice sense of space (as much as can be had in an earbud).
In terms of frequency balance, the lows are surprisingly deep and clean. They are a bit mid-bass heavy though, and they lack the high-frequency sizzle that some people incorrectly perceive as "clarity". Cymbals may appear a bit recessed but could be augmented with a bit of top-end EQ in your player. Despite this the top end still delivers a lot of detail.
Vocals are especially good and the more subtle nuances of well-recorded acoustic instrumental tracks are nicely defined and rendered. Bass drums have good punch on the right recordings.
Overall I find them very satisfying for relaxed non-fatiguing listening over a good period of time.
They also seem quite efficient on my HTC Desire (not renown for their ear-splitting volume) ... for me they are plenty loud at about 50%.
The only thing I'm not sold on with them is the are a bit fiddly removing as where the cable enters the driver is shiny chrome plastic that is a bit hard to grip.
I use Monster Turbine for daily usage and these are the best in-ear headphones I've ever heard. They are really useful and bring natural highs as well as a good bass.
I prefer in-ears from Sennheiser (about 50.-) and normal, heavy headphones with heavy bass from Sony at home.
I don't think the Desire is all that great in terms of audio though, so I wouldn't spend to much there.
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
i recommend getting the on ear headphones from Energy Sistem DJ 400. My friend has them and he let me try them on my Desire and the sound is phenomenal If u listen at 100% u cant hear anything around you and also what music you hear all others around you can hear it too. Their price is around 12-13 euros in my country..
I use a set of Beyer Dynamic MMX100 In-ear phones/headset- excellent set of headphones, I find Sennheisers to be slightly too transparent/tinny and all Beyers seem to be slightly warmer- good enough for the majority of the music industry/music studios etc then good enough for me
They are usually £120 RRP, but if you look on Amazon.co.uk, one seller has them in stock and selling them for £79.99 with free delivery (Amazon currently selling them for £102.11).
for on-the-go earphones, IEM are the best. Off the bat, I would recommend something from Westone.
But since there is a budget involved, something from Ultimate Ears or Klipsch would be good.

Klipsch Promedia In-Ear Headphones

I just bought these babies for the Sensation to replace the crappy stock headphones. The difference is just truly night and day. The soundstage is staggering, the bass is clean and not too overpowering (it complements the mids nicely), the mids warm, the highs are crisp. Overall, the headphones are really balanced with a slight emphasis on bass that fits my appeal perfectly.
It also comes with: extra ear fittings, an audio/mic splitter, a small black travel pouch, and a microphone which I haven't tested yet.
Ultimately, this headphones is a steal at $34.99. Superb value. Highly recommended.

I saw them selling locally at Compusa, something tells me they are the same S4 with just the outside ans controls being different.
I own the S4 and god, the sound is impressive. Perfect for listening to all my Black Sabbath FLAC albums.
mic working?
can you post something once you've tried the mic? I can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether or not the mic works on android phones. thanks.
works with mic also if you download Headset Button app you can also increase volume change track answer end call and mute mic same specs as Klipsch s4 and Klipsch s5

I don't understand about all the fuzz around the Klipsch S4. There are so many review saying how good it is and it's a must buy. And when I bought it, I was very disappointed on the sound quality. I mean I can see why people like it so much, because the bass is pretty good and it's comfortable with good isolations. But I find it lacking mids and highs. I keep the headphone anyways hoping burnt-ins will help, but it didn't even after half a year. I now own the HiFiMan RE-0 and very satisfied with it.
The RE-0s are very neutral and a lot of people like them for that reason. I usually recommend those to people who don't like the S4s, and they're usually pretty happy with it

Yes!! Neutral! That's the word i was looking for. It's the same thing with the Audio Technica M50. So many good reviews, and yet i hated it. I bought the Audio Technica AD700 for movies and games, but i find myself using it for music much more often than the M50. Now I know what to look for when shopping for a headphone. Neutral!
Damn... shipping costs to the netherlands are 60$... not so cheap anymore
Thanks for the review! I saw this add on Black Friday, but was hesitant because I once read that companies sometimes try to make products that look the same so the consumer will think that they are re packaged, even though the hardware inside is much cheaper.
Hi,
Anybody have tried Klipch s4a for andriod phone? does it mic work with sensation?
Is this Klipsch Promedia is same as s4?
Works just fine here using the s4a
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using xda premium
Yeah guys, my promedia's mic works with androids
and... the mic is clear and good enough. It's as good as my standalone logitech clip on
I got the s4a and I absolutely love them. The app you use with them is slow on the pick up when it comes to pressing the button, but they sound great and the mic works very well on the Sensation.
Much better than Beats in my opinion.

What do you think about the google headphone

I want to buy headphones to my Nexus 4, and I want to know what is your opinion about the google headphone, or the ibeats (Dr. Dre).
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
If you like your headphones bassy and overpriced, go for the ibeats. But I doubt the controls will work as they're made for apple devices.
In general, I think you'll find much better options than either. First of all, though, you should think about what you want in your headphones and how much you're willing to spend. And then seek out a forum with lots of people who care about audio quality etc.
I personally am using the Superlux HD 381F. Build quality is not spectacular, but the sound is amazing considering they only cost 20€, so it's not that much of a loss if you break or lose them. Which I do way too often to actually buy more expensive ones.
I would go with neither.
Go with Senheiser or another know 'headphone' brand.
I myself use the Marley earbuds, they fit perfectly, the cord is not from plastic but from fabric, earbuds are from wood, and most of all have amazing sound.

Get yourself a pair of Sennheiser, Shure, or audio-technica headphones. ~$100 for some really good ones.

Do a little search and you can come up with a few threads on various headphones. From cheapest, to what you have/recommend, in ear or over the ear, etc. It's here. I know because I commented on most of them lol.
My opinion of the Google headphones. They are good for just the casual listener. Dr. Dre are a bit overpriced for what they are, but I don't deny the popularity of them due to "style" and whatnot. What is your budget? What type of headphones are you looking into? These are some of the things to think of and do a little research on to come to your conclusion.
I just bought some Munitio NINES 9mm earbuds, because they looked interesting because they look like bullet casings lol. Well I read in some reviews that they sound great for the price. So I am testing them out.
So basically, if you want good in ears, go for the brands like Sennheiser or Shure products. Also Jays headphones are decent as well. I personally use the Sol Republic AMPS HD for my yardwork. They are light and tangle free. Over the ears are based on mostly on personal preference due to the head phone cup size, portability, and so forth.
Additionally, the type of music you listen to plays a factor as well. GL and happy shopping!

I have not tried the google headphones, ( i'm sure their average to decent like standard earphones) but I do own the ibeats by Dr.dre. I would not have bought them myself as I agree they are overpriced, but I received them as a birthday gift. The quality is very good, better than any other earphones I tried or had ( all <$20) and they have a lot of bass, which I really like. The build quality is really good too, better than all my usual cheap earphones ( but thats what you would expect at that price range) - the rubber for the wires and the metal earbuds are both good. I was happy with the sound but honestly I'm sure you could get just as good a pair in terms of sound quality for $50, like the name brands mentioned above. These are just priced for the branding and popularity and style points. I did get a lot of compliments for them since they are recognizable.
For the controls, only the center button worked for me. It does pause/play, or pick up/hang up a call. You can get apps to set the one button to do other things based on how many times you press it. The volume/track + - buttons did not work for me, I don't think android supports them yet.
So your choice, depends on your budget and what you want. They're good but expensive.. you might be better off with one of the well known audio company brands.
http://www.amazon.com/Hands-Free-Stereo-Headset-iPhones-Models/dp/B005QAV6FC
I use them with this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kober.headsetbutton
They're excellent for the money, and the plug is actually a 90 degree, though the pictures don't show it. They've got great bass, and you won't believe the quality for the price.
I recommend the Klipsch IMAGE S4 II's. Love the sound from them and they're not too expensive. If you're looking for cheap, the IMAGE S3 or original IMAGE S4's also do an excellent job. The versions that have an A at the end of them have a customizable button via an Android app made by Klipsch themselves.

Headphones! Please help me find the best one. Xiaomi or Boat Bassheads

I've used boat Bassheads 220 and 225, before I lost both of those, and now I need a new pair of headphones. Please help me choose, which one should I buy, mi basic/capsule headphones or Bassheads 225/220/180 or others of your likings.

You can give a try to Brainwavez Omega @ Rs 999 they are a good choice with nice sound specs
Try house of marley. Its better than both you mentioned.
You can try Sennheiser CX 275s, you won't be disappointed. I'm using it. It comes with 2 years of warranty. Before this I had a JBL T200a. It was a bit bass driven but was on par with my current headphones.

Hey bruh I use sennheiser hd 202 pro. Other than that mi capsule and viperfx.
You should try the KZ ZS2 (or others from KZ) they are often on sale on Gearbest or so ... I bought my ZS2 for 6€ (~8$) shipping included, and they are way better than the Sennheiser CX 275 for the price (The CX are good but once you try the ZS at this price you can't go back )
The only drawback is the fit around the ear that you might not like, but if that's ok for you they are definitely worth a try !
I have a lot of earphones/headphones (Bose supra, Sennheiser HD25, Logitech g430 for work, some sony and JVC lying around when I just want to nap) and to be honest I mostly use the KZ ZS2, they just sound that good and I'm not afraid of breaking or loosing them at that price.
Tbh I'm using Xiaomi in-ear pro headphones. The iron hd one. It's great
The iron hd pro version is a little bit more expensive but also good.

Dont know abt these two but when compared to the ones that i have used yet these were the best and also when used with v4a and setting viper bass to natural bass 100hz and 13db most earphone either produces a hissing sound or simply goes blank (no sound) but these produce the best bass punch without disturbing other instruments..... Which is really impressive
Also they are good not just because of price but simply the sound quality

Best budget wired headphones

I'm looking for headphones that make full use of the hi-fi dac and are not expensive. Will be buying from amazon India
Best and cheap. Those two don't come together.
You can try for VE BIE or the Pistons. Bear in mind that these two options punch above their price in weight but does not mean they make full use of the DAC. It might just make good use of the DAC. For full use, you might have to get an actual proper IEM which you should expect to run upwards of USD200 at least
Recently released MI DUAL DRIVER EARPHONES are literally the best in both bass and treble department. Rs800. Initial reviews on YouTube are praising Xiaomi for this new product in terms of sound stage. Google them
Before the release of MI DUAL DRIVER Earphones, i purchased Realme Buds 2 wired, these realmebus2 sound decent when on MIUI roms( not so great on CustROms).. but they sound really good in Realme phones than MI phones.. don't know why..
though the Noise, and overlapping of sounds are more in RealmeBus2, i like them to use for some time.. listening to BASS prominent songs feels like i am keeping home theatre maybe Dolby or viperFx can cause good audio.
will update my usage after sometime. :highfive:
Definitely KZ ES4 or KZ ZSN. I've used Xiaomi triple driver before and it was average as triple driver goes. KZ on other hand is superb.
I don't know what's expensive to you or what you really look for in terms of IEMs(I assume you want in ears). The pair I've been using for the past ~1.5 year is the most expensive I've ever bought at ~$30, the Tin Audio T2 and I'm very happy with them.
I like my IEMs balanced as I mostly listen to metal and bass heavy sound signatures tend to muddy guitar riffs and make rawer genres sound even tinnier then they already do. You need to find out what type of sound works best for the music you hear and what you like, this is mostly a matter of personal preference and a pair of earphones that sounds really good to you may not sound all that nice to someone else.
I suggest you check out audiobudget.com, I have no affiliation but the guys does some good reviews of inexpensive IEMs that range from $5 to $50
