Best budget wired headphones - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Accessories

I'm looking for headphones that make full use of the hi-fi dac and are not expensive. Will be buying from amazon India

Best and cheap. Those two don't come together.
You can try for VE BIE or the Pistons. Bear in mind that these two options punch above their price in weight but does not mean they make full use of the DAC. It might just make good use of the DAC. For full use, you might have to get an actual proper IEM which you should expect to run upwards of USD200 at least

Recently released MI DUAL DRIVER EARPHONES are literally the best in both bass and treble department. Rs800. Initial reviews on YouTube are praising Xiaomi for this new product in terms of sound stage. Google them

Before the release of MI DUAL DRIVER Earphones, i purchased Realme Buds 2 wired, these realmebus2 sound decent when on MIUI roms( not so great on CustROms).. but they sound really good in Realme phones than MI phones.. don't know why..
though the Noise, and overlapping of sounds are more in RealmeBus2, i like them to use for some time.. listening to BASS prominent songs feels like i am keeping home theatre maybe Dolby or viperFx can cause good audio.
will update my usage after sometime. :highfive:

Definitely KZ ES4 or KZ ZSN. I've used Xiaomi triple driver before and it was average as triple driver goes. KZ on other hand is superb.

I don't know what's expensive to you or what you really look for in terms of IEMs(I assume you want in ears). The pair I've been using for the past ~1.5 year is the most expensive I've ever bought at ~$30, the Tin Audio T2 and I'm very happy with them.
I like my IEMs balanced as I mostly listen to metal and bass heavy sound signatures tend to muddy guitar riffs and make rawer genres sound even tinnier then they already do. You need to find out what type of sound works best for the music you hear and what you like, this is mostly a matter of personal preference and a pair of earphones that sounds really good to you may not sound all that nice to someone else.
I suggest you check out audiobudget.com, I have no affiliation but the guys does some good reviews of inexpensive IEMs that range from $5 to $50

Below 2k rupees. Might pay more if its worth it.

KZ Zsn pro 15-18$

Take a look at the Sony MH755s, literally replaced all of my current IEMS because they sound so good. You can get them for 3-4 usd, but you need to recable them.

Blon bl03 best for the price

You can try RHA MA 390 or 500 in same brand
You can order it on headphone zone.com
With adjusting mids increase in equaliser the sound quality is rich with good sound stage...
That headphone has 3 year warranty also

What do you think about the google headphone

I want to buy headphones to my Nexus 4, and I want to know what is your opinion about the google headphone, or the ibeats (Dr. Dre).
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
If you like your headphones bassy and overpriced, go for the ibeats. But I doubt the controls will work as they're made for apple devices.
In general, I think you'll find much better options than either. First of all, though, you should think about what you want in your headphones and how much you're willing to spend. And then seek out a forum with lots of people who care about audio quality etc.
I personally am using the Superlux HD 381F. Build quality is not spectacular, but the sound is amazing considering they only cost 20€, so it's not that much of a loss if you break or lose them. Which I do way too often to actually buy more expensive ones.
I would go with neither.
Go with Senheiser or another know 'headphone' brand.
I myself use the Marley earbuds, they fit perfectly, the cord is not from plastic but from fabric, earbuds are from wood, and most of all have amazing sound.

the question if its realy working
Get yourself a pair of Sennheiser, Shure, or audio-technica headphones. ~$100 for some really good ones.

Do a little search and you can come up with a few threads on various headphones. From cheapest, to what you have/recommend, in ear or over the ear, etc. It's here. I know because I commented on most of them lol.
My opinion of the Google headphones. They are good for just the casual listener. Dr. Dre are a bit overpriced for what they are, but I don't deny the popularity of them due to "style" and whatnot. What is your budget? What type of headphones are you looking into? These are some of the things to think of and do a little research on to come to your conclusion.
I just bought some Munitio NINES 9mm earbuds, because they looked interesting because they look like bullet casings lol. Well I read in some reviews that they sound great for the price. So I am testing them out.
So basically, if you want good in ears, go for the brands like Sennheiser or Shure products. Also Jays headphones are decent as well. I personally use the Sol Republic AMPS HD for my yardwork. They are light and tangle free. Over the ears are based on mostly on personal preference due to the head phone cup size, portability, and so forth.
Additionally, the type of music you listen to plays a factor as well. GL and happy shopping!

I have not tried the google headphones, ( i'm sure their average to decent like standard earphones) but I do own the ibeats by Dr.dre. I would not have bought them myself as I agree they are overpriced, but I received them as a birthday gift. The quality is very good, better than any other earphones I tried or had ( all <$20) and they have a lot of bass, which I really like. The build quality is really good too, better than all my usual cheap earphones ( but thats what you would expect at that price range) - the rubber for the wires and the metal earbuds are both good. I was happy with the sound but honestly I'm sure you could get just as good a pair in terms of sound quality for $50, like the name brands mentioned above. These are just priced for the branding and popularity and style points. I did get a lot of compliments for them since they are recognizable.
For the controls, only the center button worked for me. It does pause/play, or pick up/hang up a call. You can get apps to set the one button to do other things based on how many times you press it. The volume/track + - buttons did not work for me, I don't think android supports them yet.
So your choice, depends on your budget and what you want. They're good but expensive.. you might be better off with one of the well known audio company brands.
http://www.amazon.com/Hands-Free-Stereo-Headset-iPhones-Models/dp/B005QAV6FC
I use them with this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kober.headsetbutton
They're excellent for the money, and the plug is actually a 90 degree, though the pictures don't show it. They've got great bass, and you won't believe the quality for the price.
I recommend the Klipsch IMAGE S4 II's. Love the sound from them and they're not too expensive. If you're looking for cheap, the IMAGE S3 or original IMAGE S4's also do an excellent job. The versions that have an A at the end of them have a customizable button via an Android app made by Klipsch themselves.

I've heard Skullcandy nought out a small high-end brand and basically took their technology and olincorporated it into their own lines. Now I don't know how true that is. But I can definitely say their quality has improved. Whether it's from buying out a high end company or investing in their own tech. Personally I'm a big fan of Monster. I have a pair of Turbine Pro Copper ear buds that sound incredible. I haven't heard a different pair of buds that sound better. To give you an idea if how much skullcandy has improved, a friend of mine gave me a pair of Beats Studio headphones that I've been using with an inline mic as my gaming headset until I get the one I really want (which ironically are about 25% of the cost of this Beats pair that we both ended up being very underwhelmed by). U apologize for rambling. But without hearing either, I'd buy the Skullcandy of the two. Also, do keep in mind, audio devices are very user specific. That's why there's many high-end brands and not one single "best". If possible, I would suggest buying both pairs from a shop with a decent return policy, have your own little head-to-head review and then return the loser. And lastly, don't undervalue the source either. There may be comparable/better options available now, but Viper4Android has made a significant improvement to my music quality. But you do need root if you don't have it. I look forward to see what you decide. Good luck

To be honest, if the bid stays about the same on these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MONSTER-TUR...739?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1a02b3ba33
I couldn't suggest a pair of earbuds more. Because not many people know about em, they end up selling for far less than they're worth. And the best part is, they have a no questions asked replacement warranty. You trash your $300 earbuds, they replace em no issue. And if you can grab em at $50, it's sooooo worth it. I'll do some more research on the skull candy buds. But those are the exact buds I own and I've never heard headphones that sound better. They have like 16 ear pieces to fit your ear perfectly. And I didn't know how important that was until I used em. If you're dead-set on skullcandy, I'll do more research on em. But if the bidding stays low on those Turbines, I can't suggest them enough. I absolutely love mine and got em for 50% off at $150 and don't regret a second of it. Though I will still check into the skullcandy for you in the meantime
well I spoke to my friend that has the Skullcandy over-ear headphones. They're called Skullcandy Crusher. They have incredible range and a bass boost knob that allows you to go about as bass heavy as you could possibly need. I believe he paid $80 for them. Which is a bit out of your price-range, but the audio quality is fantastic. Not as goog ss the Monster Turbine Pros that I suggested, which are earbuds. But still WELL worth the money. I will continue to look into their earbuds specifically, but those headphones are fantastic
You should take a look over the Sol Republic Track series. Those are good headphones and the headband is made of a flexible plastic that are virtually indestructible

Mi offers good quality iem very cheap, but you will have to find a trust worthy source, as there are many fakes on Ebay and from online sellers.
Try the amazon premium headphones.
I"m a fan of Apple's EarPods because they fit well in my ears. The amazon headphones are similar in shape and all of the buttons are completely compatible.

Looking for earphones

Hi to all,
I bought my beautiful Sony Z5 in november 2016. In my market the earphones are not included, so I'm using the earphone of my old Xperia S, and sometimes the Sony NWZ-WH303 together with a noontec cable with in-line microphone. The latter is a good solution but not so comfortable, in summer especially. Now I'm looking for something in-ear but performing better than old xperia S earphone. Which kind of earphone (with microphone) are you using? Which one do you recommend?
Thanks
My Xperia never came with any earphones so I've been using the LG QuadBeat 3 earphones from an relatives phone.
These are pretty good but I can't compare them to those earphones you mentioned as I haven't got them.
I'm not a audiophile but I'd reckon any cheap branded ones will do but be careful of knock offs on eBay; as they will sound terrible.
I have used in ear noise cancelling ones (old white thick flat cables ones that HTC used to produce back in 2011) and they hurt my ears and the sound quality was pathetic it sounded like you were underwater... The newer models I believe don't have the in ear channel model that have this.

I used CX300, sound quality is good but not material quality. Your choice..
https://en-us.sennheiser.com/hd1-headphones-in-ear-with-mic
These are outstanding for the money. I used to use the CX300 (which are a very good value for $30 or whatever), upgraded significantly to IE80s, then lost the IE80s and went back to the HD1s. Love them.
Though I did just get some JLabs JBuds 2 for $2 this week, which - surprisingly - aren't terrible. But, noticeable different between those and the HD1s, even without an amplifier.
i normally use sennheisers which i use pretty much everyday until they recently died.
but just bought these ones: https://www.banggood.com/BlitzWolf-...e-With-Microphone-p-1110873.html?rmmds=search and for its price im pretty impressed.

I just bought the Xiami hybrid pro on gearbest at a very low price... Now I'm waiting for their arrival.
I'll update you with my first impressions!
Thank to all of you
I'm using xiaomi hybrid pro since 2 weeks and I have to admit that they are really good. I really wasn't totally sure that with just 19 euros was possible buy a so good product. The volume of music is very good, they are well balanced for any kind of music. I listen a lot of kinds but above all rock, rap and classical. The basses are not too emphasized like a lot of competitors products. I noticed that when used with Z5 the volume is a bit low, especially in loudy places, bus the soundproofing is well made so is not a big issue. They are very stable and comfortable also during long walks. Also the quality during calls is pretty good. In my opinion they are the only possible choice in this price range!
I really like "scullcandy" earphones, the bass they produce is amazing, been scullcandy customer for over 3 years now

Headphones! Please help me find the best one. Xiaomi or Boat Bassheads

I've used boat Bassheads 220 and 225, before I lost both of those, and now I need a new pair of headphones. Please help me choose, which one should I buy, mi basic/capsule headphones or Bassheads 225/220/180 or others of your likings.
Thank you.
You can give a try to Brainwavez Omega @ Rs 999 they are a good choice with nice sound specs
Try house of marley. Its better than both you mentioned.
You can try Sennheiser CX 275s, you won't be disappointed. I'm using it. It comes with 2 years of warranty. Before this I had a JBL T200a. It was a bit bass driven but was on par with my current headphones.
Im using skullcandy inkd... super satisfied

Hey bruh I use sennheiser hd 202 pro. Other than that mi capsule and viperfx.
You should try the KZ ZS2 (or others from KZ) they are often on sale on Gearbest or so ... I bought my ZS2 for 6€ (~8$) shipping included, and they are way better than the Sennheiser CX 275 for the price (The CX are good but once you try the ZS at this price you can't go back )
The only drawback is the fit around the ear that you might not like, but if that's ok for you they are definitely worth a try !
I have a lot of earphones/headphones (Bose supra, Sennheiser HD25, Logitech g430 for work, some sony and JVC lying around when I just want to nap) and to be honest I mostly use the KZ ZS2, they just sound that good and I'm not afraid of breaking or loosing them at that price.
Tbh I'm using Xiaomi in-ear pro headphones. The iron hd one. It's great
The iron hd pro version is a little bit more expensive but also good.
bro get kz ed09 from aliexpress or gearbest the best earphone
best bang for buck
i have used sennheiser cx200 street II and cx3.00 also have used a sonys and phillipbut believe me these earphones much cheaper than those and sound quality is on par or better in my opinion and if you get viper4android with those they can beat any of those earphones in a heartbeat
at the time of my purchase they were available for around 600 something
and ofcourse much better than those boat basshead my friend had these and i tried them once and to be true i thought they just didnt had any bass in them when compared to kz ed09
also kz ed09 is the only earphone from KZ that i liked rest are just disappointing

Dont know abt these two but when compared to the ones that i have used yet these were the best and also when used with v4a and setting viper bass to natural bass 100hz and 13db most earphone either produces a hissing sound or simply goes blank (no sound) but these produce the best bass punch without disturbing other instruments..... Which is really impressive
Also they are good not just because of price but simply the sound quality

Lg V20 B&O headphones, why so bad?

Hey guys
Just upgraded from s7 edge to this phone. I've buy lg v20 Verizon version, so after purchase I start to search b&o earphones which comes with box, so yesterday I get that one, so after 1 day using, I can say for sure this is not top level headphones. It sounds like 10€ headphones. Its not loud but have some good quality. So if someone know how to improve and upgrade sound please send some instructions
I agree with you to the fullest they were absolute terrible sounding to my ears too. Might sound cliche but my gf's apple earpods from same pricerange are much better
You could install a app with a equalizer like poweramp to color and adjust the sound you want. But soundquality wise they are not decent imo
I think V20's QDAC is better suited with high-impedance headphones and good quality audio files. at least, it needs 50 ohms and 300kbps mp3 files. FLAC format is the best. I bought a Marshall Major II (non-bluetooth) headphone and buy few FLAC files. The quality is superb.

High impedance has no effect on audio quality. 3k earphones that are 16ohms are the best out there.
I swear some people just don't understand what ohms law is.....
Sent from my LG V20 using XDA Labs
Well the "impedance" is a choice of the company when they designed the headset. in the past most classic high fedility headphones were high impedance (300 - 600 ohm) because they were driven by dedicated big amps.
"Impedance" itself whether it's high or not should not be a parameter it would sound good or bad.
The best modern headphones have lower impedance now and this is also choice of market because most need to be driven by a small dac or smartphone
Low impedance doesn't mean easy to drive either, some headphones really need a proper dac as fuel

Oh yes. High impedance has no effect on MP3 audio quality. I fully agreed. Just buy (or download) an FLAC audio and compare listening to it. You'll know the truth. Otherwise, those people who bought high impedance HPs for very expensive price are just fools.

DSD format is the best, not FLAC
Yes they are not normal B&O quality.

It seems that LG have just used the B&O brand on some of their own rubbish earphones. You can buy them in HK for less than $10. When I turn on the Hifi DAC sound quality in these barely changes but when I use my standard earphones (LH Labs) the sound comes alive with the HiFi DAC - with loads more detail. Fantastic experience but bin the so-called pretend B&O earphones.

I went through the same thing when I bought my V20 last year. The B&O earbuds totally suck.
You might want to buy a pair of the Marshalls as well as the Audio Technicas. The Marshall Major Bluetooth II are a couple of generations old now and quite cheap on Amazon. They're small and flexible. You can stretch them to fit your head perfectly. I can wear mine for hours without pain. The Audio Technicas are huge and better for listening at home.
Also, the Marshalls are more than 50 ohms. I agree with the other posters - high impedance has nothing to do with sound quality. However, with the V20 you need more than 50 ohms to kick in the quad dac. I believe that I took a pass on the Audio Technicas because they aren't 50 ohms. The Marshalls will probably survive out in the world a lot better too. I just toss mine in a bag without a case a lot of the time and they're fine.
I really didn't think that I would like those headphones as much as I do. I don't use the bluetooth connection very often but it's nice to have it anyways.
Hope you enjoy your V20. This phone is going to be my daily driver until it won't turn on anymore. I just love it.
I got the H3's for free and used them as a spare pair. Never abused them but they just fell apart. Quality on them is atrocious for a supposedly $150 retail pair of headphones. I checked out their rating with "fakespot" on amazon which analyzes for likely fake reviews and they got a rating of an F with only 23.7% reliable reviews. ha.
Fakespot
Two righties???
I got mine with my lg v20 and they were defective. Literally 2 right earbuds. Both printed "R".... Is it possible that the real B&O could make such a crazy mistake??
be glad you even got headphones. Some of us didn't get them.
