[Q] Rooted Galaxy core shows error"Free up some space" while installing any app
I've rooted my Galaxy Core(GT-I8262) using Framaroot and haven't installed any Custom Recovery. Today I got a new sdcard and installed it properly and installed My Backup Pro and after that I am unable to install any app( tried playstore too) it shows error" the app couldn't install free up some space and try again" where I have 10GB free space in SD and 2 GB free space in internal memory. I thought about factory reset but I'm afraid to do so as I've rooted it...pls help

Hmm ... there are different ways to go.
One is to move some apps to your external sd card.
Here is a detailed guide: Galaxy S III Mini General [Guide] Enabled Link2SD and later swap.
Another way is to repartition your internal sd card, which is risky. If something goes wrong here, you will brick your device.
Here is a discussion thread about it: [Q] S3 Mini repartitioning - bigger /data partition.
I recommend to check the ★[FAQ][CM10.1/10.2/11][Galaxy S III Mini][GT-I8190]★ thread, and if you can't find any answer there, post your question in the Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.

[Completed] Installed Resurrection Remix ROM on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 but not enough space

I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and installed the Resurrection Remix custom ROM on it. It's fantastic and running great!!!
The only problem is my tablet only came with 8 GB of space. I also have a 32 GB sd card in it. I keep getting "not enough space" warnings from my SD card even though it's almost empty. I can't install any apps other than what the GAPPS package already put on. Is there a way to fix my SD card so that it stops thinking it's full so that I can move the apps over to it? THANKS! :crying:

[Completed] [Q] Issues after upgrading to Android 5.1 lollipop on Karbonn Sparkle V Android One

I have downloaded the OTA for Android 5.1 update for Karbonn Sparkle V today from the link which actually points to ota.googlezip.net (I am unable to post the actual link here as I'm new). Then I tried applying the update from the SD card.
But once I restarted my phone, my SIM cards weren't being detected. This problem was solved once I updated Google Play Services to version 7 from the Play Store and rebooted the device. But still, there are other problems I'm facing now.
There are now 2 Photos app icons on the app drawer
It keeps saying the internal memory is very low.
At first I tried moving all the possible apps to the SD card. Then I tried uninstalling a few. Now I have lost most of my apps which were running without a fuss on 4.4.4 and I can't seem to have enough space for updating an app.
When I go into the storage details, it says I still have more than 200MB of free space on the device!
Has anyone had similar problems? Please help!
NOTE: My phone is not rooted and is not running any kind of custom ROM.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. A quick search allowed me to find a few threads that discuss flashing the stock firmware for your device, so you should be able to use those to downgrade back t KitKat.

At the moment I have 417mb of available space on my phone. When I go into the Play Store and try to install any app for example Temple Run, which is 48mb I get an error telling me that I have insufficient storage and that I should try clearing up some space. I've searched for solutions but none are having my particular case.
