[Completed] [Q] Issues after upgrading to Android 5.1 lollipop on Karbonn Sparkle V Android One - XDA Assist

I have downloaded the OTA for Android 5.1 update for Karbonn Sparkle V today from the link which actually points to ota.googlezip.net (I am unable to post the actual link here as I'm new). Then I tried applying the update from the SD card.
But once I restarted my phone, my SIM cards weren't being detected. This problem was solved once I updated Google Play Services to version 7 from the Play Store and rebooted the device. But still, there are other problems I'm facing now.
There are now 2 Photos app icons on the app drawer
It keeps saying the internal memory is very low.
At first I tried moving all the possible apps to the SD card. Then I tried uninstalling a few. Now I have lost most of my apps which were running without a fuss on 4.4.4 and I can't seem to have enough space for updating an app.
When I go into the storage details, it says I still have more than 200MB of free space on the device!
Has anyone had similar problems? Please help!
NOTE: My phone is not rooted and is not running any kind of custom ROM.

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. A quick search allowed me to find a few threads that discuss flashing the stock firmware for your device, so you should be able to use those to downgrade back t KitKat.

[Completed] Will Cyanogen mod fix these issues?

I recently updated my lg g2 D802 from kitkaT to lollipop through lg software application on pc. But the update ruined my device.
1. Touch screen has gone crazy (I can't even open the app drawer)
2. SIM card is not working (it says "service disabled")
3. I only have 9 gb free space out of 32 gb
So will cyanogen mod fix all these issues?

[Completed] Lg g2 d800 apps crashing

Hi,
I am new to this forum hence please help me if there is already a discussion/threads to refer the below issue.
I earlier had LG g2 AT&T (d800) lollipop installed by the provider and I found that apps were getting crashed frequently and I flashed it to cynagenmod 12.1 recently. I see that apps are getting crashed again (the mobile is not rebooting and my uptime shows up for 5 days).
I suspect memory leakages but not sure.
Please help me to fix the issue. I noticed that google services were stopped frequently hence downloaded the latest gapps 5.1 and flashed it.
Every time when I download an app from play store should I need to flash gapps again after clearing the cache ?
Response is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Aravind
