i think so because take almost the same time to take the photo. I only share it because untill now is the only way to have pause on camcorder on lollipop roms

I can't take a picture while shooting video using jellybam camera. When tapping the screen while recording nothing happens. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

Seemed like an easy question. Photo taking while video recording, is it possible with cm10 or akop jellybean camera?

You need the stock AOSP camera to do that and you just tap anywhere on the screen to take a pic.
Can someone mention a good camera app replacement for xperia e cm10
i know there is video bug but some third party app can record without problems
all playstore apps suck bigtime ,the only proper one i found was
focal (which shows full purple color all the time)
and
snap camera (which has its own gallery app and saves photos twice )
i also tried motorola camera app which had video problems before and had issues with screen size
i want to know if there is a stock app which can save photos on ext.card

There are diferrent,modified lg camera apk. One can be downloaded from google play store.

it took one good photo and gave"couldnt connect to camera"
it only happens when i check a photo in gallery and return to app.....app closes
CM10 rom problem not a single camera video works ....
I flashed the latest nightly, everything works except the camera recording. Had anyone experienced this?

Yeah same here.
The standard Cyanogen Camera app from CM11S works well but it's not available from the Google Play store if you run CM12. You can get it from here http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/cyanog...a-2-0-004-5229c4ef56-30-android-apk-download/
Fixed it, go to see things and switch from 4k video to 1090p.
I have flashed my mi4i with cm 12.1.
I camera quality turned into worst.and music player is crashing while opening the player.all the songs are not playing when I try to play.
Can I will be able to get the mi camera on cm 12.1.
Please help me solve this camera problem.

Use Snapdragon Camera. Only one thing missing in that i.e. Panorama mode doesn't work at all. I've tried in all MegaPixel settings.

When you record video 30 seconds, the application crashes. It happens to me with other camera applications alike.
