As a reference here is a thread that had an older version with transparent widget but for months now my widget has shown 'There is a new version available' on my home screen instead of news headlines and when I try to update it says my SGS4 on stock ROM isn't compatible for the new update. It's frustrating. I've found what I think is the standard APK for the newest version but the background will be solid black as it's the stock version and I need the transparent widget. Does anyone have a link for me as I've searched and can't seem to come up with any solutions.
If I can get extra picky and it's not difficult can I request the newest Google News & Weather app with transparent widget & the sense weather icons like this version had and it's not difficult? Can someone point me in the right direction or know of anyone who can make such requests?

the firs matter would be a suggestion:
isn't it better that you guys start a new thread with new FAQ and TIPS and DOWNLOAD and UPDATE and THEME pages for V2 ? the main thread has already over 150 pages! and people may get confused going back and fro in the thread.
Does this new version support Arabic (and Persian) completely (without separated letters)?

How about searching instead of opening your 23rd new thread all about very basic questions which you can find the answers for yourself if you bother to search and read a little?

I am sorry for creating so many threads, unfortunately I don't always get time to search for things, when I do I either find what I'm looking for and it's not very helpful at all or I don't find anything, I ask questions on xda because it's more helpful then finding something through search. I have found something's about this question I asked, but there not very helpful and the download links don't work, and also the thread I found had been closed. Helpful tips on posting and obviously phone related are very welcome. Sorry for creating so many threads and I do my best.

U might wanna bookmark certain pages like the Help Thread page #1 - #3 and also our very own, well organized INDEX Thread. These users took the time to furnish those thread to ease searching, best to utilize them so as their effort will not go in vain.

Thank you comes quite useful, but the one I've found uses a lot of ram still. I will try and keep looking around when I have enough time.

Hello, I'm new to this forum and am seeking some help in fixing my phone. I have a gs5 running alliance rom build 4 ng3. Once I installed it ever thing seemed fine but once I booted up the camera app things went wrong. The app itself boots up but the screen shows a distorted image with red and green colors on it. I then tried a secondary camera app much to the same effect. With the stock camera if I toggle her on and off it fixes the issue temporarily, but Im Looking for anew actual fix And can't seem to find the answer online so I was hoping someone could help me out.

Hello. Im a galaxy s3 user and wanted to get full transparent accuweather widget for my phone since the original one really bothers me with its "hugeness" . I found one thread and i downloaded 100% transparent widget(Im new so i cannot attach links :/ ) . I installed it through CWM and i think the installation was successful but theres one little thing that bothers me. It looks good but under the clock there is a text line which contains just this: "%-B" I cannot figure out what this is and how to get rid of it :laugh: is there any way like edit something and delete this line? I tried to set not showing the city and weather, but it is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I run on JB 4.3 Android Revolution HD. Thanks
EDIT: I just realised that there should be Day and date instead of that %-B if that helps

My friend has a Karbonn Sparkle V running Android v4.4.4 with a live wallpaper on the homescreen which shows on the lockscreen too (although non-interactive on the lockscreen).
Can this be done on a Lenovo K3 note (K50A40) running Android 5.0? It is rooted using CWM (using MinimalADB,Fastboot&PDAnet+).
I already know that lockscreens can have their own live wallpaper. I have tried Transparent Lock which shows the icons on the homescreen.
