Hey guys.. im kinda in a pickle.. And didnt know where else to turn to
So basically i rooted my phone. Everything went well . The reason for rooting was pretty much to change my DPI. And when i got the DPI changing part. Things went wrong.
I found a program on app store like DPI changer or something that allowed me to change it. Saw it, did it. And it like messed up my screen reso, everything was big and couldnt click OK and stuff. So as the app said to reset the normal DPI just reboot the phone. So i did.. But the DPI remained the same. So i figured i would uninstall the program.. Maybe that would be the case.. Since i couldt click the ok button to change it back to my default after opening the program again after rebooting. And that did nada. So i assumed i can download another DPI changer that has the OK button more above of the screen. After brief search i found one. And when i set it to my default (160 ) It asked reboot .. And i was so relieved.. thougt i was golden. But after the LG welcome screen the lights in the bottom are on. And the screen just stays black.. I tried to get to the CWM menu or something to do a reset but that doesnt work. Also tried fixes i found online but hasnt yet found one that works for me...
So as said above phone is LG E610 (L5 i think )... And in my oppinion is that the screen just cant run in like these 2 messed up DPI settings. Is there a way to like reset the DPI to default only using an USB while the phone is turned off, that would be my main question.
Also im not really familiar with the terms and stuff IF anyone minds taking the time and replying in "human" language . I would appreciate it alot

hey guys,
i was installing this new wadv skin and suddenly when i rebooted i noticed by fonts dissaperaed!
i can see my today screen fonts however my system fonts are gone.
so wierd i tried ressetting and they dint come back.
i cant read any thing lthough the icons do appear.
i also tried going to safe mode using pocket plus 3 and still the same results!
**** i dont wana hard reset.

fonts apparently turned white
guys i think i noticed that the fonts dint disappear but ay have apparently turned white. i cant really go through the menus and cant use regedit coz every thing is whited out.
any ideas please help
same think happen to me.... sounds like a virus... my icons appear... but there are no fonts... so too are my sms.... I Can't read anything... its gone.. any other programs also has the same effect, I virtually can't do anything....
to make matters worse, nothing happens when I try to open contacts or calendar or the phone function...
I can't get any network signal, its blocked out too....
in desperation now and I can't seem to have any hits of people having this problem and offering a solution for this.....
How do I get my way round this?....

I have a very strange problem with my xda orbit 2.
First i would like to mention that it is not the 10 Sec. bug !!
Example:
I adjust the brightness of the screen to the maximum. Everything is fine than, i can put the xda into standby and back it is still the same brightness.
Then i am having a call and when i hung up, the brightness is suddenly the minimum. ( During the call it is the original setting )
When i go back to the settings and try to change the brightness again to the maximum it will not be saved. After i put the device to standby it is still again the minimum
I tried something in the registry, but nothing helped.
I dont want to make a hard reset.
I hope somebody can help because it is very annoying...

So I made a hard reset and everything is fine now.
I dont know why this problem appeared, it must be something with the registry...
Ive done a hard reset now, no problems so far.

Hi, So I had this problem today that first I couldn't move everything to SD card and my phone memory was full, but finally I solved that problem so I thought why not try downloading some stuff to change theme on my phone so I downloaded GO Launcher EX (xe or something like that..) and GO locker EX, but I didn't understand it at all so decided to delete it using my SnapPea on laptop, but then some settings still were there so I tried deleting them manually, but it was still there. Since my phone was rooted I tried unrooting and rooting it again but well that did nothing... So I was out of options I think and decided to delete EVERYTHING from the phone and found the option to wipe data/factory reset that went really quickly so then I followed instructions and rebooted my phone that seems like went like it should too but then my phone won't turn on, it's pretty much stuck on the starting point when it only shows "SHARP" in red with black background then vibrates and screen goes black then the writing shows up again and doesn't turn on still.... I'm really upset about it since I only got the phone recently not even month ago and I really have no idea what to do anymore so please someone help me... T___________T
Well guys.. I messed up.
I changed the system settings to the wrong size and now it shows up blank and force closes =/
I thought I remembered the proper settings for tablet mode, but apparently I didn't.
Please tell me there is a simple way to reset it.. :banghead:
(I'm currently googling around on my phone but I'm not finding much yet)

Need urgent help with my Samsung galaxy Tab 3 8.0. Today I got root access with clock work mod and went on to get pimp my rom. then just from curiosity i changed pixel density to lowest not really sure what i was doing. it then restarted and was all zoomed in. it said the samsung keyboard was not working and neither was touchwiz home. this meant i couldnt go back to pimp my rom and undo it. ( i also tried using s voice but didnt work.)
i was starting to worry so my brother suggested factory reseting. i did this but still zoomed up and unable to type or use homescreen. Cannot see any way to undo. tablet practically useless. I am very Scared will some one please help me.
