[Completed] Are there any Custom Roms (lollipop based) for Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 SM-t321 ? - XDA Assist

Dear Forum users,
I own a Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 SM-t321 . It was purchased in CHINA and it doesn't support GApps. I've rooted and flashed it with a compatible ROM ( from another region ) that I found online.
I'd like to try a lollipop based ROM if available. I've found another thread regarding ROMS for SM-t321 and it appears that there aren't any available.
Thanks in advance!
PS: I like CyanogenMod and I've used it on my galaxy and nexus devices before. But, their list of supported devices does not include SM-t321 . Is there an official channel to request for it?

[Q] Note pro 12.2 custom ROM

Hi All,
I am looking for custom roms for note pro 12.2. I know this is wrong forum as this is 10.1 forum but when i checked Note pro forum for a customer ROM, there is only one available. I am just wondering if that simply because there is no development for note pro or 10.1 ROM's are compatible?
If there is no ROM available i will go for Tab pro 12.2 instead of Note pro. I am not sure if S pen worth custom ROM development. Please share your comments.
Thanks.

[Completed] [Q] Can Samsung GT-i8190N S3-Mini Support Samsung Gear?

Hi there, I would like to ask if Samsung S3 mini is compatible with Samsung Gear. According to the official website for the Samsung Gea, it only supports up to 17 devices as listed below:
1. Samsung Galaxy S5
2. Galaxy Grand 2
3. Galaxy Note 3
4. Galaxy Note 3 Neo
5. Galaxy Note 2
6. Galaxy S4
7. Galaxy S3
8. Galaxy S4 Zoom
9. Galaxy S4 Active
10. Galaxy S4 mini
11. Galaxy Mega 6.3
12. Galaxy Mega 5.8
13. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition)
14. Galaxy NotePRO (12.2)
15. Galaxy TabPRO (12.2/ 10.1 /8.4).
The question is, does it really limited to all these devices? and it is not depends on the Android version of the running device?
My phone, i8190 N-variant, is currently rooted, running on Cyanogen 11 Android version 4.4.4.
Can I do anything about it? I need to get a smartwatch that is able to use along and be programmed with my phone. I need it for my project purpose, to write an application that make use of a smartwatch as input data.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

[Completed] [Q] Galaxy Note 2 SGH-T889V Custom ROM Installation

Hi, I recently joined XDA to get information about how to install or modify custom roms.
I firstly tried to search before making this thread, but I couldn't get exact information that I wanted. (Or, my searching was crap..)
I'm very new to Android (was using iPhones), so I would be very appreciated if you can help starting from basic knowledge.
Device Type - Samsung Galaxy Note II
Model Number - SGH-T889V
Android Version - 4.4.2
Baseband Version - T889VVLUDNH2
Kernal Version - 3.0.31-1736364
Build Number - KOT49H.5889VVLUDNH2
Carrier - WIND Mobile
1.
What is the most stable Custom ROM for my device?
I saw Cyanogen, MIUI, OMNI, etc.
However, I couldn't select anything since I didn't know wheter they support my device or not.
2.
Can you help me to find information about installing them? (from #1 question)
3.
I saw that Note 2 can have Note 3 or 4 roms.
I want to know the difference between note 2 and note 4 roms. (like more stable, fast, compatible, etc)
4.
I saw that my device could be locked by WIND.
How can I check if it's locked without getting new SIM card?
If you need more information, I can definitely provide them, so feel free to tell me!
Thanks to whoever would help me.

[Completed] [Q] Samsung galaxy note n7000

Dear friends,
Actually i have a doubt.
what will happen if i install Samsung galaxy note 4 original stock firmware into Samsung galaxy note n7000.
I mean installing the kitkat 4.4.4 version in my samsung galaxy note GT N7000. I am not interested in unofficial rom.

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. The short answer is this: you can't. You can only flash firmware that is intended for your specific device, or you will brick it. Here's your device forum:
Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000
Make sure you bookmark that and subscribe to it so you can find it easily. Only ever use ROMs/firmware/modems/anything from that specific section of XDA or you'll have major problems. I've already told you this in one of your previous threads, this information hasn't changed, nor will it ever change.
Good luck!
