I just bought this xmi x-mini II speaker
the sound is incredibly loud and very good bass for its size
when connected to my laptop, ipod or iphone...
while connecting it with my desire hd its volume has just enough loudness,
on max volume on phone and max on xmini speaker...
i wonder if how many power output from the 3.5mm earphone jack the desire hd have,
does it cause this or is it just a software issue since the speaker has built-in battery that could last up to 12 hours on normal playback so i guess power output is not an issue.
anyone got this speaker?
I've got one of these; awesome little thing and excellent battery life too.
I've not tried it in any other phone so I can't judge how much louder or quieter than other devices the headphone output on the DHD is. Still, 'loud enough' for me...

I may have the solution, I also have a X-Mini and it's possibly the best gadget I've ever bought, the problem is not the X-Mini but it's in fact your Desire HD or should I say the software. I found the fix for this by accident and posted it in the general forum and it worked for just about everyone. Do this, plug in your X-Mini play your music and put everything as loud as possible on the phone and on the X-Mini, while it's playing open up the phone and make a phone call, the call needs to go all the way through, end the call and presto magic !! Listen to the sound difference... be prepared to put the volume down. If this does not work try downloading volume ace from the market and turn everything up with that.
I found this fix one day by accident when I had my phone plugged into the audio jack of my car.
I've been having this problem for a long time. My phone only works with some headphone. If I plug in a headphone, the sound that it produces sounds like its coming from somewhere far away with no bass and all. It wont work with Samsung's and Apple's and even Skullcandy. I tried the headphone from my computer which is one from Creative and another one from Sony, both works fine. I'm thinking of buying a new headphone but I'm afraid that it wont work on my phone. How can I fix this?
Just try nf buy any 5.1 channel audio headphone and your problem will be solved.
There are only few supported headphones for ur device.

I think otherwise! I tried headsets from Xolo, Nokia, Samsung and Sony, all are working perfectly well with great bass and treble.
I'm using Nokia WH-205 headsets from 1 year and trust me, they are the best you can get for rs. 350!
Hi
I'm really interested in this one. Will it be able to drive the Sennheiser hd 25-sp ii? I have the 70Ω version.
Most likely.
Sent from my HTC One M8!

As far as I can tell, it's nearly identical to the "beats" output of the DNA and the M7. It shouldn't have an issue, my Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro's are actually way too loud near higher volumes but they're not 70ohms lol.
I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced any issues with their 1/8" audio plug not seating correctly in the new One's audio jack. I've noticed that with the included HTC headphones I cannot consistently get the Left channel to work, which is rather annoying and makes music unlistenable. Twisting the cable and jiggling doesn't consistently fix it, and I don't want to use too much force as that could damage the jack. Luckily, I have another headset that seems to work without a hitch but the HTC headphones also work fine in other devices. I'm not sure if it's a borked audio jack or a crappy headphone problem, but I'm wary of running into this issue again anytime I buy new headphones.
So i got one of these headsets on test from Kingston and i was wondering how could i use microphone from headsets on my Xperia Z3. Also the sound is amazing. The sound on the phone when i am listening to music is slightly better then on the mine laptop. So, also i dont know
can i somehow record the sound from the headsets microphone with some application?
Also it will be awesome if you check out review of the headsets (probably you will not understand nothing but i think it is good ):

Having 24-bit high-resolution sound with Dolby Audio™ Surround, built-in DAC and high-output amplifier makes this device appealing to me. Do you get the benefits of High-Fidelity sound over Bluetooth streaming?
In My opinion no, it is only hi-fi headphones AMP.

I can't get the BoomSound with my SG4 headphones. Need something else?
Works with my htc m7 headphones. It makes the music louder. Sound quality is a little better with it on, but I have trouble distinguishing if it's just because the volume is louder. I wonder if having it on would drain the battery faster.
