Are you pressing the recovery buttons correctly? Take out battery then put it back. Then try pressing the Power button and Volume Up + Down together and see if it opens CWM..

Don't worry bro! Try to boot into CWM again because it should be there. Then try to flash the ROM again...
And remember, in future, always take a Nandroid backup before you install anything, mod or ROM. It really helps in case something goes wrong and phone stops working,

None of the tools will work unless you install the correct Drivers.. So install teh drivers that are given in the SP Flash tool thread and then try.

Have u followed the procedure mentioned in this post.
04 - Flashing stock ROM using SP flash tools
Unbricking guide.
If u did exactly same then the phone should boot normally.
Also check the battery charging, maybe its not sufficiently charged.

It's because u should either install vcom drivers or cynus drivers for xolo q3000, availability of both causing the trouble.

Custom recovery :- TWRP 3.1.0-0 recovery for micromax a108(Canvas L)

Yeah you read it correct?. Its a TWRP for this outdated device. I've ported a TWRP? recovery for this phone when I saw so many people requested one in XDA threads.this recovery is able to flash any android version. In order to flash it just unzip the twrp.zip & download flashify on a rooted micromax a108 and select flash then select this recovery and reboot.
OR
Use sp flash tool to flash only the recovery
Flashify: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cgollner.flashify
my canvas l a108 is not booting i had not used it for 6 months then today i turned it on it is not booting just showing the android logo
